@JioCare whats a wrong with you guys, i am facing a network problem always in this jio. I have complained so many time but no one is accountable regarding my issue. I am not able to load a picture by this worst jio network. Kindly do something otherwise i'll chane my network.

@JioCare I am very disappointed that jio team do not have time to pickup jio fiber device and hold my money last one week. I raised complain(CO0000SDJ231) and they provide timeline for resolution but jio team don't bothered their timeline they follow their own rule.

@JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

@SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia really don't care about their users. I have reported the 5G issue of #SamsungGalaxyS21FE on #JIOTrue5G network few days ago. Atleast @JioCare responded. #Samsung doesn't even worried about their users once the device is sold.

@JioCare While the response is appreciated, there are a lot of network issues with Jio.. with extreme variations in network and 4G services every few kilometres.. would be better if you sort it out quickly

@reliancejio my hotstar subscription is supposed to end on 11 aug 2023 but dew to my previous subscription they re now showing your subscription has been ended on a talk with customer care they told me that you can't renew your subscription prior 28 days before new 2/1

@reliancejio @JioCare why you guys are not looking into the matter i have s20 fe 5g and my jio app is showing s20 fe because it's not updated in you data base that i have s20 fe 5g not s20 fe. Kindly update it and let me enjoy the 5g service
