@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

@JioCare I am struggling to get service from you for the last 10days. I raised a SR on 27th July, 2022(SR00001CHYRZ). Technician visited my premises and said someone removed my Fiber cable from the S2 Box, there is no post is vacant and he can't resolve the issue.

Till now my Issue is not resolved and SR closed 7 times. Every time I had to call the JioCare and get reopen the SR. Today I received a new message to arrange Society Permission. My house located in a colony where there is no Society they dont need anyone's permission to resolve.
