I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare I have a huge vacant land which is 7 km away from Nepal border. And here there is also the problem of Jio network! What will I have to do to get the Jio Tower installed on my land?

@reliancejio I have done unlimited recharge in my no., but speed of internet is so poor that I can’t send a message on whatsapp, Calling customer service says its problem to everyone sir, you will also face the same, is this a solution ? They say me to switch to other network !

@JioFiberVoice @JioCare Guys I've been facing with my Jio Fiber since Aug 25th & now I'm tired of raising tickets & call the customer service. They schedule engineer's visit but the technicians update in the app that issue is resolved without even visiting/contacting me. SO BAD!!
