    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a huge vacant land which is 7 km away from Nepal border. And here there is also the problem of Jio network! What will I have to do to get the Jio Tower installed on my land?

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic service, booked for new Wi-Fi connection, it's been 4 days since on one arrived for installation.. no response from airtel.. made a mistake choosing @airtelindia instead of @JioCare , I'll not recommend airtel to anyone hereafter.

    Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Paid ₹1200 for new connection several days ago, but still no installation or proper response from customer care. Multiple follow-ups done but no resolution yet. Please resolve urgently. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently I call 198 so your service advisor pooja also 18 advisor make me fool give me temporary solution I suffer 3 month same problem 7 to 12 pm at night my fiver is not working So el customer 3 month se suffer kar raha he or kiso ko padi nahi
