My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

@JioCare We are unable to receive call, as there is no network coverage at ground level, as this is not possible to always hang mobile phones at height to receive calls.

@JioCare I am not talking about providing high speed internet, please provide simple calling network at ground level, so that we can fasciltate calling service from home, not always from rooftop or high altitude.

@JioCare I am facing problem for all network number. As there is network coverage is worst at my location, and jio is failing to provide good network since 1 and half years. There need to fix new tower in my location. People here will provide you land for that.
