    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Have to divert my incoming to another number due to inconvenience caused by @airtelindia. I am not asking for 4g, I just need good quality voice service. @JioCare has made good coverage

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio sim . After few days jio internet is working fine but today jio internet connection is very poor and jio internet is not working so that I very unsatisfied, Jio internet is down in Punjab #Jio_Internet_Down

    @JioCare That is the whole issue. I have been trying to get the devices picked up since last 2 days. When will that take place. I won't be available at my address after tomorrow afternoon and I have told them 100 times to my local jio representatives also!

    @JioCare your service sucks , trying to get my installation done from last 3 days but there is no revert from you guys my JioFiber new connection Request number NO0000GXPC72 . If this is the situation before installation can’t trust on your after sales service.

    I switched all my providers to jio only, but now it is becoming my worst experiences. Neither in delhi nor at my UP village everywhere no network coverage. It is worst than 2G days. I wouldn't recommend anyone to jio and soon changing to other provider all my network @reliancejio
