    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    Post paid jio fiber connection has a lot of issues @reliancejio @JioCare And absolutely no response from your toll free numbers & hats off to your employees. Special mention to your dumb people. Who comes quickly for giving the connection. once it is done they dont even respond

    @JioCare I have given the exact location, I have also given another mobile number in the dm. These are the information which is provided by my hostel, I am unable to verify.If possible please assist me in regards of my location. The area service provider might be aware of this issue.

    Jio fiber employees they themselves don't know what is the jio fiber plans and how to answer the queries raised by customers. Only answer they tell is call to customer care. Is that thing they are getting paid. @JioCare pathetic !!

    Does @reliancejio gives back security deposit after the surrender of service? Well this looks like complete false commitment. No intention to return ur money. I’ve seen it with my relatives n family member who after surrendering never got anything. Service ID 299741549505.
