    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare I am not able to book a service request for 20th morning and the app is booking for 21st of August I.e. you support will come after 2 days This is happening again and again please look into is and send the Engenir at 8 am on 20-08-2026.

    @JioCare your network is getting wrose day by day. Complaint raised,no action taken. Planning to switch other network. BSNL is far better than you in my area. in the name of unlimited 5g you are doing a scam. It switches automatically to 4g.

    @reliancejio Technical glitches can happen, but treating misleading information sent to the customer as normal is not right. We are talking about ₹899 here, not just a “missed call”!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I have now been promised installation multiple times, including a call after my previous post, and your executive again failed to turn up. I no longer want the service. Cancel my order & refund my ₹807. Please resolve this.
