@JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

@reliancejio This is the pathetic network i have ever faced. Only to create they had given good service at start. I have my 50 people who are using jio network in cellphone & broadband. I would highly recommend everyone to switch to Airtel.pathetic service and making people fool.

@JioCare the jio fiber at my residence is not working for past 3 days and i am unable to get a concrete response from the customer care, the engineers come for 5 minutes and disappear without resolving the issue … You’ll are the worst internet service provider I have experienced
