    @reliancejio More than pathetic customer care. The IVR keeps diverting you to never reach a human voice agent and if God forbid one reaches them, they will do all possible to not log your call. Landline is down from 1 month and no one cares to log a call and send a engineer

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio Really having a tough time with jio fiber been more than 3 days no one came even after raising two service request pathetic service .And the worst part is that they don't even provide good service in cities and they plan going to villages. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!

    @JioCare So why you have disconnected if the number is not activated again. You don’t know the number is registered everywhere. What a poor services you are providing. It not a sense.

    @JioCare Mt Akshay, First the time was 9:30- 10 am today, nobody came, then time given by customer care executive was 1-2 pm. Nobody has arrived till now, customer service guy says no engineer to take the request. Extremely bad service. Harassment to the customers.
