Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

When I got Jio Fiber connection i never thought their service is deep worst condition. Today is the 6th day after my wifi disconnected. There is a technical issue. But their O&M engineers not turned up yet and resolve the issue for the last 4 days. #jiocare #MukeshAmbani #Trai

@JioCare One of the worst networks I ever experienced. Don't know how it is still surviving. Can't even call. Even Jio customer care guys can't connect to me because of no network. It's been more than a year yet no action taken. Jio guys are least bothered.
