There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

If this issue isn't resolved now, there is only one remaining option: I will have to port out all 18 of my Jio SIM cards.

gagandeep choudhary (@FLa0N) reported@JioCare It doesn't matter where I open myjio app and run diagnostic it will always show the same error "outage detected" at least remove this when I'm not at home. Or it is like your app has been hacked and it keeps showing the same error every time. At least get it checked once.

Even having 5g device and 5g recharge there never comes 5g network and some times 4g network also didn't work and same problems while on call tired to connect customer care but no solution plz look at the problem

Only your team has asked my number and location multiple time over the chat and nothing happened. The most poorest service I have ever seen by any ISP provider like Jio air fiber.

Calls barely connect throughout day and after 6 PM, it is impossible to talk using Jio. Network disappears frequently & internet speed drops to almost 2G level. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @JioCare
