    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    In East Delhi, a colony Swasthya Vihar & areas around are facing network problem in home broadband connections by @JioCare Anyone knows a contact detail to get in touch? Customer care not responding. There are senior citizens heavily dependent on internet. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Everywhere it’s the same—“we’re looking into it” and “we understand.” Calls, emails, social media—only scripted replies. No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.

    @JioCare Am facing this issue on every device and on every website or application. I have raised the issue 7 times your are engineers are not able to identify the issues even they have seen the issue happening in front of themselves

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jiofiber is not working for 4 hrs. Router is showing red blinking lights. Tried all troubleshooting methods give in Jio App. Unable to contact customer service on your 18008969999 helpline number and via Jio App. Unable to raise service request. Pls help.

    @JioCare It's not delay it's willingness to not tell the reason for delay. No internet connection get delay without any reason. You don't have any reason for delay even after 10 days wow and you are still assuring customer that it will resolved @JioCare

Your app makes a mistake, asking me to pay your subscription that I've already paid for before, and now you ignore my mails, cut my calls. You tell me there is not refund process. Is this legal as per the consumer protection act of 2019? I demand a refund immediately unless you want to deal with a complaint @jagograhakjago
