    @jiocare I have also received sms with all wrong information which is not executed this is the misrepresentation of Jio wish I could cancel The agreement but they have taken money for the year

    Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

    @reliancejio @JioFiber connection restored after 20 days again goes off after 6/7 days. Again service request and time slot of technician visit issued ,no one visits during that time , again time slot rescheduled and get a call in the morning for location and No one visits

    @JioCare awfully bad level of customer care and service. Complaint attending intention , attitude, time for turn around, worst in the industry. Hardwares May be good but ground level service implementation is worst,

    @JioCare @reliancejio no resolution yet. Service is down since 11th June. Resolution time was given for yesterday 14th. No resolution yet. Resolve within next 1 hour or I'll escalate issue to higher authorities.

    @JioCare no one bothers about value of customers time and no commitments towards timing communicated to customers. Service team have their own sweet time as per their own convince not as per customer reqrmnt

    @TheSoumyaPatra @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Matter of fact,people consider @reliancejio as a better service provider in terms of connectivity, however the real scenario seems to be different.@JioCare seems to be slowest of the lot,despite having wires under the ground,it failed to provide connectivity even after 25 days.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 7th June to 16th June. 9 Days Gone but no solutions from ur end. Only fasle assurances and asking for DM only, thats fine 2 sent 7 DM as well but u have not bothered. Cheating your customer, the decline has begun. @amazonIN @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare vi is the worst network i have ever experienced . The decision to port from @JioCare was wrong but soon i will get back on jio . Coz vi can not solve the network issue even after lots of complaints i done over twitter,calls and aso in vi app. Its so bad
