    Do you people have some ethics of business or loot is your only motto. Complaining to repair my wifi for last 10 days and the height of arrogance is that neither your call center nor your local office resolving the problem. Shame ful @reliancejio

    @JioCare No one came they just closed it on their own your technician blocked my number after not picking up first few times if this is what the service is i dont know what to do after closing same outage message comes as a reason given by him @JioCare i am done emotionally with you lot🥲

    @JioCare 2/2 keep asking, "What's the issue?" I want to buy a new remote. Isn't that sufficient? Can't you simply provide a platform where I can buy an original STB remote?

    @JioCare Faridkot Rural, Kotkapura Road has very poor network. Even 4G works like 2G and 5G is unavailable. I've complained many times, but there's been no improvement. Many users are porting to Airtel due to poor service. Please improve coverage and provide reliable 5G.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 10 days today. My jio Airfiber network is down. I’ve been calling almost every single day but no resolution. I have raised a service request SR 00003A21B3 but no response on this too! What’s wrong?
