    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a huge vacant land which is 7 km away from Nepal border. And here there is also the problem of Jio network! What will I have to do to get the Jio Tower installed on my land?

    Dear @JioCare, i am fed of your network & internet service. Just ported my number to jio this week. But i think it was a huge mistake. Very pathetic internet service in my area, in the name of 4G. Seems recharging jio is just wastage of money. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I had complained 5 months ago about poor internet service in my area. Here 4G is just for namesake. It's working like 2G. @JioCare's technician had visited and assured that bandwidth will be increased but till now internet is very slow here. Disgusted! @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report the extremely slow connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google. ,

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber stopped working this morning. The router is continuously blinking red and there's no internet at all. This outage has been going on for hours. Please fix it as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio Fibre has No Internet connectivity since last 3 days. Have raised technicians visit request but nobody is bothered to solve the issue. The local Jio Shop has no interest in Fiber business. Whom to approach???

    @JioCare Also,the person who has suggested to install Fiber is talking in rude manner now stating that we will not send technicans, if you want to cancel you can cancel it, But during installation he is one suggested that fiber connection will be good here Raja jio sale: +91 63799 63943

    Please we request airtel customer care to look after this issue because we have been complaining for a while the network of the wifi is negligible . At this point we will have to change the wifi network. Solve the problem asap @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate @JioCare
