    @JioCare The screenshot I've pasted is after tracking the order only!!!! Everyday it's getting rescheduled, just cancel it and process my refund

    I bought a 300mbps plan from @JioCare but getting 20mbps speed. Every internet provider in India is fraud. Delivery never meets promises. They could not even develop a decent chat bot. Shameless.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’ve called customer support repeatedly. I’ve raised the complaint. I’ve tweeted. @JioCare has replied. And after all that, the answer is essentially: “Our system won’t let us tell you when the engineer is coming.” That is not a resolution.

    @reliancejio Request No. SR00003FG1KD — 2 days without resolution and still ZERO response. Back-to-back complaints raised, but Jio seems completely uninterested in addressing the issue. This is extremely poor customer service. How long are customers expected to keep waiting for?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago it's been 8 days, 7 business days since I cancelled jio internet relocation service, still I didn't receive my refund of 1200/- rs, JioAirFiber Booking No. LR00001F0DFX with Order Number NO0001FF6XJA.

    @JioCare so pathetic service you people have. My airfibre is not working since 4 days and there is no credibility to even call. Even the toll free number is so waste that it takes two call to connect and listen to useless ideas. Will you provide 4 days extra for this??
