    @JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi Same story from last week. If you don’t have all necessary requirements then you should not took my order. Also it was assigned for installation on 25 June but nobody came for it. Today 1st July still you are saying future date. Really disappointed with this kind of service

    @JioCare I refuse to share same information again and again, while you in last 90 days didn't even show intent to solve the issue. you admitted that there's issue in your network & told me "we'll solve the issue in few days" Why would I bother if you can't solve issue in whole 90 days.
