    @JioCare @JioCare Your technical team closed the complaint without properly checking the issue, which is not acceptable. We are paying ₹700 every month for this service, and this kind of response is disappointing. Please take this seriously and resolve the problem properly.

    @JioCare Sukhmeet - technician is visiting daily. He is saying he cannot fix issue unless he gets mail from backend team to local jc and csd. I also visited local jio store and spoke with manager Guru Prasad. Which part of this you people are not understanding?

    I am highly frustrated, I'm trying to connect a Jio new tv remote with my setoff box. I tried all ways and not able to configure. Then I raised a service request, they are again sending step and not assigning a person, what is wrong? Is it that costly for an engineer? @JioCare

    @JioCare here we enter second week of no service with no service resolution. And reliance jio air fiber with no policy of refunding money, even if there are unable to provide service and resolution. We are just stuck with their fake assurances.And timelines.

    @JioCare Dont divert my topic...just tell when your engineer ll come...I m available all time...its you who fool people...can't resolve a simple issue then there no point continuing tour service and who ll pay this compensation for loss of service
