    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    Almost 24 hours. Details submitted. No reply. Looks like the moment I asked for a response beyond "coverage is good" and "we're improving the network," the conversation came to a halt. Templates are quick. Solutions seem much slower. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioGames Already Jio Games Subscription is priced on the higher side, now you have removed #RDR2 and #GTA5. Worst decision ever. This means the Reliance Group isn’t serious about the cloud gaming platform

    Dear @JioCare, since you are unable to deliver my SIM even after 3 days, please cancel my order NO00015HVUOR and process my refund immediately. You are very fast at taking customers' money, but very slow at providing service. Pathetic experience. #Jio #Refund #badservices

    @JioCare In DM, I have shared my Jio numbers, address with map link as well. Despite full 5G signal, internet speeds on our 10 Jio numbers in my family are consistently below 1 Mbps. We feel scammed due to this duopoly in Indian market. People are ripped off.

    Hey @JioCare, this is extremely frustrating! 😡 I have complained 4 times already, and every single time I get a reply saying the issue is resolved. But in reality, neither has the network speed improved nor has the call buffering/dropping issue ended. Please fix this permanently
