    @JioCare SR00001B9VX1 worst experience - no customer care - no one is responding - internet down due to small issue but it more than 2 days no resolution. Time has come to switch over and big fall of Jio from the country !!

    @reliancejio regarding Jio fibre postpaid, jio executive given me false information and I habe migrated to post paid Jiofibre. I did spoke to CS, but not transferred call to escalation team/floor supervisor. So would like to give complaint here, pls address and cancel Postpaid.

    @JioCare the issue is still not resolved my wifi is still down it just came for yesterday night after i tweeted and talke personally to one of your executive in the dms and shared my wifi details but today morning as i woke up my wifi stopped working again

    @JioCare Great after 5 days of no service received a sms technician visit is scheduled on 2nd june at 5.00 pm. Even after many complaints. Great keep it up.
