    @JioCare whats a wrong with you guys, i am facing a network problem always in this jio. I have complained so many time but no one is accountable regarding my issue. I am not able to load a picture by this worst jio network. Kindly do something otherwise i'll chane my network.

    @JioCare It has been 7 days with the same internet issue, no proper action, and yet you people keep closing tickets without fixing anything. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Stop closing tickets just to fake resolution and start actually solving customer issues. (2/2)

    @JioCare Please make these rubbish replied everyday if you have any solution and can be able to solve than reply otherwise don’t accept you are fraud fake scammers and support team is nothing just an AI who just only reply the same working what are you working from last 2 month.

    @reliancejio @TRAI Also using Airtel no since 14-15 years but no such issue faced and they respond quickly and effectively in satisfactory manner to each queries whether it'recharge related or anything else Really thinking to discontinue all jio services now after such services and response

    Frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio @jiokerala- multiple service appointments scheduled for my Jio Fiber connection, yet no technician shows up. The tracking & call features in the MyJio app don’t even work. Customer support has been equally disappointing. This is unacceptable.
