  Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

  @JioCare No visit happened yet and it has impacted our work. You all really need to improve on the service aspect. How can you guys close a ticket by putting fake message, saying that the issue is resolved. Pathetic is the word @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have 2 JIO sims. Strangely the one that I have ported has issues receiving & making calls. When I call the helpline they have a standard message that your area is facing issues for sometime. If there is an issue how come the other number is working fine.

  @JioCare How much time your agents must have informed you about the problem and solution … why you are keeping things in dark …. I am told there is no service so pls cancel my order and refund. I need service and will go to another competent provider

  What the ****. I just try to browse my exam link though @reliancejio from 3:43pm and now it's 4:23 till now my browser was not opening. I got rejected. This the 4th time I got rejected.Even the network is full but the Internet is not available.
