    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    Having lot of issue with the jio but after doing so many complaints nothing happens only the answer is we are working on the issue and it will be resolved when don't know Facing this problem for more than 2 months.I think choosing the jio network is my worst mistake @reliancejio

    @RishuChauhan028 @JioCare @reliancejio Seriously it's relates to every jio customer if a customer need help he/she try to call you on what's app or call when he/she call's you it's saying the number have dailed is incorrect or if we chat on whatsapp your bot make customer angry by sending continuously one option

    @JioCare Concern is that half the time my calls are dropping and I am facing severe call lags. When I am travelling many a times the network is so poor that I can’t make or receive calls

    @JioCare Dear jio, Please improve your network quality in my area . I can't even make call. It never gets connected. I'm facing slow speed issue on internet on every page, every app I want to run. It takes whole lot of time to open any app or page. Please solve issue as soon
