@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

@JioCare @reliancejio There’s no internet service at my place. Trying to reach people through the app is next to impossible and nobody picks up the chat or the call. I am regretting my decision to switch to JIO every minute.
