    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    @JioCare . Jio customer care executives are bunch of jokers, inspite of sending them screen shot of speed, the adk for recharge. For last 2 yrs I am getting 2g speed instead of 4g speed. @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia .

    @reliancejio @JioCare it will be very less painful for a customer if you have a tab that directly say "submit a complaint" or "schedule a tecnician visit" on your app, instead of thinking of customer to be a fool & keep going round & round with your not so helpful AI #JioFiber

    @JioCare What a joke. I have using data/voice/sms for last four years. Every 28 days I recharge my plan with Rs 199/- but i sm getting 2 G speed instead of 4G speed which is promised by Jio. Your customer care reply executives are bunch of jokers
