@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare Last time when I complaint twice to your customer care then concerned person of my area told me that sir we will shift FAT to nearby your house because your house is much far from the FAT. Wait for one week after one week ok I have complain again and I got service but ....

@JioCare ...possible in your area. At last today I have raise a request to disconnect my jio fibre connection. If you are unable to provide service then please disconnect my jio fibre connection and refund my whole amount.
