    @JioCare Refund for my cancelled AirFiber order (08.04.2026) is still pending even after multiple follow-ups via email and tweet (Apr 22). No proper response yet. This is poor service. Kindly process refund immediately. Registered Mobile Number: +91 97510 16226 worst ever service

    .@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know why your net speed is so slow since 4 days , is 5g really working or you guys are simply providing 4g in the name of 5g ,I am not able to use 2gb data ,what about my left data . Will you provide me later ?
