    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of hell network services are provided by Jio in our Area. No one able to use Internet between 7 pm to 12 pm. In Morning there is network issue also. After too many complaints issue are not resolved. If you can't give speed then why selling new sims

    The frequency at which @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare has outages and that too for long hours , will surely make people rethink choosing it as a internet service provider, including myself.

    @JioCare how many times do i have to call your customer care before getting a service? Even if engineer come they blame it on network and leave. My service appointment gets scheduled on its own and the engineer has no clue he has to come and fix it.

    @JioCare More than 200 mails,300 calls still not solved my issue.....only giving excuses that our team is working on it...... But i can't able to understand that for how many years your team is working on it........Going to do an FIR.....Fedup with this issue. No one is looking on it....
