    @JioCare I had changed my post paid plan to non OTT post paid plan of Rs 199 but hotstar mobile is still active. I want to deactivate my hotstar mobile plan so that I can activate better OTT plan offered by my broadband service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is the 5th complaint in 20 days for the network outage. Complaint no SR000016VOVE. Last complaint was on 26th. The frequency of network outage just amazes me beyond comprehension

    If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

    @JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention

    @ANI Until we had Jio, we had to pay for incoming + internet of 1 Gb per month + std calls, these companies were minting money back then…now 2 gb per day + unlimited calls pan india and boss, no one can compare with @reliancejio international service & tariff..:blessed to have Jio

    @JioCare Installed Jio AirFiber yesterday at 5PM still no internet after 24hrs. Technician said “wait 15–20 mins,” then “wait 12 hrs.” Router shows red light. Customer care claims 1 MB usage so no issue & refuses technician visit or refund. Is this your service quality? #jioscam

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹1200 for JioAirFiber but installation not done since 8+ days. Order No NO0001CD0YOA. Customer care not responding. Complaint already filed on NCH. Need urgent installation.

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue remains unresolved for days. I requested cancellation + full refund, but your team said “We can’t provide refund” and spoke in a rude, unprofessional tone. Worst customer service! If no refund is given soon, I’ll switch to Jio AirFiber on another device

    @JioCare I am requesting to all user who have the jio connection, please plan to switch in any another network before travel to any country. Customer care is very worst never response and very poor knowledge. For your issue you just drop mail and they play on mail every time new person

    @JioCare frequent disconnections happen to internet connection. The set top box keeps loosing internet connectivity atleast 20 to 30 times a day. Have complained multiple times but no permanent resolution.
