@reliancejio Yes, they really don't have any solution to our network problem . They will repeatedly saying we are working on the issue or we planned for new tower near your location these are the default answer they will provide when you reach out to customer care.worst da dei🤬🤬🤬🤬

@JioCare Pathetic service! My Jio fiber is not working since a week and noone came to attend it. On top of that the sales executive is a fraud who sold another connection promising a refund of previous connection. This is how Ambanis become rich..by frauds! Stay away from Jio!
