@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio same problem for 4 months continuously and false assurances frm ur customer care and technical folks. Raised a ticket and no update & only change i see is the visit time update. 5pm to 5.15 pm to 8.45pm. No one is bothered to fix the issue.pathetic service

Dear connections pls dont opt for @JioCare brandband services. This people taken Rs1500 for new installation on 3rd May, still not showed up for installation. Tried reaching multiple times but no response. Not sure if I'm going to get my money back. @reliancejio worst service 😡

@reliancejio because of power cut my wifi stopped working but when i turned on my mobile data that was not working either Because of your worst network i couldn't login my exam Thanks to @VodafoneGroup for your best network and internet speed
