    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare got a new fiber connection installed on Saturday and since all I have been doing is calling customer care, technicians, engineers but to no avail. Someone visited yesterday but no resolution. Unable to use internet. Please disconnect it if you can't provide service

    @JioCare jio fibre is mainly database service but sales agent of jio fibre convince public that 399+ scheme includes all TV channels which us wrong. In small town without TV channels jio fibre schemes us is not useful for public

    @reliancejio Dear Sir, there was a clear promise from the Salesperson that after trial, I would get my entire money back (i.e. 1500), if I didn't find service satisfactory, but only 500 has been refunded. #JioSalesmanCheated Refer request ID300642303983, not getting any response

    I don't know why but there isn't any option in my jio app to get rid of jiofiber subscription. Installation is quick but problem resolution is not. @JioCare just doesn't care! You get to chat with a bot which asks you irrelavant questions always. Pls help @JioCare
