    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been without a working JioFiber connection since last night. I raised a support request with the Jio customer support team yesterday. This morning, the assigned technician called me only to inform me that he had been sent to my old installation address

    @JioCare @reliancejio Till now issue has not been resolved, it’s been 13 days since escalated, this is the worst experience with @reliancejio multiple calls and ticket number, field team couldn’t resolve a simple fiber disconnection, im terminating service.

    @JioCare @gnluofficial @Divya_Bhaskar Gujarat National Law University Opp PDPU (managed by Reliance) Koba, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. No Jio network in campus & nearby area. All Jio users are porting to Airtel or Vodafone. It is surprising that Jio doesn’t work in Gujarat
