  Infact when we complain about the poor connectivity, they always give the same excuse that the network is slow due to multiple customers using the internet at the same time. If it is so, they why do we pay individually? One such incidence has happened to me with @reliancejio

  @reliancejio 044 79624104. Fiber not working for two days and raised a cmpt. we're told there's another group who manage faults outside the home and they are on strike. Looks like they have deliberately cut off wires n left.. The guy who came said he can only handle 1/2

  @reliancejio @JioCare this is fake and fraud company i have complaining about my problem since last month but customer care does not solve my problem and not giving me any type of resolution . the customer support has talk to me very rudely .and he did not understand my problem.
