    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of hell network services are provided by Jio in our Area. No one able to use Internet between 7 pm to 12 pm. In Morning there is network issue also. After too many complaints issue are not resolved. If you can't give speed then why selling new sims

    @JioCare @TRAI @consumercourtin it has been more than 48hrs since issue reported. No ownership or responsibility to issue reported. Automated system just doing fake appointment to promise customer issue will be resolved. If you can't provide service than let's know.

    Jio is worst service in terms of Internet service in jharkhand In hazaribagh govt order for shutdown Internet but vi users are using the Internet today in hazaribagh area And jio users not please apsp please start Internet facility many employee are doing wfh jobs @reliancejio

    @DSCI_Connect Please note @reliancejio forces customers to ONLY use #Jio_Home_App for any service. Once you install the App, it access all files/information & passes it on to Jio Servers. If you attach USB Drive to the routers, the content is ONLY accessible through #Jio_My_Home

    @JioCare i requested for relocation one week back, so far no action from jio team. Now today i got SMS that i am not using my jio fiber since one week. How can i use if you dont relocate connection. Ther is nothing called customer care at Jio. Better to switch @airtelindia now.

    @darshndj @reliancejio @JioCare Making fool of everyone with the same reply but nothing much after that they don't have support to fix a broken wire only. I think you will not able to resolve the issue please help to disconnect the connection, I am opting other providers which is providing far better service

    @JioCare it's been 3 days since the jio engineer is avoiding our calls. On Sunday the setup box was to be replaced. And he has been dragging and not taking calls, when I called him from other no. He disconnected the call when he came to know about the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice need ur help. I'm shifting houses in the same building. When I try to apply for relocation ur app says my location (apartment) is not serviceable, even though I am many others have live jio connection. Relationship manager pleads helplessness
