    @JioCare jio fiber booking done on 22th Jan, installation fixed on 5th , still no sign of engineer. No installation, no customer support. Lousy selling agents and their phone is switched off. some Way to do business.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my Jio mobile is completely out of service ( no network ) since last 1 hour! What’s the issue? Why can’t you guys post an update?

    Impossible to get through to @JioCare customer support for mobile network issues, their jio fiber support is relatively easier to reach - despite both being on the same helpline SOS ... call me - no network (surprising because this is very rare)
