  @JioCare @reliancejio first customer care convince to convert into postpaid and told to visit nearest jio office which is Approx 5km & when I went the executive told that it’s a old office and don’t have much information about the post paid plan search for some other jio office

  @JioCare @JioCare please stop or cancel my service i am not using it . I had taken 3 month plan and when the plan ended i stopped recharging it i don't know how they converted it into postpaid please @JioCare stop doing this it's my humble request cancel or discontinue my service please.

  @JioCare your jio extender is the worst product i have ever used, also the after sale service is worst for it. The day i received the jio extender it has been giving me problem and when i try to lodge complain the technition says they don't take any responsibilty for it.

  @JioCare very poor customer care jio fiber. They deducted jio fiber money two times from my bank account and not refunding from last 20 days even after rasing compliant on email and call.
