Dear @reliancejio @JioCare the only way to get your attention about a SIM that is INACTIVE since it was purchased (calling is inactive) is to not pay your bill. Now, I get 10 calls a day & my problem is STILL unresolved. THE SIM IS STILL INACTIVE.I want the number disconnected.

@JioCare Poor customer support, I am telling you again I have contacted bank and they confirmed the payment. They said if merchant is denying then ask them to provide their statement in mail. And for you kind information it has been 2 months now since I made recharge.
