    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @reliancejio Today morning when I use my internet I receive 2 massage in 5 minutes and only 30 minutes my 2 GB 90% data used and I call customer care but not resolved my issues. Why ?

    @JioCare trying to reach the customer care for a issue in jiofiber bill but everytime the call gets disconnected after 2 mins. please call ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have made a complaint in Dec 2020 to the appellate team still no one visited my location and check for the problem people who were using jio are porting the sim card Is there any kind of responsibility you guys take or not
