    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare there is network issue in Gaganmahal, Domalguda, Hyderabad-500029 area.. and i want some resolution for the network issue.there are lot of schools,colgs and hospitals here causing problems and people are unwillingly porting to Airtel.. please help

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Home is not working. Tried to speak to customer care through MyJIO app, but it only has aitomated answers. No live agent to speak to. No service engineer being assigned. What's the point of charging a hefty amount when you can't provide reliable service

    @JioCare I will not provide an OTP merely to close the connectivity complaint as “resolved.” Please register permanent termination against my request dated 31 July 2026 and provide the termination SR immediately, failing which I will escalate the complete record through CPGRAMS/DoT. 2/2

    @JioCare in surat area the network is very bad I am not able to do browsing and my work is getting affected by it if you can't provide a good network why are promising it you guys are promising for 5g network it feels like I am using 2g network it is happening around two weeks
