    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @airtelindia why are you fraud to your customer? I have purchased 499 postpaid plan in may 2023 whixh have amazon prime and hotstar but its limited time offer but executive said this is for lifetime, why i pay this amount? Where @reliancejio give 240/month for same calls n net

    @airtelindia please expand fiber service to my location. it is available at my pin code 560066 2.5 kms away from my flat. only act fibernet(limited data plans) is available. @reliancejio is also not available. 2.5kms is not a very long distance.
