    @reliancejio you have given us so many wonderful things and services in the past but for last 3 months, we are paying for 4G bad getting a speed of 2G at our location. As soon as there is a power cut, speed drops from 300-400Kbps to 1-5Kbps within seconds.Location 247551,

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm your most highly unsatisfied customer. Neither jio customer care officials are able to help, neither the service providers in my area. Really your jio fiber sucks. Mr. Ambani doesn't know the service you people are providing. Going to shift to Airtel

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare may I know why a company which prides itself to be the topmost telecom company can't even rectify a mistake and refund my money 2 months and 15 days since I lodged a complaint. Don't u realise that your entire customer service becomes a joke.

    @JioCare Dear Avesh, I just had a conversation with your customer care executive Mr. Udaykumar... he said Disney + Hotstar is only for 1st year...! Y was the recharge successful when services cannot be availed to customer???
