    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare Jaineesh, Thanks to the poor services of Jio in the city, after struggling with the frequent call drops/failures and pathetic data speeds, I have already ported out. Your team can take it’s time to work on the issues. Better luck next time.

    @JioCare Sitting at jio store no area for customer service no representative is here to entertain our queries raised for cancellation of connection but no further action taken even reactivated without customer concern not refunding the amount

    @JioCare team just keep on sending their standard response; VoLTE handset, dial 1977 from your Jio number or from a LTE handset, download the JioCall app from Google play store or iOS app store and call 1977 from JioCall app. I am tired of telling that I dont have any signal.

    @JioCare @JioCare No Technician has come yet to my residence. What is the value of such SMS which I received yesterday - Visit of our Jio service engineer to your premises for JioFiber Service ID 300752173282 has been rescheduled to 28-08-2021 : 10:00:00 as per your request.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it was a huge mistake to be on your stupid and dumb network. I will literally upload all the videos how your service centre people treated us and gave us the false information. I will also file a complaint for the harassment which your people did to us.
