    Trying from 3 days reinstalling of my jio fiber to new location. Just getting new dates and slots but no engineer comes for the installation. Don’t get jio signal can’t use fiber. Pathetic service @JioCare

    @JioCare I've been through this already, you guys have choked network with dumping subscribers. Where we are facing call drop issues at most densely places/Crap voice quality during rains/ Unstable data speeds. Once this fixed, I'll think about Jio! Jio was good from 09/16 until 11/19.

    Hey @JioCare, your software has a glitch. Not able to "Activate" the "Queued" plans seen in the account. As usual, it's extremely difficult to let this be known to your customer care guys. I am stuck with no internet on a device because of this

    hello @ViCustomerCare it's been 4 days. I don't have any network on my phone. I've been continuously tweeting. Nobody is bothered to listen to it. Why the hell did I opted Vi. @JioCare @airtelindia any options to switch to your network. I need resolutions ASAP
