    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @reliancejio it seems has started a new scheme to extort money from the public. They first denied to shift my connection to a new location in the same city and asked me to take a new connection at the new location and cancel the previous connection.

    When I agreed to this they collected the price for a new connection and kept me waiting for 1 week. Then told me to cancel both connections. Now it's been 2 and a half months and I have not received a refund for any connection. I request @reliancejio @TRAI to take cognizance

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network isnt working even 1%.. In Teliyarganj,Prayagraj,UP Facing this problem since 1 Month. In between I went to Lucknow and Network was alright there. Many of my friends using JIO aren't facing same issue what I am facing. Kindly look into it.

    @JioCare I was also planning to avail post paid of yours. But the way you removed the Amazon Prime subscription, I felt like cheated. You can go on quoting reasons for that but it’s of no use to me. Also, you customer care services are disgusting. I hope I have clarified myself.
