    @reliancejio has worst service in sector 90, Gurgaon. I’ve applied for a wifi connection 10days back. Till now there is no update on that. I’ve paid them, done with the kyc. And now I’m just waiting till now. @reliancegroup . This is unacceptable for you. WORST service ever.

    @JioCare I have already tried your settings twice, but nothing changed. This is not a settings issue. The Jio tower in Para, Hardoi stays off most of the day and works only for 1–2 hours. If this continues, people in the area may switch from Jio to Airtel. Please check urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Fiber down since 2days, False 30 min resolution promise, no fix. Issue . We pay on time but get no service. Unable to talk to executive or raise complaint. Resolve urgently or I escalate legally.

    @JioCare So far your team assisted here is great. Not even looking into history of messages and understanding the issue. My complaint is they are closing orders without completing the requested job. Not even one person in your team can reply responsibly. Just copying the previous reply.

    @JioCare I was never contacted and watching helplessly with CO's and SR's open and closed by themselves. It seems I have to raise a new relocation request and wait for some more weeks. Please guide me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Disgraceful service! Paid for AirFiber on 20-04-2026 Ref NO0001D05NC6 but still NO installation in Shamshabad, your support is useless. I demand an installation timeline NOW or a full refund immediately. Stop ignoring customers!
