    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Stop sending generic, scripted replies. I am not interested in your 'service requests' or further delays. My request is simple: Cancel the Jio AirFiber connection immediately and process my full refund. Do not try to fix this or offer me more time;

    @JioCare @JioCare Do you still expect me to continue with Jio after a 4-day Internet outage at my residence in South Delhi? The disruption persists due to adamant and inefficient technicians and a failed grievance redressal system. Do you want to hear harsh words on such pathetic service?

    @JioCare Airfiber customer service is very poor no proper response, no technical team at morning 9.45am, no escalation team too at 9.45 am, ticket will take 72 hrs in such case why the customer need to struggle for 3 days to understand the problem.. @AkashMAmbani @reliancejio

    @AvishekDubey15 @JioCare Yeah so on your Jio fiber go to the settings, somewhere in the settings you will find system apps, then open Live TV, clear cache and storage then restart your Jio fiber. The customer says it will take around 24hrs to receive OTPs so no matter what you have to wait a day
