    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report the extremely slow connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google. ,

    @JioCare After chasing so much and trying to explain it to everyone that problem is profile. I did a gamble of 15 INR just to prove that problem is not coverage not my phone. I did a 1Gb recharge for testing.. And Guess What ?? thr internet works good now on the same mobile

    Hello @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio. I'm need to new connection in Jio Fiber, But Last 5 months I'm Applying Online fiber connection in my location. Contact me local jio fiber providers. But he said not available in your area. This incident, after 5 months I'm again apply fiber.

    @Khanna_Praveen @reliancejio You have been trapped and fooled by India’s biggest fraud and cheater company @reliancegroup - better cancel your connection and ask for refund immediately or rather hold on their payment boss or otherwise you will face such issue day in and day out !!!!!!

    @JioCare Pathetic Service,jio care I got service I installed 2 month back I was promished that I will get one month free trial however there has been no refund.Your cx services non responsive.
