@JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

@JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

Yes they scam my hardly earn money i raised uninstalling complain on 11 april but engineer arrived on 15 may they kept rejecting on fake issue didnt come to collect they reach after one month and they scam my money 1000 saying installation charge @JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio

@JioCare @TRAI With a jio connection, we only wasting our hard earned money. Unable to access internet inside home. Several complaints raised, but no resolution. Seems like ambani ji don't care, or jio employees don't bother to solve people's issue.
