No refund after 15 days. Worst service by @reliancejio and @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care Both are blaming each other. What legal action can be taken in this case. Need information. I am ready even if I need to spend some good amount of money and my time.

@JioCare Hi, I did mobile recharge for amount 719 on April 24th 2022 using my JIO app through ICICI UPI gateway. transaction went failed. payment source ICICI claims that money has been transferred to JIO , but JIO declines this. I have been speaking to JIO customer care but Poor

@JioCare Please don't ask the same questions every time i have already stated that location and each and every detail. Provide the resolution not excuse !!! This is pathetic i am been missing important calls due to this network issues.
