  @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

  @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio I’ve posted my query on your twitter account but no reply yet. Logged complaint on 28th March but not yet resolved, sent mail by support link but no reply. Support team member asked for 575 rupees recharge and I did but still issue is same!!!

  @JioCare Just talked to the service manager of the area. The service manager does not talk to the salesperson- salesperson is not updated on ETA. He told me to come home and I’m stuck here without even mobile phone connectivity, while the technical manager says that (1/2)

  @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare Same thing happened again today evening after Jio team visit no resolution. Everyone is just visiting raising the ticket and blaming to other. Too much harassment. Please process our refund immediately. We dont need services now.
