    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report the extremely slow connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google. ,

    @reliancejio JIO is one of the most Fraud company. I could provide proof as how they cheat customers on their fiber Services. Fraudulent activities been carried by them. Never TRUST JIO for any services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is a lot of network issue in my area. People have to step out of the house to get better connectivity. Internet is out of the question. There are more than 200 users in this area. Can someone from ur team check this??

    @reliancejio : paid for international roaming service on 19th October and 16th 9326194664 November. No service. Please investigate .

    @ICICIBank_Care @reliancejio @JioCare I did recharge through iMobile app yesterday. Money deducted but the recharge didn't receive. Such incident happened twice in past but the transaction didn't revert. I've messaged you the details yesterday only. Please take action ASAP.
