    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @thecroindia 2/2 When i try online, they tell me to call customer care when i call CC, they tell me to try app, app is rejecting my relocation request, at the end no one assists me, dodge my problem. i tried their Twitter, now they are'nt responding too pls help @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber connection down since saturday afternoon, have reached out to Jio customer service atleast 6 times… Engineer’s visit yet to happen….. keeps on rescheduling. Twitting out of shear frustration towards Jio fiber services in Bangalore.SR00001CA3UV

    @JioCare I think JIO is only doing show off and in work nothing .. please stop giving false assurance to the customers, if you are not able to give service at a prime location by installing a broadband box not sure what services you are giving to customers

    @reliancejio @JioCare 2 years they haven't changed it. Every time an engineer came he said it was not in their hands. So I raised the service request service request no. SR00001CAZCO this time through customer care service and they assured me that they have added this issue

    @BlueNiladri Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.
