    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of hell network services are provided by Jio in our Area. No one able to use Internet between 7 pm to 12 pm. In Morning there is network issue also. After too many complaints issue are not resolved. If you can't give speed then why selling new sims

    I have always opposed monopoly in business. But Duopoly isn't any good either! @airtelindia I am having the worst customer experience ever. Event after paying upfront front for an year, my broadband connection has not been installed. And yes @reliancejio has better CS! Period.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What I have understood from telecom industry is, Appellate authorities are most severe and immediate responder here jio Appellate it self a not able to fulfill there commitment so what customer can do?

    @JioCare cancelled my jio fiber. Worst experience ever. Do not ever take jio to all the people reading this. They do not give service at all. It's been more than 2 weeks I've put service request and i got no response from any engineer.
