    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    Hi @JioCare there has been no update / communication on resolution nor any technician has visited my place yet as promised by CustomerCare since the time I’ve raised requests. It’s more than 48 hours & still no resolution yet. It’s HIGHLY DISGUSTING !! #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare have been charging me surprisingly high amount without my consent. I have tried to contact their customer care multiple times but every time it gets hung up. I also complained this previous month but the query has not been resolved yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with jio fiber service at Hyderabad.Service request number is SR00001EEQAC is not getting any attention. Thinking of alternative service providers !

    @Bravo69532711 @JioCare Ill wait for 1 more week then ill switch to airtel i have 2 jio sims and 1 working router. I think they will be happy that they made 2k profit and lost a customer. Before that let me see if i can sue them in consumer court.

    @JioCare I have raised a service request (SR00001EBXS7) on 3rd October. Engineer visit date was 4th October. Yesterday I got a sms informing the issue been resolved and ticket was closed. Where as no one visited my place. How can you close the ticket even without attending?
