    @JioCare Signal is there but no income call/sms or able to use data, not able to make call. Once airplane mode on/off or restart the phone it starts working as normal.

    @JioCare @TRAI Though my mobile is 5G enabled and I get 5G service from Airtel in another SIM slot, JIO is not able to provide me 5G service in Chennai, which is 5G City. Check my complaint number MR000560TEYQ. Send me 5G invitation immediately

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @JioCare @mayan3100488 let me know what was the reason to reject my post paid reqst(2) u collected aadhaar and cr scrore which I dont share with anyone. At least let me know what should I do to get postpaid service. I am leaving for a trip to place where ur post paid service works. Can u reply quickly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service provided,looting money without a proper 4g unitterupted service.frustrated and irritated after multiple complain no improvement in network coverage and slow speed at my area.continuous network fluctuation and minimal internet speed.1/2

    @JioCare fedup with jio internet.... 2 days works fine 3rd day again internet issue.....This issue of mine should be resolved soon, otherwise I will change my network.

    @JioCare My dad is using Jio phone for 2 years. Today recharge got expired. When I am trying to recharge with 75 jio phone plan. Unable to do saying I am post paid user any solution @reliancejio call me
