    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare Today I realise the 4G symbol near network bar is just a symbol for satisfaction, speed has no relation to it.

    @JioCare Hi, I have some issues with my sim. Max time it shows switched off to the callers and even i face a lot of call drops while in call. I have raised this issue a lot of time with the customer care but none helpful. Please help!

    @reliancejio @jiocare My JIO number is suddenly got deactivated and given to someone else without any prior initimation and notice which created a big problem on my appstore and on my online accounts and bank accounts are on risk and no help provided on customer care @TRAI
