@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

8. Your team should value the customer's time. This entire experience of 3 months with Jio was very disappointing. @JioCare You need to work on team and process; and need to prioritise customer problem resolution.
