    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare 9 days without internet. No resolution, no accountability. Unable to reach customer care, unable to raise a fresh complaint, and even unable to request disconnection. Paying for a dead connection is unacceptable and amounts to harassment. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Absolute fraud by @JioCare @reliancejio! Paid Rs.1200 for AirFiber relocation on June 8. After days of endless delays, the technician called me late last night, lied about the process to get an OTP from me, and used it to fraudulently terminate my active connection!

    @JioCare Also, will Jio be compensating for the downtime by providing extra days of service equal to the number of days the connection was disrupted? Looking forward to a quick resolution.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, what am I actually paying for?! Paying for a 100Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but barely getting 10-20 Mbps, sometimes dropping to a pathetic 100Kbps! Been complaining since March 2026 and absolutely ZERO response. WORST network ever. #JioAirFiber
