    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals consistently request your company to resolve my network connectivity, (unstable wifi) from last 2 months, but you just called me and asked me to reset the hell what you called a router. in this last 2 months i reset the router almost 60 times but the prbm same.     @JioCare @reliancejio I am not able to make a call though i have enough top-up balance in my prepaid account. It is asking to recharge with other plan🙄. Why is it so?? what is the use of top-up balance if i cant use it in emergency condition and in India????

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet connectivity is worced in our area, we are paying for 4g , but internet speed is very slow, even I am not able to open my Gmail account. Pathetic service from jio

    @reliancejio what a grand welcome with fraud. Requested a new sim delivery. guy called & asked for OTP & said he will deliver d sim next day. I denied, he tried his best, spoke to his manager & said its ok. Next minute got a delivery failure sms "customer not available/reachable

    @JioCare Problem still persists. Your engineer visited, recommended installing a signal booster. But if signal was reaching other rooms till 10 days back, what has gone wrong now with @JioCare wifi? Position of router is also not changed.

    Hello @JioCare, My Jio Fibre in Dehradun is giving very unstable connection these days, in home as well as office. Two days I have no internet at one of my offices. You promised to resolve it yesterday. Nothing till now.
