We are on a postpaid family plan and pay bills on time yet facing constant calling and internet issues. Fix the network and provide consistent service first - then asking for payment will make sens.

But for booking this connection JIO sales person came to my home in 10min to take money, Now for small technical issue(enable pro google gemini banner) from their side 15days over, no resolution.

This has been happening for years. Forced to go outside just to make calls. Fix this urgently. Location: Jaisalmer(HBC)
