@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare I have asked to disconnect my service. My service request was to discontinue the service. But you have unilaterally without my consent is continuing the service even though you have promised me to resolve the service request on 1.2.21. Disconnect the service ASAP.

@reliancejio I am very disappointed with your service. Someone came in an hour to take money and finish formalities on last Thurs, I told him that I need the connection by Sat. It's Mon, they keeping taking complaints but no action whatsoever. I will make sure to let others know

@reliancejio how can ur jio fiber service be so irresponsible, that u can't provide assistance within 24 hrs in this digital times , when everything is online ..work , school, tv , calls everything. Very disappointed .

@reliancejio @JioCare WiFi network off from yesterday5 pm , complaint made yesterday but said enginner will visit today between 11 am to 12 pm , no visit yet , called the call center they say visit not scheduled for today 🙄 Enggr will come tomorrow.
