Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare I have a huge vacant land which is 7 km away from Nepal border. And here there is also the problem of Jio network! What will I have to do to get the Jio Tower installed on my land?

@JioCare Does it take decades to install the connection? For payment, you guys have sent the people in 1 hour and for installation, it's taking more than one day. Pissed off with this service.

This is seriously disappointing how the biggest network @reliancejio #Jiofibre claiming to have fastest network is not able to fix a simple home wifi for 6 days. Chasing the customer care like anything and still no resolution. @JioCare really disappointing service.

Dear @JioCare , My number was inactive as we were out of india for sometime. Now Jio customer care said my number got inactive and it was returned to original operator Airtel, I checked with Airtel as well they dont have any data for my number. I need your help urgently on this
