    @kamaleshpandian @JioCare They will only apologise, they don't care about the customers. I am also facing frequent disconnection but they don't care daily i am calling jio customer care but it vain. They won't credit you any money only money you will get for disconnection is router advance dep.

    Dear @jiocare, at Gargoti, Dist Kolhapur,MH. this morning network was down almost 2 hours, also last Friday it was down after lunch time more than 4 hours. Kindly intervene and make sure this will not repeat again. @JioCare

    @JioCare Terrible service from Jiofiber. I have paid for a 3months jiofiber connection and my last day of that is Jan 3rd and they have disconnected my services as I have to pay 350rs again.
