    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @aaravvns @JioCare @SamsungIndia has to release an update to enable the modem to support StandAlone Jio5g network and thereafter Jio5g will start working so wait until the update is released

    My experience in #JioTrue5G has been pathetic 1) every call.dother party can't hear me 2)every UPI payment..i had wait like more than 2-3 min with 4g it was with a snap of finger 3) never realised that 1.8Gbps while interacting with any app #5G @jio @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reached to the Jio care 1800 896 9999 but they didn’t took complain telling that they are not authorised to take complain on Jio Mesh Extender product. Reached out to the Jio Service Centre for rectification of this product but they are also unable to provide fix or further help

    @vijayinani @JioCare Samsung has to release an update to enable modem support StandAlone Jio5g network and Jio5g will start working. Even a JIO5G activated working in apple 5G phone sim inserted in Samsung phone shows no 5g only LTE. Again works fine when inserted back in Apple 5G phone

    Dear @JioCare @jio i was camplain last 6 month. Indoor data service not working but you never address my camplain. What a pathetic service. Data speed to slow like 2g.
