    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report the extremely slow connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google. ,

    @RelianceJio @JioCare Hey Jio Earlier My Jio No-7840060052 data was Reset at 12:09 at night. The time of resetting data on My Jio Number has been changed to 1:30. I am very upset about this. Solve this Problem or Else i am Porting My SIM. जिओ की घटिया सिस्टम से परेशान।

    @JioCare @reliancejio very poor service by jio fiber. Paid money last saturday (15 jan). Got multiple emails of meeting scheduled still did not get a connection. Your executives are not picking up phone. You guys took the money and did no work.

    @JioCare how can I talk to customer care executive through phone call. I have tried 198 and 1991 but there is no option to talk to CCE. Your jio digital assistant is that much samrt to solve the query. I'm trying from last 1 hour through all the way to connect and talk.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber I did my payment on 12jan and installation scheduled for 16jan But it rescheduled to 17 then 22jan Finally on 22 jan they put it hold . I have tried to call ivr support but there is no option to connect.Worst service ever plz retweet 🙏🙏🙏

    @reliancejio Have the worst network service plus worst customer service. its been months here without being able to watch live streams. And when you try to complain about it they will provide us bots to chat with which is not at all helpfull
