My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

Never get JioFiber in Bangalore. It's been 16 days and the installation has been getting rescheduled every other day. I've never experienced worse service from a telecom company. @reliancejio

@JioCare One of the worst networks I ever experienced. Don't know how it is still surviving. Can't even call. Even Jio customer care guys can't connect to me because of no network. It's been more than a year yet no action taken. Jio guys are least bothered.

@JioCare I have taken Jio fiber advance rental plan, and paid for 1st 3months at the time of taking connection (2nd Jun). Also paid Rs ~342 (for 2nd Jun-10th Jun) Problem 1 : Now bill generated for 3rd month cycle (10th aug - 11th Sep) though i paid for 3months already.
