    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare Hello, My Jio fiber is not working since last 40 hours. Raised a service request, the expected resolution time has been updated twice, surprisingly 4 days from now. Screenshots attached. Could you please help for a prompt resolution?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service is not upto the mark. I have given compliant to stop DND plan services Refer no. DM63270FAE58 yesterday at 5:30pm it is more than 24 hours but still this plan has not stopped. Kindly do it on priority or else tomorrow I am going to stop your service.

    @reliancejio @jiofibrenoida Worst service ever. I just applied for new connection . It is still not installed and there is nobody to revert with the problem . Payments for installation etc all done. @reliancejio
