    @reliancejio I really feel that I need to port Jio to other service provider the kind of service I get from them eccery month I recharge a 399 ruppes and Jio promises me to provide 4g Internet services trus in madhyamgram Kolkata I get not even 2g services really not satisfied..

    @sc316367 @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Agree. @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP Jio is passing out time for me as well. When i generate porting code, they make promises to improve network with new site but nothing happens. It's 7 months but no improvement.

    Jio has the worst service. They do not able to solve the complain after 8 months and doing the worst service. Doing fake promises with the customer. Very dis-satisfied with the jio and jio service. Please keep distance from Jio and Jio service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your Set-top Box is absolutely absolutely pathetic. Half of the time it doesn't even connect with the network and I have to wait for hours for it connect. Even though it says connected. What a pathetic machine

    @JioCare In spite of DM & so many time reminder my complaint is not resolved. After getting new connection of jio fiber I am very faded. My only work to contact frequently toll-free no.of jio,follow their instructions again and again. I would request to all concern to resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Scheduled appointment is on 12th sept @JioCare . We are in Bangalore and it’s obvious everyone is working from home. The connection is broken on 8th of September. How do you expect us to wait these many days for an engineer? And a new connection service is instantly available

    It's been 1 month and 6 days since I raised multiple complaints regarding service down. No technicians are visiting. They didn't even respond, and they closed the case without my permission. Everyday they promise but no one from team reach out to me. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare We are experiencing a very slow internet connection but the claimed speed for this pack was 150mb/s..NOW it is running on 4mb/s. I have this laptop connected to the 4G band but then also it was claimed that it would provide around 40mb/s of internet speed!

    @JioCare Sir Hassan. No response even now. It has been more than 36 hrs.Highly unsatisfactory service response from your Meerut team. It is like a joke for them. How can you ensure 5 G success at this rate of reply. I am highly agitated. 😡😡
