    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare This is not expected. I am not getting proper response from the engineer as well. On call I stated him the issue and afterwards he is not coming to visit the site. Kindly cancel the connection.

    @JioCare I want to know the reason why have I not got Disney plus hotstar subscription which was bundled with my plan. I don't want to listen that you have to buy and all that . I just want to know the reason because I never degraded the plan. Please reply

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Sach a bad network both the company. They are resolve the issue for long time. I strongly recommanded to shift the sim to other network. It's resolve the network issue since a call user at area.

    @JioCare I tried all possible ways to not to post it publicly.. But you guys reluctant enough to close multiple service request without solving. Even after reopening it you did the same. What is resolution you provided to this ticket multiple times SR00001A2LET Worst service.
