    @JioCare Only jio care reply on tweeter but not trying to solve the issue. AIRTEL is having much better service from JIO Fibre.

    @JioCare Jio Fibre acc. 300285861830 My connection has been closed on 14th Mar, 2022. My device is not yet picked up, also I didn’t got any call from service engineer. It’s already 40 days since the connection is closed, may I know what is the SLA for device pickup and refunds.
