My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

Hi @reliancegroup! Stop taking over businesses when you can’t run them properly. @reliancejio took majority of Internet bandwidth and the services are so ******. And customer care concept doesn’t even exist.

@reliancejio Not satisfied with the after sale service. After every month-recharge service is down for initial 5-6days till engineer fixes it and this has been the story since last 4months. 30day plan is active for 24days only, will have to soon exit jio not worth at this price
