    @JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

    @JioCare Don't you share any ETA, everytime I call customer care they dont share any deadline, they are extending to 12hrs everyday.

    I request @JioCare and @reliancejio to immediately prioritize this complaint, restore my service, and explain why customers are facing repeated disruptions without timely resolution. I also expect appropriate compensation for the prolonged downtime.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Made a request for appointment 3 times again in last 10 days but your system automatically closed it showing resolved without any engineer showing up. What kind of pathetic behaviour and pathetic gimmick is this of harassing customers? No accountability on customer care as well

    @JioCare Replied? It's a template message with no resolution is what I received. I want a clear timeline for the permanent resolution of my problems, as well as an email confirmation for my bill waiver. If I can't get both by tomorrow, I'll definitely go to the consumer forum on Monday

    @JioCare @JioCare still waiting for you to tell me how long it's been since I put up the complain to get my issue fixed as all I hear from you is "your request is already in process and it will be resolved shortly." So that I can figure out what does shortly means in your language.
