@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare Ticket Number: SR000015VL8W, SR000015U0UN Both my tickets are closed without any resolution, moreover Jio staff is harassing everyday regarding recharges. I am shocked by the commitment jio fiber provided just to achieve their targets.

If there was a problem on the device, then the problem is solved while replacing but the problem is not solved even after replacingThe problems are from the background and the default is on your device problems that may not have been resolved @JioCare #jio!! #JioFiber

@JioCare Good to see response from Jio team. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team will be busy as usual. Airtel talks high about service, but they lack a lot. Every time they promise, but never they fulfill. Sorry state of affairs.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare From last week, I'm experiencing very poor (I mean very very very poor) Internet connection. Im not even able to take online classes. I don't know what you guys are doing, pls look into it. Or just provide a jio plan only for calls, no internet!!
