    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    @JioCare @AmaderLalgola You customer service is very poor. You are not able to put the modem in 20 days at my home, after wirings and all things are done. Than how will u provide good service after installation to the customers. Still 5 days are gone. Very very poor service.
