    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Please do not bother. I am through with Jio. Shush a shabby service. No internet for 70 hours! And being told to wait and wait and wait. Please convey this to Mr Mukesh Ambani who should fire staff for taking 4 days and then also not attend complain

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is down from past 2 days. Tried raising complaint on MyJio but the issue is yet to be resolved. Jio engineers are not paying any attention to queries on call. if you can’t provide basic wifi service then I might as well switch to @airtelindia
