    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare No one came for last 2 days and now I get sms that issue is removed at your end . When customer is complaining n paying in advance , our query is not important at all ! This is pathetic . No call from senior person has come in as well

    @JioCare This is exactly why I switched to @Airtel_Presence. In the era of 5G, I’m struggling to get even a stable 3G signal at my current location. The network experience has been extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare My STB voucher was generated (DV0000032SDE) and successfully redeemed on 22 Jan 2026 (SR: TC00000A5IHG). This proves eligibility. Yet no engineer visit or installation till date. For months I've received only assurances, not service. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Looks like customer service is being treated as an afterthought. I reported a service disruption on 13 June the engineer visit scheduled for the evening of 17 June a delay of four days. Since I will be unable to use the service for a significant portion of my 30-day subscription due to this delay will you compensate by extending my plan with equivalent additional service days? Customers should not have to bear the cost of delays caused by inadequate service response. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Since Nov 2025: SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Multiple assurances of resolution within 7–15 days. Complaints closed, issue still unresolved. I have call recordings of these commitments. Need action, not assurances.
