@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@reliancejio @JioCare you deserve award for worst CRM system. Agent sat in my home for 2 hours and couldn't process KYC, once done he realized he chose wrong plan, asked to do it again. WHY? what KYC has to do with plan? and why online only? when your own network doesn't work?

@reliancejio i living in state jharkhand district ramgarh ,rajrappa here jio network and service is really awful I can't even understand that why such a bad network is here we also pay the same for every plan that others does than why we face such issues here.
