    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare my internet is not working from 5thApril2026 after complaint also engineer visit also issue not resolved. Got message issue resolved what type of service is this for sales they come immediately but for service dont even pick up the phone hopeless

    @JioCare Worst customer service. I have purchased JioBharat v4 on 27th March 2026 and within 15 days it's battery swell up. I visited at Service center, they said device has been 'mishandled' and charging pin is internally damaged. Phone was charging normally, no problem.

    @JioCare I am using Jio AirFiber (Model: JIDU6101) and unable to access the router admin panel (192.168.31.1). The login option is not enabling even with correct details. I need admin access for network configuration and connectivity setup. Please assist #JioFiber #JioAirFiber
