@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@JioCare I still have not got resolution. How come the number which I had ported in 2018/2019 gets disconnected with proper information.i had submitted all the required documents during the porting procedure.Look in to the issue and help me out.i am using my number for my banking accounts

@reliancejio inspite of my 150 Mbps plan working at 70-80 Mbps, your customer services refuses to send a service engineer stating that the threshold is 20 Mbps. Pathetic customer service, have called thrice and have gotten no help at all.

@JioCare Also I had informed you already that I had visited store neither the store nor the customer care is helping to raise a complain. irrespective of providing proper documents you have disconnected my number. I would need you to help me recover my number .

@JioCare Yup I am already using Jio service for my official usage and it works very much fine. I guess this is the time to port my airtel number to Jio now, got enough frustration. Airtel services is costlier and network is worst if u compare it with indoor network to other operators.
