    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare I requested for cancellation of jiofiber REQUEST ID SR00001H2GJD but it was closed without my consent also I don't know who recharged my jio fiber and generate a customer retained service request please do cancel jiofiber and make a refund of ₹1500

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last 1 week i am facing issues with call connection and quality of voice (very low quality voice /robotic voice) in my area please look into it, i have done all troubleshooting as per Customer service representative on chat. Plz resolve it ASAP.
