Unable to reach anyone to upgrade to 300mbps, finally decided to disconnect and install Airtel. Unable to see any option on app to ask for disconnection as well.

Brig Adarsh (@Aadarsh50485599) reported@JioCare It about half past seven PM today. Almost 24 hours have lapsed since I completed process of converting physical SIM of Jio to eSIM of Jio. System is so inefficient that eSiM has not been activated till now. Jio Care does not seem to be caring for its customer.
