I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

I am a @reliancejio user and have been using it for the last 5 years and never faced such issues with customer service, especially with international care support. I think you must try Jio as they provide dedicated IR customer support.
