    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a huge vacant land which is 7 km away from Nepal border. And here there is also the problem of Jio network! What will I have to do to get the Jio Tower installed on my land?

    @JioCare Check the previous conversations that I have had on phone as well as on twitter DM nothing has changed since then. The network has gotten worse with every passing day. Very soon I would have to sit below a tower to receive and make phone calls.

    @JioCare We have been waiting since almost 10 days and its getting rescheduled again and again..do try to resolve and fix the connection..they making some or the other excuses..hope this time its done..

    @JioCare Hi Akshay, below text I received today: "Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 30-04-2021 : 11:00:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box" This 4th or 5th time, no one has come. Request you to look into this issue. Ty
