    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

  • @JioCare Thanks atleast someone tried to read the message before replying. Now, this is complaint that I am waiting for your pickup boy from past 7 days but he is not coming. God knows, till when JIO will be punishing it's customers, who also have other works apart from waiting for them

    @JioCare This is to inform you that I have already raised multiple complaints regarding my Jio Fiber connection, but no proper resolution has been provided so far. Your team is asking for unjustified charges even though the service is not working. This is highly unprofessional.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, I recently bought a Jio Bharat phone, but it is not showing any network. I already have an old phone with a Jio SIM, and that same SIM is not working in the new Jio Bharat phone. Please help me resolve this issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio the service request which u people rasie for installation is worst, no one came till now for the installation,we will just get message they will come to installation, but no one came from last 4 days, I don't know why I invested money on jio fiber.

    @JioCare Connection is in active condition because I have again recharged today but not yet get my refund back. I lodged the complaint already for refund. Resolve from your end as soon as possible
