@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare I made recharge after long time to one of my number , while calling " your tele verfication is pending enter pin received on existing no. " but no pin received yet on my alternate number. Talked to customer care as well but he unable to resolve.

Pathetic services even more pathetic employees @ViCustomerCare call drops no network even after complaining the guy at store did not resolve any issue and has audacity to tell me to come back after an hour just to update his service rating right. @reliancejio need portability
