My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

@JioCare The current status shows that the issue has been resolved. Kindly provide the details of the service engineer who visited here. I wish to have one on one conversation with that guy who has a magic wand to solve problem sitting at home. If u can’t solve problem so close the case.

@JioCare I have recharged with One year plan for call data and SMS. And now in the app it’s showing me that this plan is for data only, where as on recharge portal it was showing that recharge is for call, data and sms. Also the customer care response is also worst

@JioCare Worst calling and internet surfing experience at churu,which is district hq of Rajasthan. Raised issue many times to jio care, but not get any improvement in network issues. So porting out of jio.

@JioCare My jio fiber connection is number 07935638621. I have made a double recharge by mistake on 2.2.2022. After a 50 email trail and number of call to jio fiber resolve the issue. Jiofiber is not responding till date. So credit to my account or reverse to source account.

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Not required. I have been already told that there is no issue at all by ur care team. Ehats surprising me is that, till now i have not received a single call and all went one side and decided there is no issue. Nownwill tey more to helo ppl abut u.

Dear @airtelindia I'm facing continuos problem in your fiber since 6 months with no solution my registered no is 9988088033 . Wifi automatically disconnects an then doesn't reconnect then I have to connect to other band 2ghz or restart router Should I shift to @JioCare fiber
