@JioCare despite 5G visible on my network section tip right corner on Jio Sim, My 4G balance is being used. Why is this so? Isn't this supposed to be unlimited while using 5G?? #disappointing

What a joke @JioCare I have a 5g handset and a 5g area coverage and a recharge plan to use 5g but not getting the 5g service because of the fu*king welcome offer which is autogiven by the system in my jio app that sounds not good @reliancejio

@JioCare You guys only sending massages not a give solution. 48 hrs is on going till time no one understands problems because of you have taken payment in advance so you do not feel users pain. We all going to consumer court tomorrow.
