    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    Hey jio i am using jio airfiber and there was some technical issue in the wifi so i called the technical assistance who installed mu connection whose no is 310605532228. He taken the output device with him now isn't picking up call not giving any reply. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare You guys are failed in fulfillment of service within 5 working days and later on a complaint resolution. Suffered alot by trusting Jio.what kind of useless employees hired by Jio?

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @reliancejio wanted to complain about slow internet speed but when I went online my jio speed was so slow it didn't load. Your customer care dial up is useless

    its been more than 7 days @JioCare is not working good here please make sure to provide proper connectivity Jio AirFiber Service ID 5182796374 daily whole day connectivity is lost many times it effects my working @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst network in Ravapar, Morbi since 1 year no signal, calls fail, internet dead. Multiple complaints, no action. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.

    @reliancejio my jio air fiber speed complaint during activation of air fiber and after completing customers care confirm refund will do if not satisfied fro air fiber speed now I am waiting many days no one help
