@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@JioCare @reliancejio I had to disconnect Jio Fibre service. Jio has to return ₹1500 of my security deposit. However, they are not collecting the devices and harassing me mentally by giving date over date. Seems they have no intention to refund my money. Do not use Jio Fibre.

It has been more than 45 days for new jio fiber request made in Borivali reliance centre. Even after multiple follow up no action has been taken.Manager Dinker he was really unprofessional. He never take calls. On each call he gives excuses and newdates.Worst service @reliancejio
