@JioCare No internet for 24+hrs...support staff unavailable to fix my issue..but then I have to pay for NO internet.. Will you extend the no of days/hours I didn't have internet and I already paid..I guess no..then Y can't you arrange for support staff..

@reliancejio @JioCare Raised an issue yesterday early morning for internet issue...very disappointed with the resolution timeline provided.entire day without internet, had to take off from office. Your team could be more responsible at least during the COVID when everyone is WFH

@JioCare @JioCare You didn't even try to contact since 2day of complain, it's clear that you're not going to resolve our problem.I urge @airtelindia #VodafoneIdea to come nd setup a tower in our village.I'll personally assure you 800-1000 customers. Our village is Thala,dhrangadhra 363310

@reliancejio Great service team. I feel like I'm at a foreign land and trying to run an indian network jio ( it's a matter of shame for indian network ) , though in india having latency issues 24/7 even when traffic related issues should be reduced by 50% if not more
