    @JioCare whats a wrong with you guys, i am facing a network problem always in this jio. I have complained so many time but no one is accountable regarding my issue. I am not able to load a picture by this worst jio network. Kindly do something otherwise i'll chane my network.

    it's been over 20 days, neither I got my money 1200 rs for relocation back nor any resolution .And while we call customer support daily to provide resolutions, they keep saying you will get the refund amount 4 days , 1 days , till this date, @reliancejio

    @JioCare @ExploreSouvik07 You guys will not solve our problem. Message You only show off how much care you take for your customers. I have tweeted multiple times regarding this issue but no solution from your side, only 1-2 calls & several messages/replies. Our villagers are fed up with your services.

    @JioCare Hi Team, it's been 3 days since payment, but my Jio Fiber plan still inactive. Money debited without service, request urgent resolution or refund with compensation for the inconvenience.
