There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

My Jio Fiber hasn’t been working for 3 days, and all I get is a meaningless status update on the app with zero resolution or accountability. This is a complete failure of customer support. Again I rescheduled an engineer visit for 29.04.2026 b/w 6 to 7 pm but again it was rescheduled from backend without my consent. This drama of automatic rescheduling is going on for 3 days but no resolution.
