    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare Im facing slow internet issue with all apps like Jio app, Youtube, FB, Insta, etc. If Im paying good enough for 5G then why should I get 2G speed.? Im living in Navegaon, Gadchiroli. The amount of recharges increasing but your so called TRUE 5G network is very SLOW SPEED. Fix it

    @JioCare JioFibre Internet issue from the morning , no engineer visits till now . Still waiting without internet. Worst service. Customer Care said we cannot do anything you need to wait.

    @JioCare Not true. You are shifting the blame for your own unprofessionalism to others. The PROBLEM IS INTERNAL. YOU HAVE REACHED A CONCLUSION WITHOUT CHECKING. In 4 days, your engineers heve cancelled 6 visits! YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING AGAINST THEM!! TERRIBLE SERVICE JIO!!!!

    Hi @JioCare I'm experiencing poor network connectivity at Gera World of Joy, Kharadi–Ubale Nagar, Pune. The network is very weak both indoors and outdoors. Calls keep dropping and mobile internet is extremely slow. Please investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. #Pune

    @JioCare What happened no one has bothered attained? My Netflix is still not working. And charges are collected in advance in 21st june ,prior to exactly one month.

    @reliancejio @JioCare successfully placed request for port out from Jio for pride world city pune. 0 network since 6 months and they dont care. Port out sent suddenly they become interested at 8 am. 2 ported out 2 more in progress. @airtelindia your service is also not great

    @JioCare I had paid for the service 3 months in advance in June. At this point, can you please return my advance for August and September months and let me move on to other provider?
