    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely pathetic experience from couple of weeks, calls go only after trying multiple times at least 10, internet does not work if you go even in a little crowded area, facing this issue both in bangalore kadubesanhalli area and near chennai airport.

    @JioCare Fiber wire is broken on the road . I am trying to reach out but getting no early response and they have scheduled Engineer visit on 8th April. In Bangalore we cannot expect a delay of 3 days for a wire fixing . Need your attention.@reliancejio
