    @theBook72 @airtelindia Bro ur atleast getting 4g network am @reliancejio am paying 5g amount but it's not even open Google many times whome should I ask.. now a days because of this jio they increasing price every month and they are not providing proper network

    Facing severe network issues and frequent call drops with @reliancejio postpaid in Gurugram. Despite raising formal complaints, the problem persists. Requesting @JioCare to look into this and resolve the connectivity issues immediately.

    @JioCare No update has been received regarding the installation despite the service request. Today marks 55 days since the booking, and the connection is still not installed. Kindly ensure installation is completed today. 1/2

    @JioCare I'm facing internet issues since yesterday. Even after raising it multiple times, i have not received any update on it, instead the same reason & that too without turn around time & no REFERENCE ID of ticket/issue raised

    @JioCare i have been calling repeatedly at ur customer care number but none seems to know English despite the fact that I have chosen english as IVR. I am being forced to speak to Hindi in which I am not comfortable with. My problem remains unresolved.

    @JioCare Complaint marked "resolved," but now neither incoming nor outgoing calls work. Multiple complaints, no actual resolution. Extremely disappointed with the service and support experience. How does a problem get worse after being marked fixed? #jio
