@reliancejio the network is really pathetic from last couple of days. The upload speed is less than 10 kbps. I can't even open the google page also. Why should I pay so much money for this service. Monthly I am paying more than 700 rs. I want the refund.

@JioCare After 2 days of follow up here, got a call from someone who is in Mumbai and has zero idea about this issue. He is asking me where are you staying and what service you opted for and eventually told me to visit jio store, why sell such services which cannot be fulfilled ?

@JioCare @reliancejio The only response from customer care is "that we regret for your inconvenience" seriously!!! What else you are doing for my inconvenience apart from regretting. Who gave you the authority to close the complaint as resolved even though it's not resolved yet.
