    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    @JioCare It has been 48+ hours since I raised my SIM porting request, yet no one has contacted me or delivered the SIM. This level of Unprofessional Work and Poor service. I hereby request you to cancel my porting request immediately and refund my payment. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Sell your data packs with clear front page information that None of your packs are truly unlimited 5G at 5G speed and this limiter of 300GB a month sucks... People can't even backup or download their personal data if it exceeds 300GB... SUCKERS

    @JioCare @reliancejio My concern is NOT about recharging. I am reporting a NO NETWORK issue in my area. There is zero signal here, and we need a new tower/network setup. Please look into this network coverage issue rather than checking my plan status.

    @JioCare New JioAirFiber connection (installed just 1 week ago) is giving very poor performance. Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.
