    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @Skidmak_ @JioCare Oh that's good. Then unless you face any major issues in the future there's no need to upgrade to airfiber plus or other switch to other ISP for now ig. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

    Hi @JioCare Team We would like to inform you that we have a Jio Fiber connection along with a TV Set-Top Box. We would like to request the deactivation of the TV Set-Top Box connection while continuing to use the Jio Fiber service.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare For the last 24+ hours, I'm facing extremely slow internet on my iPhone. Even basic apps are barely working. Despite repeated complaints, I only get we're checking with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Please fix this immediately. @reliancejio

    @JioCare There's something drastically wrong wth #jiofiber today in mahim matunga west area. Been down from around 5am the mandatory sms promising connectivity in 4hrs comes & keeps coming after that. 1/2

    @reliancejio 've been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executive—only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team don’t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground

    @JioCare I'm not using laptop.. I'm using phone only but still after chats on jio care app nothing improved in your service..and guess what after this I've just checked and it's still showing you've not any subscription so subscribe at 79 rupees..for god sake don't fool people 🙏
