@JioCare replied with options to upgrade or downgrade the plan. I want to cancel the billing happening via Jio. @NetflixIndia could you please help me with this? The last option i see is to either port out of Jio Postpaid and cancel my Netflix subscription.

@JioCare nowadays the quality of jio network has deteriorated for the worse. The connection is just too slow and lags a lot . We have 4 devices registered to jio none is getting good data connection. Even after contacting the customer care the issue is not resolved.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Why do you have cumbersome process for cancellation process of Jio Fiber? It has been approx 2 months no one is coming to pickup the device and I have taken so many followups and the service executive doesn't bother to answer the call or reply to msgs.
