@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare Mam just look...history how many times i have raised the query but mu problem was not resolved...Today they have given me the appointment but engineer didn't come & I called to customer care so many times but there was no resolution of my problem.i am suffering from jiofiber

@JioCare I feel very disappointed..like i wasted my money on such a platform who has zero customer service...all the time your engineer has put my installation request on hold without my consent...n raised the issue but still no accountability has been done

Mistake subscribing to @reliancejio’s broadband service: 1. On complain re speed, engg says change router but must cancel old a/c & register new a/c; 2. Makes me pay for new sub; says old a/c will cancel automatically. 3. Instead getting incessant calls for pending dues @JioCare

Have anybody ported their number? The PORT sms therefore never gets sent if there is an outstanding. There is no way to know the this balance and clear the same. Net effect is one can never port. Is this then a mockery of @TRAI dictum? @Airtel @reliancejio
