    @VijayGopal_ @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service with better signals.Their attitude shows that no one can touch them as they belong to the most influential business in India and Asia.On other hand Airtel has decent customer service but worst signals.

    @reliancejio @JioDigitalIndia Today I went to @reliancejio at Yelahanka Newtown for sim Port purpose. At there Jio staff is very irresponsible and they are not able to support also. This is very #badExperience with Jio staff.

    @reliancejio never seen such a poor customer care in my life. It’s very hard to get a issues fixed & to reach out to right ppl. This time i m trying to change my fibre plan & since last 3 days no clue how to do? BOT has no use & when reach CC via email, msg is reach out to bot 🤐

    @JioCare Dear Team, It's really frustrating. There is no communication, no solution, nothing. The so called technical reason is not addressed at all..My 5 days worth of recharge is already wasted. It's upto #JioFiber management to decide where #jio will reach by such approach.
