    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

It feels like m talking to a bot that doesn’t properly understand the issue or provide any useful resolution. Customers need actual support, not automated replies and repetitive excuses @reliancejioindia
