My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

@JioCare team, there is no signal in pincode 522661. Getting signal occassionally hardly 2/3 hours per day. If I chat with customer care they are unable to understand the prob. Is it the world s 5th top most brand. Or giving daily 5 hours of network. Please assist
