    @JioCare hi in spite of recharging everytime wth 3GB/day for my Gio wifi port, its only all Red bars since last 2 days !! Online jio care is of no help!! Location- ballygunge place, kolkata 19.

    @JioCare @JioCare Still there is no revert I am facing the calling & internet fluctuation which is now really big headache for me if your network team is unable to resolve my concern please do refund my recharge amount.This problem is raised long back but no one is bothered.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why internet speed is so slow in my area. You charge us for 4G connection and give speed of 2G. Even when the networks are with full strength.

    @reliancejio eventually I was so happy when jio launched as I switched to jio as vodafone had very bad coverage at my place in Virar and jio came to rescue but now jio is same as vodafone, that is jio has no proper network coverage, very disappointed.

    @Airtel_Presence No resolution, your people accepts the limitation of Xstream as DTH box and shamelessly tell that they can't help it. I don't want it. Give HD box back else I would have no choice but to shift to Jio @reliancejio. Shame on you @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare I have registered for installation of JioFiber and paid the installation amount. But the installation was not completed. I want to cancel the installation and request refund. Please guide

    Why JIO internet is down in my area since 3 hours, pincode is 411047. Please look into it and try to fix it sooner. Internet is not working at all. I have many meetings to attend. Neither mobile not JIOfy nothing working. @JioCare @reliancejio
