    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    Such a pathetic service by @JioCare . Internet not working since 3 days, a new engineer gets assigned everyday who never shows up. Plz Improve your service!! @airtelindia is miles ahead of you. Firstly it rarely fails, if does gets resolved in a day max.

    @reliancejio Useless service. Whether you are at home or around the house, they keep switching from 5G to LTE, they keep doing it. They ask again how is the service, 5G is working great, give me the rate.. What rating would you give for this? 👎🏻

    @JioCare If you were truly here for customers, I wouldn't be receiving the same copied template replies repeatedly while my issue remains unresolved. I need action and clear commitments, not repeated scripted responses.

    My jio fibre connection no.+911293674226 is not working since yesterday. Complaint no. SR00002LPCG4 has not been resolved as yet. Pls get it fixed urgently. @JioCare @jio_fiber
