@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@reliancejio @JioCare From a long I was using a jio number but unfortunately my phone stooped working for some day & now when I got a new phone I put sim on that but I found sim is closed by jio I visited Jio gallery but they are not helping me please help to get the same number.

@reliancejio Out of last 10 days, 6 days we were out of Jio network, Every second day we are complaining and waiting for the technician. Pls fix it up permanently and give us a grace of 7 days in billing or else we should look Alternates available.
