    @JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio our Jio Fiber connection at office having service ID as 361-3515612 is down since last evening. When calling the toll free number 18008899444, it transfers d call to d service engineer, but the engineer doesn't respond. Pathetic Customer service!! 😡

    @singhishika075 @reliancejio @JioCare Just join airtel Yrr..i had jio earlier but its really very very poor i got oly 50kbps speed in my area everytime its poor then 2G nd i had complaint them for 2 long years bt they do nothing in my area...thn i join airtel now i cn enjoy 4G speed around 600-800kbps... #poorjio

    @JioCare One of your executive informs that I’ve been experiencing slow speed because of too many users! Seriously, is it my fault? Why would you give connections if you aren’t ready to serve uniformly! Switching to @reliancejio turns out to be a mistake!

    @JioCare with hardly usage of 1 hr we start getting messages that 50% data has been consumed then after 10 min it says 90% consumed then again after 5 min it says totally consumed. It never happened to anyone here, even to those who use whole day. How can 2 gb data vanish

    Hi @JioCare I am unable to download my invoice from the myjio app with an error as Error in Invoice download when clicking on download. The recharge was made from myjio app. Not enough support from customer care. Please fix this ASAP. Registered Mobile: 8147228360
