    @JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare it hasn't rained a single drop since the last 2 days. There's no water logging anywhere in the vicinity. Please clarify what is causing the service disruption and how long it will take to be fixed? I am having to pay for additional data every day due to the WiFi loss.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN its so frustrating. this is a pathetic policy to make it harder for user to cancel a connection why is there no option for talking with customer representative? what is the use of app if it doesnt give cancel option? even IVR doesnt give cancel option

    @JioCare And daring to cancel the order if i want, so how as per your records the resolution in process? On what parameters? This is India. Zero accountability. Even after full payment. Customer is advised to wait while no pressure on the internal staffs.

    @JioCare @JioCare @nch1915 This is the same copy-paste response I've been receiving for the last 10 days. "Service request in progress" is not a resolution. Either install the connection immediately or cancel my order and process my refund.
