    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    WORLD CLASS 5G @reliancejio is providing 2G internet at price of 6G, @TRAI is sleeping, no service, that reflects the poor management of services where only consumer suffers...very bad service @JioCare

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection not working because the fiber cable has been physically cut/broken. I had already scheduled a technician visit, and Jio provided a specific time slot for the technician, but no one came. Service Request No.: [SR00002NOIDQ] [Mob:7909015457]

    @reliancejio My mobile internet has been extremely poor in this area for the past 2–3 months. The network is barely usable and I am unable to use the internet properly. Please check the network coverage and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    If I had a rupee for the number of calls I have made to @JioCare in the last 20 days for the same problem, I'll have 20 rupees, which is not a lot but it's concerning that I've had to make 20 calls for something that should've taken one. The most scam company ever!

    @JioCare Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with @reliancejio at this point. What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare
