@JioCare @reliancejio I have been complaining for more than 20 times for the same issue but it is not getting resolved. Entire December is over and I have not used the services because of wire breakage. Pathetic service. You people only sells false promises to customers.

@JioCare jio network issue from last one month. I Complaint many times but not fixed. Very bad service. Airtel & Vodafone network is good coverage. I & many user portout from jio to airtel. Complaint reference number is SR000017Z18A.

@JioCare mine is jio fiber post paid connection active till 21st Jan plan of 3+1 month. Still I get a monthly bill generated which says, I need to pay the amount, customer care people dropping call in between the conversation, what is this, this behaviour is not expected from jio

@JioCare Hi have my current jio fiber plan which is active till 21st January, but still I get certain amount of bill regenerated every month, This month it's 900+ and everytime I am calling customer care there are dropping the call in between the conversation after few minutes.

@JioCare hi, iam still facing slow speed while connecting through VPN. Kindly refund the amount 1500 which i paid during installation, so that I can look any other internet provider. When i communicated with cus care they are replying it is known issue.
