My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

@reliancejio is a third class network i am facing last six months , complained many times and i am having recording also of customer care service . My suggestion please don’t use jio network .

@reliancejio @JioCare I just can't believe the level of negligence jio is giving these days. There is call muting and call drop happing in major cities like Bangalore. Even after registering complaint jio is thick skinned enough to neglect it's own customer complaints. 😡😡😡😡

What would @Airtel_Presence would have done in similar customer situation as this. @JioCare @reliancejio . I couldnt find their service in Dhanbad and hence resorted to JioFibre. I wish I had known and been more careful to trust #RelianceJio!

@JioCare Your speeds are Area dependant? I don't think so, please let me know what is the download speed that you promise in any area or is it 0.79 Mbps that I am getting. Sending details about my connection thru direct msg doesn't help,saw last time.
