    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a huge vacant land which is 7 km away from Nepal border. And here there is also the problem of Jio network! What will I have to do to get the Jio Tower installed on my land?

    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report the extremely slow connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google. ,

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Your answer almost all the time is either this or 'there is many users' please fix your network. Before i was getting atleast 500kbps now most of the time it's 'no service' 'emergency calls only'.

    @reliancejio I have not received any new jio connection but got the activation msg for no 7378593949 allotted to me. Pls cancel the sim activation.

    @JioCare i am going to change from jio after 5 years. Sometimes i am not getting calls tower is full yet if anyone calls me it says like not reachable. I come to know that we need to turn on mobile net always i nerver faced this issue before now with this I lost many things

    @JioCare Jio service is not available in my area for long time. My apartment is just 300 meter from National Highway. And about 6km from techopark Trivandrum. The service is available even for some inner villages near to me. Is there any reason why it not providing service in my area
