    @JioCare Since the service is not being provided, I request you to: Permanently disconnect/close my Jio Fiber connection. Refund the excess balance amount of Rs: 941.64 available in my account to my original payment source/bank account.

    @JioCare Already rescheduled 3 times, no one caring to have a visit and check the issue, even your service area manager is not responding to calls/messages. Deprived of internet for last 12-13 days. Totally helpless.

    Jio AirFiber is one of the worst internet provider. Probably need to move to Airtel. @JioCare Your representative came and checked two days back & now its again gone to no signal.

    @JioCare Day 4 and still no proper update on installation, cancellation, or refund. Every response is generic, with no clear timeline or resolution. This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered. @jagograhakjago

    Very Bad customer treatment from @reliancejio , @JioCare Last year jio increased the internet prices by 20% , this year they have stopped 1GB per day plan , poor service at NCR ; porting to @airtelindia Ambani is now looting India , no movement in RIL in last 5 years

    @JioCare Since the last 10 days, we have been experiencing frequent internet interruptions. Despite multiple complaints, no permanent solution has been provided yet. Kindly resolve this issue on a priority basis and ensure a permanent fix at the earliest.

    @reliancejio my active sim card has been deactivated without any prior notice. I’ve been a regular customer of Jio since past 10 yrs and this has caused me extreme inconvenience. I went to the service centre but received no solution. I’m locked out of all my accounts!! @JioCare
