    @reliancejio Today I tried to login to Jio site and got message that this is not jio number. Ridiculous! I am jio customer since 2017 and login to website 100s of times. Fix the bug asap.

    @JioCare my last SR is closed without the engineer visit or any solution. I complained to the engineer who called me he would fix it but it's futile after multiple attempts. I'd like to complain against the engineer and seek solution to my issue on priority.

    @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing network coverage issue. No one is resolving the issue. Hv called multiple times to joi customer care and mailed also but getting same response from agents. They are not providing resolution also @reliancejio resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare Ridiculous! Two more service requests created with same reason "Shifting of ONT" like before. Then service person visits and advises the request is for shifting of connection for one room to another room. So relocation of connection could not be done.Service request closed.Great!
