@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

Jio tower is almost all the time down due to power cut and low voltage supply. We are not able to Call/brows internet. Whole village facing the issue from last 2-3months but @JioCare @reliancejio is not taking action. You are talking abt 5G, Provide uninterrupted 4G servc rather.
