It's been more then 2 weeks and still it is not cancelled and I have not received refund yet. Customer service are giving false hopes. Need refund asap.

I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at all.
