Naved (@navedahamragas) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Entire locality in Vileparle east Mumbai without Jio Fiber since Sunday. Total radio silence on an ETA for repairs. "Fiber service impacted" doesn't help when businesses are losing money and completely stranded. Need an update and a specific resolution time.
