@reliancejio I m a customer of Jiofiber but since I taken the connection, I never get speed more tha 18mbps, and ur plan showing 100 Mbps speed, so either do something for increasing speed or DNT charge us for what u r not capable to give us.

@JioCare @jaylokhil Because it is a worst service provider. It won't work in future as well. I struggled a lot finaly ported out. Now I am bit happy. Other @Airtel_Presence also having same issue but something good in comparison. Jio works 5 days and airtel works 10 days in a months.

There are more than 1500 users are using @reliancejio in our village. But the network is very slow. There is tower far away from our village. Please setup a new tower for us, for the better connectivity. We have requested many times but it is the last. We have other options.
