My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

@JioCare Hi Nausheen, It's been 4 days already since I have raised a complaint with the Jio team. I think I am not the only one who's facing the worst service from Jio. Your Jio team handles the complaint in the same way as the other customers.

@JioCare Your network internet is very very poor. Not working at all. Sometimes working at negligible speed. Are you down today? OR This is your gradual degradation for cheating the users ? *and yes, please don't ask for DM. Better you check it with complaints history.

@JioCare Update 2: Engineer you assigned called for replacement of Main Jio Fiber Router where as the problem is with Jio Extender . Your Service staff named Ankush has denied the replacement of extender saying it is working fine. Pls guide where to bang my head if you cant solve it.
