    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio We are paying for complete month in recharge...few mins or max few hours outage can be considered...but if the outage is more than days it not at all acceptable...you guys will not extend for a single hour without payment of monthly recharge.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Following my request to port my SIM, I was assured by your team that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. It has now been nearly a month since that assurance, yet the problem persists without any noticeable improvement.

    @JioCare Tomorrow my plan will expire. And I will not renew it unless I get 2 month extension and my problem is solved. 5 times the technician came and the issue is still not resolved

    @pvsubramanyam @jio_fiber @reliancejio Jio is a bs company. They have the worst customer service. It was so bad that I got rid of my internet connection. Sir you are lucky that you even got to speak to a human in the first place.

    @reliancejio Worst service from Reliance Jio fibre . In last 1 week everyday of the week the WiFi stops working and only gets reconnected after raising service request. Previously it used to happen once or twice in 2 months . Tired of this company now. Pathetic is the word .
