@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@reliancejio we paid for 4G service and getting 2G service. Not even search on internet. In the setuation of no electricity we lost the network. It is completely unexpected we paid for uninterrupted 4G service

@JioCare My booking for Jiofibre took place on 29-03-23 and till now there is no installation and the installation date keeps getting changed to a different date on the day of installation.This is the 3rd time, I want a refund or I'll file a consumer complaint. Enough is enough.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I am using Jio Fiber and Set Up box. I have an advanced remote given to me in Hyderabad. But in Srikalahasti I am not given that remote. I tried contacting the support locally and they mentioned this is the remote that they will be providing.
