    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    "Dear @JioCare, I am tired of receiving irrelevant solutions like 'check your phone settings.' The issue is POOR NETWORK COVERAGE and NO SIGNAL inside my house. My handset is perfectly fine; the problem is with your tower/infrastructure in my area.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not accurate. The issue was not pending from my side anymore service is already restored on 21 April The problem was clearly on network/backend (provisioning side)Even after router & ODU replacement, device was connected to tower but no internet no proper(1/2)
