    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @RealArjunnc @reliancejio Don't place door to door orders. Most of these agents are frauds. Even Airtel agent cheated me, And my problem was never solved.

    @reliancejio I am going to Jio store for 3 days to get my Jio sim out, Patrika Chauraha Prayagraj, I am being fooled and returned everyday, sometimes they say server is down, sometimes there is no sim, sometimes they say my area is not there, where should I go. Rinku Vishwakarma

    @reliancejio hello.. i have to generate esim in my new phone. Esim from old phone formatted. I sent sms to generate esim but that is of no use. When i approached to jio store they shown me esim application open so they can't do except to wait 3-4 days to auto-cancel that request.
