Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

But both jio and Samsung customer care says that I need a Samsung phone. Meanwhile my friends who don't have a Samsung phone have been using the esim functionality perfectly well. Can someone at @reliancejio help me out here?

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Why has no one been informed about Jio Network Outage in Miyapur Hyderabad? For the last 1 week, my wife and I cannot receive any calls. We only receive missed call notification messages. WHAT IS HAPPENING? FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.
