    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare He told me that “I have to pay Rs.10,000/- for Two years for both i.e. Jio Fiber/Net with Jio TV. According, the said Mr.Sahid installed both equipment in my Law Office. I was shocked to learn that both i.e. Internet and Joi TV are not working since yesterday.

    Thinking of getting JioFiber? Don't make that mistake. If your connection goes down, @JioCare will leave you stranded for a week with only automated bot replies. Terrible on-ground support and zero customer care. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    1/2 Very disappointing service from @JioCare. My JioFiber engineer visit was confirmed for 6 PM today. Nobody showed up. I repeatedly called the helpline, only to be told to "wait" and assured the engineer would attend. No action or useful escalation followed
