@JioCare @reliancejio can anyone help. New fiber connection req raised on wed, order no NO0000H718V6 and it was assured that by saturday (yesterday) it will be installed. But you guys are rescheduling the visit again & again. Other vendors are doing same job within 1-2 days.

Hello @JioCare 4 days before your customer's data pack is finished, you send frequent messages and frequent calls to your customer. This is a good thing to do once,but I think people will not forget once they get the information, there is no need to disturb people with frequent

@JioCare No action has been taken yet .Jio service is worst ever. Time to change network provider. I am fine with complaining and hoping fir better service for last one month according to them one or two month of network problem is TEMPORARY
