    @JioCare You guyss have commited 5 hours that it will be resolved once the recharge is done and now when recharge is done when i am calling your support the ivr is giving deadline to 24 july and not even connecting me to any agent why fooling your customers

    The call later moved to the feedback service, where I have ranked the call under dissatisfied response. So I urge you people to stay away from the JioFiber connection. This is how the JioFiber cheat people and make them to pay for the unused data and services. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Hello Durgesh You maybe aiming for the sky. The truth is that your services are pathetic. Last 3 months, 6 times your connection has been down for more than 48 hours. Check my history of complaints. I’d like to cancel my connection & get my refund.

    @JioCare Request number for issue unable to create for Jio fibre issue bad service . Tried calling Jio customer care even after we restarted router they are not ready to create ticket nor in the app it’s letting us create ticket . Can you create a ticket to help fix issue .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Mr. Pravin I never asked for refund or anything just asked to disconnect the subscription and take your device if you want on 19th June till today your team is unable to process the cancellation request.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Your customer support has become a textbook example of deficiency in service. I have two unresolved JioFiber issues: • One WiFi connection has remained disconnected for months after the cable was cut. Since the connection is inactive, your own app does not even allow a complaint or reference number to be generated. • The second issue has been repeatedly reported. Around 25 days ago, your representative Shrikant called me, and I provided him with all the required connection details. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. Even more disturbing, the set-top box installed by your own technician has now been blocked. I am being informed that its serial number does not exist in your records, which is why your app cannot register a complaint. If that device was not genuine, how did it function for months? It was installed by your authorized executive—not procured or installed by me. For weeks, I have been asking your team to collect the existing set-top box and replace it with a genuine one. Instead, I continue to receive the same automated responses: “We understand your concern,” “Very soon,” “We have forwarded it to our team.” Enough is enough. If Jio is unable or unwilling to resolve these issues immediately, provide the name, designation, and contact number of the responsible local manager or field executive so that I can deal with a responsible officer instead of automated replies. Failing this, I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the competent Consumer Commission and other regulatory authorities for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, negligence, mental harassment, and the use of an unauthorized/non-traceable device installed by your own representative. I shall also seek compensation for the loss, inconvenience, and continued harassment caused by Jio’s inaction. This is your final opportunity to resolve the matter before legal action is initiated.
