@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare I Want a permanent solution and not your reassurance of getting it solved each and every time. When will my Wi-Fi be restored ? Every day it’s being delayed citing some reasons. I want a permanent solution else I will switch to Airtel.

@JioCare . Today I recharged my jio fibre for 399 plan . And to my surprise 1768.28 has been deducted from my Amazon pay account. Now your customer care is saying nothing can be done. What is this ? Next time I will think ten times before recharging on jio app.
