    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup What is the use of so powerful fiber , when your team fail to provide service when needed, we faced issue with frequent disconnection and after numerous complaints nobody visited and we have to discontinue because of this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare We have multiple accounts of Jio fiber for which we recharged every month. By mistake we recharged for a wrong account yesterday and since then I have been jst trying to get hold of someone as I know you can cancel the recharge or shift it.
