such a poor service bein provided, i have been raising a concern of network issue for almost 7 days now, everyday the customer service guy says with 24 hours they will resolve and it has been escalated but absolutely nonone reaches out. Very bad service. @reliancejio @JioCare

@RVCJ_FB @JioCare i have been using jio since 3 years in starting years the speed of the network was excellent but after 2 and half years of it the network speed is extremely poor don't know why so i have decided not to recharge my jio number further it's time to convert it into Airtel

@TRAI @reliancejio all contact nos listed on their website including 198 no for complaints dont allow us to talk to jio customer car executive for raising a complaint/issue. So what should a customer do if he wants to know procedure to convert prepaid no to postpaid? 😡

Hello @JioCare I'm not able to log in into Rockstar services with my jio fiber connection and when I switch the wifi to a different ISP it works but I'm not gonna Change my ISP for only this and I also wanna play so please resolve this issue!

@JioCare Hey @JioCare, I do not have any concerns from you. Excellent service from your end. I was issued a new swapped SIM & it started working instantaneously. Much appreciated! Expected a similar response from @Airtel_Presence. It's been over 24hrs now, still not activated.
