    @JioCare @reliancejio same thing happens to me everyday... Once I have contacted with Jio Care then she told me that Jio towers dont have power backup...its not first time whenever I called JioCare never got solutions except foolish statements. Contact me for location details.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of hell network services are provided by Jio in our Area. No one able to use Internet between 7 pm to 12 pm. In Morning there is network issue also. After too many complaints issue are not resolved. If you can't give speed then why selling new sims

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day by day your network is getting poorer, consumers are facing issues and complaining regarding the same but your customer care does not respond accordingly and it is of no use, we pay approx 600 Rs to get 4G speeds and not for 2G, kindly look into this...

    @reliancejio DATA SCAM/FRAUD recived msg of 50% of usage of data even downloaded only 15% of 4.1GB how's that possible, this not frst time observing this from last few days this is totally a cheating & fraud. Kindly check and correct your system as needed it's 420 with customer

    @JioCare Today again data usage has been the same just after downloading 18% of 2GB received msg of 50% usage of my daily 2GB quota what the hell is this. Cheating and fraud with customers. Rather than working on solution you guys are not doing anything. Need urgent action and reply

    @RonyGala @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Hii I think you did not get my issue clearly, I'll reiterate: I have paid 2500 (includes 1000 installation charges, which is non refundable..understood) What about other 1500? Why you just refunded 750? On what basis another 750 was deducted? Where is the receipt for that?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.
