    My phone was stolen on 26th August. And in it was a jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare. I wanted to know the imei number or the phone model it was put in on that day. Just for the safety of the usage of the sim. Please help @JioCare

    There should be one feature to track down the phones after getting stolen or something... Either by @reliancejio or by the mobile provider @realmeIndia... I need some resolution swiftly..

    @JioCare My Internet has been down for last 4 hrs. Tried connecting to jio care phone but its either “ all lines are busy” or get disconnected after being on hold on IVR. Very pathetic service @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your customer service is pathetic, i am trying to report internet issues on app, all it tells me to do is restart the router, toll free number just cuts the call once i request for a customer care representative. Is this how one should solve issues ? Please address it

    @JioCare the services are down in whole noida, if you have downtime in area, please inform users, we don’t want to call your customer care again and again with no response , even this downtime was told by your local Rep here. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio has not given any contact number to make a complaint for faulty connection the number they have given has an option to speak to a customer are executive but no one picks up there as well And this is happening on such a volatile expiry trading day
