    @reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is not doing well at all since last month the i internet condition is terrible 😣 my money is getting waste . It is a huge request to #JIO TO MAKE IT BETTER AND FAST IN MY AREA. ACCORDING TO @Speedtest @airtelindia is more fast than jio

    @JioCare One local broadband provider visited to my home and after that this issue occured. Please check if the wire is broken then it means he did something. Take some action else everytime we have to suffer and need to discontinue jio connection

    @JioCare Have you ever extended even 1 day, after the package date passed? No right but here you wasted my 4 days and not sure when it'll be sorted. No one will take this much time to solve issue, you can imagine at what level your service is..

    @reliancejio Please dont take jio fibre, They are just thief, They don't know about customer service. They are having huge customer base because of cheap provider, so they don't bother any complaint. They just do only one thing close and did not pay your security amount.

    @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT it has been 42 days since @JioCare refunded my money iNR 5306.46 to Mobikwik but the same has not been credited to me. Numerous unsuccessful calls to customer care , twitter DMs , customer care chats, all have gone in vain. The harassment is next level

    @reliancejio First of all solve network problem. I am living in city area still facing network issue. It took 15 minutes to watch 5 minutes of video. Provide at least 4G speed.
