@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

My service request appointment (SR000018GZM5) was scheduled for today and I just got an SMS that now it's bern rescheduled to tomorrow. This is highly unprofessional, I am working from home and need this resolved ASAP and not as per @JioCare convenience

Here I am residing in sutarwadi roha. Jio network is down since morning and we only have jio network in our area. Please fix this network issues. What we will do in case of emergency? Almost nearby 10-15 villages are not having mobile network at moment. @reliancejio @JioTalks

Hello @JioCare Assistance needed- I have an active Jio number with esim support however I lost the phone. I moved to Qatar and in urgent need to have a new sim issues to my immediate family member. As Jio being primary number all my login credentials are linked with it.
