    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Even @bsnl_care responds to complaints and resolves the issue with feedback from the customer by the customer support as well as the local head office after resolution within days.

    @JioCare how shalesss u ppl are, it's been a month of struggle for internet. Even BSNL is working better than u, daily red signal for 8-10 hours since last 1.5 months and yet no resolution. 7713586970...now it's my turn to mke u irritated...just wait now

    @reliancejio @JioCare Receiving no support from the jio Staff and office. We are facing an issue with our sim which was used by my mother-in-law from last many years, in BSNL, this sim was ported in JIO in 2019, and has been in continuous usage since then. (Contd. In comments)

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Abhijit Kishore why did you join this **** Organisation. My plan is expiring on 01 Sep. Vi policy is to reduce the speed of the internet closer to due date and disconnect the service one day prior. If above happens I have moved asap to @reliancejio
