    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Signals are too weak and i barely see 2 bars in signal strength. There are 4 Jio connections in my home and we are struggling to use the internet and i am unable to do work from home since my system is lagging due to connectivity. Pincode 560037, Bangalore.

    @anjileeistwal @JioCare Jio repliesemail to care@... They solve the problem also. Write email otherwise you have no evidence how long you are stuck. it takes 48+ hours to reach an engineer who shall visit n fix.the path to on-ground army is very inefficient. Mostly cable cut locally - bad luck.

    @unassertive @JioCare Yes. You need to put the Jio SIM in the router and it'll give you wifi. If you need to improve your signal, connect an external antenna to router. That antenna can be at a higher elevation & facing the tower.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Dear Jio, Jio fiber services are getting down very frequently in these days, 3 times in my area in a week. Please look into this matter as it is affecting our office work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My reliance jio network is very bad, sometimes 1 in the network icon, sometimes it is not there, there is a problem of not connecting the call when calling, etc., do it between 10:00 to 5:00 of the internet. Can't find it is such a bad situation.

    @JioCare How the hell I'm responsible for your service? I've paid full amount, if service is not available, it's you who needs to take care of it not the customer. You have extend the plan for all of the days when your service was not available, you can check from backend.
