    @JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

    @JioCare How much patience?? You people at jio do not care about customer. You are saying me to wait since 14/02/2021. Don't you think it is a shame on jio . What type of working is this. It is about 3 months and you are saying me to wait. What kind of work ethics you follow.

    @JioCare i booked a jio fibre connectionno NO0000GDY9TK 6/02/21 when nobody comes for connection on 17/02/21 i cancel connection cancellation request no SR00001418HO your agent say your money come to your account within 10 days. but till now i didn't get my money 85day completed
