@reliancejio @JioCare My jio sim was from Kolkata circle. I am presently staying in Gujarat. My sim damaged. But in service centre outstation sim not available for more than one month. As this mobile number was very important for me, I don't want to change it.

@JioCare No visit till now... Even there is no sense in complaining to appellate authority set as per TRAI regulation. Even there are not able to schedule a visit for the engineer. What should a customer do then @TRAI

@JioCare Sahil ,more than 10 of ur executives are only acknowledging ,but solution not forthcoming. Will now be forced to approach other forums for my refund. Cannot accept somebody coming to ur house and taking u for a ride and cheating u.Jago Jio fibre team jago.

@JioCare Dear Concern, i am frequently getting msgs that my jio data has been utilised 50% & immediately after that 100% utilisation msg comes and my data network stops.i am getting these msgs even if i do not use my mobile.

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm having an issue with your network for past 1week. Despite the fact that the signal range is shown full, both data and calls are not functioning. Mobile data is extremely slow that the messages are not even sent after 20 minutes.
