@JioCare Engineer shd hv visited within 2 hrs of lodging d complaint. If it takes more dan 24 hrs to provide services...we will call it very poor service by Jio Fibre. kindly rectify d service part at ur end. Thanks nd regards

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani 54days of harrasment from team jio. No clarity yet whatsoever regarding my refund. Just generic text messages empathising since day one of this issue. Neither refund date nor the refund amount is mentioned in messages thread. This is disgusting!!

@JioCare Have DM all the details. Also,I called customer care from my registered no today....where some lady picked up call and provided these absurd replies. She told that full deposit amount won't be refunded and 1k jio won't be returning as per policy which was quite strange
