    @JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @JioCare None of the OTT platforms included in the recharge, such as Hotstar, Zee5, or Sony Liv, are working. If your support team was actually helping properly, these services would have been activated by now. Please understand the inconvenience being caused.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my FTTH went from green to red in front of my eyes. The jio engineer who visited us said there is a break in wire on the terrace(which is locked). As it's a Sunday the wire isn't available(felt like old BSNL). Who can help me with internet restoration?

    @JioCare It’s been 15 days and neither Jio mobile internet nor AirFiber is working properly in our area. Repeatedly contacting customer care, but every time we’re only told “network is down” and given 3-5 hrs wait repeatedly with no resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio Team, I took a Jio Fiber connection on 24th April and the installation was completed on 27th April. From the second day after installation, I have been facing internet speed issues and frequent disconnections.

    @JioCare What is the point of sending DM when you are not taking any action. Your service engineers takes a week to visit after a complain. Social network handling is done by AI agents who will tell to DM the concern and do nothing. @reliancejio @reliancegroup #consumerhelp
