    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    Why is @JioCare offering a plan which is not available to old connections, higher speed at a lower price!!! The existing customers are seeing a problem with buffering and so on. Marketing strategy for old customers to move to new plans by paying more 😡. @PMOIndia

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service is too bad at Sharjapura. Azimpremji University, Benglore. From last 15 days I am facing network issue. LTE+ is what I am getting instead of 5G. All students came from all states and seniors told us to port sims in others.

    @JioCare Is there any human support left, or has everything been replaced by bots? I’ve tried the app, AI chatbot, WhatsApp, live chat, and customer care. Every channel sends me through the same endless loop: troubleshoot → feedback → WhatsApp → chatbot → troubleshoot again.

    How to solve network issue & slow internet on Jio Network 1. Buy Steel cutter or angle grinder 2. Start cutting down jio tower nearby 3. When it falls on ground, Port your sim to Airtel or something @JioCare @reliancejio
