    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service. My connection has been down for the last 3 days and no technician has visited yet. Customer care is not responding or providing any resolution. This is the 4th outage in a single month.
