    @JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

    @JioCare I paid Rs.4948 for new jiofiber connection. Later was told that there are no ports available and I need to cancel the order.Tried your customer care nos.(18008969999, 1800893339999) for cancellation but to no avail Order # NO0000M86O3N. Please cancel and initiate refund

    @JioCare @smartcityfbd Shameful for jio that even after raising concern on public platform jio has done nothing for resolving problem..now people can imagine the level of customer service by jio..don't recommend jiofiber to anyone....useless jio service
