    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F remains unresolved. The escalation timeline is today,yet no call has been received from the escalation team,service manager, or assigned engineer service remains down kindly provide a concrete update and resolution timeline

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down due to a disconnected optical cable. I’ve tried multiple times to raise a service request and request a field visit, but there has been no response from support. Please look into this urgently and contact me via DM for account details.

    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare Action for restoration is still awaited. 6 JioFiber users in Sector-12, South Delhi have been without internet for 3 days due to inefficient and adamant technicians. 2 customers have already shifted to Airtel, others may follow. Shame on such poor service.

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has been reopened as the issue remains unresolved. Service is still down, LOS light remains red, and SR00002LP1IY is still OPEN. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a DoT complaint.

    @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani Really frustrated to using Airfiber scence many months Local representative are daily following to sale the service but after sale no one has take care of service. pathetic service.The world most cheated company is Airfiber.Still not working properly

    @JioCare @reliancejio I think the service person in my area may have ties with another network provider and is prioritising finding new customers for other networks instead of supporting existing Jio customers Other networks promise a connection in 3 to 4 hr #Jio #Reliancejio
