    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare It is obvious that Jio is not resolving the issue on top priority. You can resolve only when your engineer will visit and troubleshoot the issue. From 23rd July you r escalating the issue. You are exposing yourself.Let’s see when u will resolve it. @airtel pls takeover now

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare was promised to give speed of 30MBPS but ain reality, they r giving service of 20-40 kb speed..... Why the TRAI not doing anything? TRAI should be abolished and a new regulator should be formed... Most corrupt regulator in India right now

    @JioCare Is it standard time 10 days is not enough to resolve issue You shut TV and net in home from 10 days You did not refund a single day for stopping of service at your end due to fault Tata sky provide hold option also The fibre lines is full Why you did not install new cable

    @JioCare Sukhmeet, 2+ months they r working on my concern but result no refund. In normal situation in 14 days after equipment return I should get my refund. So u tell me y no refund yet? Either not working or messed up. One of them is correct, saying & doing r two different return refund

    @JioCare team please check the posts, emails and call notes taken by your CCE, and stop asking the issue again and again. Why can't you send your technician to check, already 7 service requests were closed from back-end without resolving the issue.

    @JioCare Enough is enough. Resolve this issue immediately. Customers are paying for service, not excuses. I expect a permanent fix without any further delay.
