@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare I have a jio fiber relocation requested on 3rd April 2023 at 6:44pm. I didn't get any engineer visit till now. So I request to you that do quick action against this. I have spoken many times to customer care support. I didn't get any solution of my problem. @reliancejio

The @airtelindia card was ported from idea to airtel, in 3 months card has been deactivated twice. I think its time to switch to @JioCare . Airtel gallery is asking to go to mumbai customer care, else will lose out the balance which still has 2 months pending.
