No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

It keeps happening and @JioCare @reliancejio ,they are doing nothing. I have complained a lot but they just ask for address and did nothing
