    @reliancejio @JioCare is doing a scam. I have subscribed to the Rs 77 plan in jio tv, but sony channels are not coming. Even after contacting customer care, the problem is not solved, they are saying there's no active subscription. This is the complaint by many people in India.

    Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India
