    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since 1 PM yesterday (over 18 hours now). The router shows a red LOS light and the restoration time in MyJio keeps getting extended. This is unacceptable. Please provide a definite update and resolve the issue urgently.😡

    @JioCare That's the experience you aim for. Check your dm I already shared all details 1 years ago. You did not resolved issue. Neighter I going to share alternative number because you will start calling this number too.

    @JioCare My JIO Fiber number is 3331658470. I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution. Call me at 7278382563 and resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare Literally, this is pathetic service.. I recieved a call frm technician he said I will cm..bt now again the req kept on hold without any reason..thiz ridiculous. Need immediate resolution @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No its not because of any technical reasons. Received the call from engineer and he asked me to call customer care and get someone else assigned for this job saying that he doesn't do relocation work. @jagograhakjago this is ridiculous. I've already paid the bill until 10th May.
