    @reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

    @JioCare Scam- Fraud : Feel cheated. I took jio fibre last year on my wife name 8169832657, while relocating to my new house, your executive demanded a new connection on my name 8104692104 for 6 months advance. Where is free location service? Why was I made to pay again for 6mth

    If this issue was only for me then this reply was fine but this is happening in my friends phone also so will everyone have to go to the service center and get their phone checked, I have seen such 3rd class customer service for the first time.@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCinema

    @JioCare , @reliancejio 5/6-even after raising request also not recived any update hence I cancelled my jio fibre booking . I have raised a new request from my wife number since jio fibre is the only network available in my area and I got a immediate call from sudhakar .
