    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

    @he_shashank @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Every mail to the customer care is being addressed by a bot. It is very clear to me with the standard generic response. Fooling people. Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

    @JioCare It's already more than 8 days and I am expected to wait for another 72 hours..... Great...... How other ISPs have managed to restore 4-5 days back. There is a serious issue with after sales service of JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio
