@JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

@JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

@reliancejio In JioFiber ₹499 plan 14ott apps are included which includes JioSaava but it is a lie as no subscription is given its just the ad supported version which don't need the JioFiber plan. If you don't provide and support how you could say that 14ott service are provided

@JioCare Why your team has closed service request SR00001FWQWJ without resolution. How can they close the ticket just on the FALSE basis that I have not been contacted on phone? Why do you call again and again to confirm the same thing if the customer wants to close the connection?

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm not able to access my Onelogin work portal as it has been blacklisted by Jio for the past 7 days and counting.. Contacted your customer service to resolve the issue and the service requests raised are being put on hold for the past 5 days. Pathetic!

Very bad customer care service on 199 call @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI not even giving correct response in return asking 10 questions for sim blocking. If i Loss any money due to misuse of my mobile, as jio customer care not blocking my number I will sue you in court.
