    @JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service,no internet from last 24hrs,have already raised the request but technician is yet to be assigned. There is no way to reach out to support,all are just automated messages.Useless.

    @JioCare Thanks! No response from your engineer and one thing i observed is your team mems are changing and updating the tweet but not a single person has contacted or visited for my home to resolve my issue and its been 30 hrs. What a pathetic service

    @JioCare @JioCare Different representatives are giving different scripted replies despite screenshots already shared. The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service
