    @JioCare I have been charged international call rate for a local mobile call of one of my friend. How is this possible. His number is 9511451730. There is no support mechanism from jio. Whenever I call to customer care, it is total waste of time. No one is there to resolve issue.

    @JioCare Thank you Team to resolve internet slowness which we were facing since last 15 days. Work from home became hell during these 15 days. Now internet is working fine. Thanks for your help & support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio problem lies in external box ,no internal prob but onm team or technical team is not visiting since 5.10.21.Pathetic no net since 5.10.21. Service req SR000016ZJ8V remains unsolved. Jio team always want 24 hrs since 5.10.21. How funny.

    @JioCare The call started at 11:33AM today i.e. 11Oct2021. Please figure out who the person was as it's your Company. And to call me; call me anytime. If your network is good enough ti will connect else fix your network and call again. I had called 1800 889 9999
