@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

I registered for Jiofiber on 8 april. Then I got call from Jiofiber executive, he said the FAT box is online and pay amount 2500. When I paid,he denied and said FAT has no power yet and will be online in 15 days. This is fraud Worst service by jiofiber @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio very worst service provided by jio, 2500/- already paid for fiber connection, 7 times engineer visit scheduled but still eng didn't come and now again you are saying engineer will visit at scheduled time.

@reliancejio, @TRAI, @DoT_India everytime getting call that they are telling from jio company and asking for recharge when incoming is already active in number if company has issue regarding recharge why they not stop incoming if any cyber crime happens who will be responsible.

This is not a network or telecom issue. This is becoz ur service provider isn't registered with the telecom operators for sending these messages in accordance with the @TRAI regulations. We request you to connect with your bank/app, co/e-commerce co, etc. received from @JioCare.

@JioCare I had paid 2.5k as refundable deposit for the JioFiber trial offer with STB. After returning all the equipment, you only refunded 1.5k and are dillydallying over the remainder amount by raising service requests that are not even responded to. Simply unprofessional.
