    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Respected Team, I had raised a grievance on 8th September to which no response has been received or a complaint number assigned I have not been given access to my Amazon prime id inspite of recharge on time and not downgrading the plan.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare I am right beneath the tower which is and can’t even receive signal till here. It only happens with airtel and Jio which uses same tower at Sallar Anantnag. Why is this not being addressed and do you want me to get intervene from local Tehsil?
