    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    Very very poor network and ineternet speed its really burst service bye bye jio with approx 200 user @reliancejio @JioCare

    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare Why the IVR options has been removed with your voice assistant which is useless, it's not able to understand anything and not allowing to connect to customer care executive and repeating the same dialogue again and again?

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio. This is my 5th complaint within a month. Everytime there is any rain my Jio Home modem loses signal. Apparently, there's a connector in the line someehere wch malfunctions, as soon as it rains. Help me surrender the connection altogether plz.

    @JioCare Habiba thank you for the update. It's beyond 2 months we had connected & discussed issue, it's getting tougher, I had disconnected fiber for the reason but due 2 the delay of resolution it has almost defeated the main purpose & caused stressed, pls resolve in 1-2 days πŸ™

    @JioCare I already shared last week.. 5G not working.. mobile network is always in LTE Even in open areas.. its not just in one area.. check your network in entire hyd Jio fiber also not working properly

    @JioCare your internet connection doesn't seem to be very much around the area of Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. I primarily stay there. There's network usage needed. Do something or I might have to switch to @airtelindia
