    @reliancejio Jio is fooling the customers by luring the customers through Welcome Offer for All and to recharge or port to Jio so that there customer base increases. I will wait for few more days and later will switch to Airtel once there 5g Network will go live in Kolkata. #jio5g

    1/2 @reliancejio your internet service in Chennai sucks the most. Raised a complaint for my Jio Fiber on Saturday 10-12-22 at 2.41 pm going it's almost 48 hours since i complained. Still no action taken.

    @JioCare No engineer came at 11 as said in your message. Now I have sms that services are resumed but still my connection is down. I have over 6 messages with contradictory time for resumption of service. Are you guys in control of the situation or not? What's your proposed closure?

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing worst jio fiber speed for the last few weeks.sometimes the speed gets better but usually the speed is 0.6mbps when i've chosen 30mbps plan. i use limited devices and mostly 1 or 2 devices once at a time. Hope to get your help asap.

    @JioCare My internet is down since 9 Dec 7 pm. Now I'm getting an sms that services are down from today 11:05 am. That's cheeky and unprofessional. You are such a huge company without controls? I'm sorry to say, this is not the way you ride on customers money. Get your act together

    Myself Prem Purohit i m using jio fiber service from last 3yrs.From last 3 month really fed up with the serice in my area daily in the morning at office hours the line get disconnected after many complaints there is no proper solution.Plz take some action @reliancejio @JioCare
