@JioCare @JioGigaFibre Jio is cheating customers in this way I don't imagine.Upgrade my jio plan to 12M annual silver plan and requested set top box last sept. Now they saying upgrade to a higher plan to avail set top box. Pathetic service and promises. I want my set top box.

@JioCare @reliancejio worst customer service! Their technician told me i will get 2500 refund if i return device in good condition. Even shared contact details of technician with them still they are giving 1500. Worst customer service ever! Updated my bank details too for refund

@JioCare Customer service over mail says that the request is resolved. App says the request is resolved. Customer service over call disconnects in the middle of call. Customer service on twitter says request is being processed. Who do I believe? Should I throw out and burn the router.?
