    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst broadband service providers its almost 3 days from the date and still issue not resolved. The engineer visited my house and informed me there is a modem issue we need to talk to our head and they had a word with there manager

    @reliancejio nobody is caring from your side to resolve the problem. My complaint still unresolved since 20 july with reference to my Service Request Number SR00001CCN0H. Hey god please help, jio will not help me. They will only charge money.

    @JioCare @JioCare Okay I am giving you time, complete it by sunday, more than that I can't wait, if you take that much time just for the installation I don't if have any connection problem in the future how much time you will take, so I am quite worried about that.

    @JioCare internet error and appointment was booked for Today. agent didn't come and when I called he switched off his phone.The coustomer care is reluctant to fix the problem stating that the appointment was scheduled at 9pm and no agent comes that late
