    @JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Due to unresolved service issues, I have stopped using my Jio AirFiber service. Please disconnect the connection, arrange device pickup, and process my security deposit refund. I will not make any payment for bills generated after 17 June 2026.

    @JioCare I fail to understand where should we raise this issue? Why these firms have right to use our money without providing any services. I am literally frustrated.     @JioCare This is still not resolved and neither has anyone bothered to reach out to me after four days of internet outage and multiple escalations. Is there light at end of the tunnel and how long is the tunnel?

    @JioCare Hi shirisha u got some wrong information about the weather, no extreme rain, no extreme heatwave,no cyclone,nothing , fantastic weather max.temp 36ยฐC. Even if weather is issue,it won't take 8 days to fix the issue.

    The FifaWc is on and the fact that for the entire day your network has been down and no signs of it being up speaks volumes about ur lack of preparedness for such emergencies. We should be compensated for this anguish. Thank God i had another Airtel ! @reliancejio @JioCare
