Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

Lying to sell routers and meet targets. Today, I lost respect for @reliancejio. I was all set to upgrade my router to fibrenet. My issue was that my current internet would not reach every corner of my home.

@JioCare I have upgraded my phone and followed all the steps to transfer my esim from old device. I visited your service center also. But no one is able to help me get my number back. Jio center said your sim is deleted permanently while customer care says it’s active.

@JioCare Really sorry it’s too late ! I tried to have patience but the service just got worst and my business started getting affected . And the frustration you can’t even think about the frustration in this heat - just boils the blood . Adios . Hope you work on yourself !
