@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio ..it’s been more than 4 days now. I was told the sim will activate automatically in 30 mins. It’s not activated yet even after contacting the customer care and ur agent from where i brought the sim. Disappointing. I will go to the consumer court

@JioCare I had applied for a new Jio Sim and got a mesaage with the number of person who would help me with it. When called, he said he can only speak Kanadda and not Hindi or English. Is it possible to please reassign the request to someone who could help me in Hindi or English?
