@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@reliancejio @ril_foundation No need to give anything free, Just let me know in which city jio is having high speed internet. I have not seen in pune ,Mumbai, MP and even in varanasi. I have twitted so many times, But not received solution. Now I am sure to change my network provider, Shame on Jio.

@JioCare @SherineBalti ur existing customers are fed up of jio with frequent disconnection.please resolve our issues .pin code 400 020.internet is down since yesterday of d entire area. about 400-500 connections in our area roughly giving a biz of 50 lacs a year. too small an amount for @reliancejio?

@JioCare My rating for Jio is zero, I am expecting same rating from each one using jio network. In my whole life I have not seen such a pathetic network and speed of any service provider. Even 2G is better than your 4G, Don't even try to ask me my local details.
