    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I visited twice MyJio Store and had a very bad experience. Store manager denied to convert my eSIM into physical sim. Register a complaint against Jio Store Manager. Otherwise I’m going to another operator and also to consumer forum.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I would like to share my worst experience with Jio customer care service. I would like to recall my incident that happen in july 2022 , which is unaccepted from jio customer service.
