    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare Not sure why does it take this long to solve a simple speed related issue. If your systems can't handle 1gbps, why do you even sell those plans?

    @JioCare Facing repeated low speed issue on my JioAirFiber connection. Speed again dropped to 4–5 Mbps even after engineer visit Local engineer says full setup must be changed after plan expiry. Need official confirmation from Jio. Customer care also not responding. Please help

    @JioCare Dear Team, The issue has been resolved, but I would like to understand the reason behind it. Could you please explain what caused the problem? My mobile network is very important in my daily life. Being without network service for 1–2 days is really a nightmare.

    @JioCare Your own message says "location not covered". Then provide a portable network booster at my home (Village Bagahi, Bihar). No tower needed. Just enough 4G for calls + basic internet from ground floor. Help us rural users. #JioDoTheRightThing

    @atulgupta1234 @reliancejio @JioCare Within month I have risen more then 10 SR tey are unable to give service. They are fooling costumers nothing else. They ll force to cancel there plan within 2 month and they ll not refund ur money . Worst service I have ever seen . Finally I have cancelled jio .
