    @JioCare today afternoon my jio mobile had perfect network but calls were neither coming not going. This has happened many times earlier too and people say your number was not reachable when they were calling.i am pissed

    @JioCare Your people are so bad at noting an address that they have not been able to copy an adress from the electricity bill. My building name is completely wrong in my bill and your call center refuses to acknowledge it, there is no building by the name you have put up in the bill

    @JioCare This is not the 1st time I am experiencing the slow network and have raised this issue earlier as well but still no improvement. I saw the same excuses - i.e. it's slow bcz every one is using the internet, what action that you have taken so far?
