@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Worst connectivity provided by @reliancejio @JioCare it is believed that BSNL has good connectivity rather then jio in our area. I will opted out from this kind of service provider with request to all my friends plz select any other service provider then jio

I raised the complaint to jio customer care department but they didn't give me any solution so finally here I want to request to the higher appellate authority of jio that please give me the final solution and take this complaint on priority basis @reliancejio @JioCare #jio

Worst internet service by @reliancejio when trying to watch IPL matches on jio cinema. Most of the time it is buffering even with 150MBPS connection and audio is going away on its own. @DisneyPlusHS was much better 😕

Dear @jiocareindia your poor and slow internet speeds sucks, almost its seems slow day by day raised a complaint few weeks back no solution on that till now. The network was installed last year in the month of June. Please solve the issue ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare
