    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio You are the worst. Did fraud of Rs1000 when I returned the device back to jio. I was being told as a old customer I will be refunded total amount of Rs2500. But now they did refund only amount of Rs1500.

    Check your recording in which customer executive said that I will be getting Rs2500 as refund and not once I confirmed with different executive thrice. As I took the connection in the month of 5th September 2020. @JioCare @fiber_jio
