@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

ORN no. CO0000CPKYR9 No refund initiated even after uninstallation on 30th july 2021. Multiple mails and calls to jio care but all in vain. Worst customer service ever. Jio team mailed on 12sept saying refund initiated but still no resolution and no refund. @reliancejio @JioCare
