@JioCare I had recently port in one number from Airtel to Jio postpaid, Got msg for tele-Verifcation from jio while doing tele verification at 1977, suddenly call got disconnected from that time not getting any network. Now tele verification done from another phone.

One big problem with @airtelindia is that even on UL plans like 399, they charge for calls to customer care helpline nos. like 1860×××××× where as @reliancejio provides such calls for free. Hope it would be made free by airtel.

@reliancejio But you should not give us 2G speed of Internet after telling it 4G.. Every evening speed sometimes even less than 2G..Being a regular customer I have to stop it for last 2 Month.. Both Vodafone, Airtel have better speed in my location.

@JioCare JIO this is really frustrating. Your network has become very poor. It’s not even loading a simple website. No one is assisting or resolving the problem. I’m throwing out this jiofi router and your SIM card. It’s a total waste. Please shut down the company and go away!
