    @JioCare whats a wrong with you guys, i am facing a network problem always in this jio. I have complained so many time but no one is accountable regarding my issue. I am not able to load a picture by this worst jio network. Kindly do something otherwise i'll chane my network.

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop sending copy-paste replies. The issue continued for days, I made multiple follow-ups, and faced work loss & inconvenience. Denying the delay without proper review is unfair. Please escalate this to a senior team/Appellate Authority.

    Hello @JioCare i requested to remove set top box from my Jio fiber connection on date 10/05/26 but after 4 days my service request still be on hold it is very unprofessional. I just want to change my plan I'm not happy with your service 😔 Just do something.

    @JioCare I already registered a grievance on 2026-04-24 regarding the prolonged outage and shared all available screenshots/emails. Most responses were only automated outage messages. Saying there was “no delay” is incorrect.

    @JioCare My Jio service has been deactivated for the last 2 days. I have already emailed customer support for reactivation but have not received any response yet. I am currently residing in the UAE and may require remote verification support.Registered Number ending with 3114.

    @JioCare All I’m receiving is that the status is delayed since yesterday. It has become a monthly custom for me to raise service request and not have broadband connection for 3-4 days every month while I have to pay the entire month fee always.

    @JioCare @JioCare My contact number is 7004893047. Kindly arrange an engineer visit within the next 30 minutes, as the issue is still unresolved despite the service request being marked closed. If the issue is not attended to urgently, shifting my internet connection to @airtelindia
