@JioCare Hi Team, From past 45 days I am not able to use internet. I reachareged(1200) my account on 23-Apr-2021 and from 25-Apr-2021 I am not able to use internet. Tried raising multiple SR but nothing is working.Your Engineers are saying they will not fix this issue.

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio in my village nearly we have 300 customers of #Jio want to port to @airtelindia because we have good network of #Airtel better than #Jio, inspite towers location is same but network is differ, pls do something or we will change.

What's pain? I was loyal for @airtelindia for a decade but received poorest customer service. @Airtel_Presence They ended up making false promises. It's been 53 hours already and yet no response regarding a simple wifi shifting request next to my home. @JioCare I'm coming to u!

@reliancejio @JioCare @ i am quite surprised with the JiOfiber team. Sales guy booked after confirmation that connection is possible. Operations team cancels saying address is wrong. Putting sales team glitch on customer is highly insulting🙏🙏BTW my next door uses jio fiber 🙏🙏
