@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare How can we ignore it while an emergency. Reminder should be on only one call of the day. Every call for 3 days is not wise idea. As a customer and our need, we know our plan expiration date without any notification. Some changes required in this system @reliancejio

@TajinderBagga @JioCare You are still with @reliancejio ? All they can offer is false assurances and promises to get your network coverage fixed. They will ask for your area and house location and then silly questions afterwards and in the last all they will say is 1/2

@reliancejio @JioCare a lot of call drops, server unreachable issues with full network now a days. I prefer WhatsApp call then calling from phone app. Can you please look into that.

I requested to port number from Jio to Airtel and it was accepted and successful but now I am having a lot of trouble with airtel network even though I tried a lot but the situation is as it is so my request is again I want to port number @TRAI @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
