    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Formally approached the Appellate Authority seeking: • Accountability for the repeated service failures • Validity extension • Compensation of ₹25,000 for the prolonged outage, inconvenience, loss of productive time and deficiency in service NCH Docket No. 9542098.

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     @JioCare @reliancejio There’s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working for the last 24 hours. Despite waiting for a resolution, the issue is still not fixed. This is causing significant inconvenience and affecting my work. Kindly look into this urgently and restore the service at the earliest

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Due to unresolved service issues, I have stopped using my Jio AirFiber service. Please disconnect the connection, arrange device pickup, and process my security deposit refund. I will not make any payment for bills generated after 17 June 2026.
