My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

@JioCare 4 days before! I made a complaint regarding my JIO SET-TOP BOX that its not working and they stated me that they will resolved it in next 24 hrs,now it has been 4 days already ! But there is no update regarding my complaint ! Please tell me it will get resolved or not?

@JioCare It has been nearly month passed for this issue,if jio doesn't want to refund money then don't give don't keep on changing dates,just received message of pickup schedule on 9th ,if not done on that day I will upload pic throwing set top box and router in dust bin
