A man from the jio network team came and investigated and said that a network would have to be established. But some messages have not come from their side.There is no network within our two km . Both Airtel and jio have said that a network will be set up, let's see .@JioCare

What a pathetic service you are providing. Third party OTT Apps are not working properly on jio tv. Rather than sorting out, your BOT email is asking me to follow the troubleshoot steps. I want human assistance to fix it. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I thought @Airtel_Presence was bad but you have set new standards for worst service. Technicians are rude and simple things take n number of days to get resolved. Customer care is a joke. Please let me know how to discontinue my services
