    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare Had raised request for a fiber connection in the morning. Agent (Sudhir Talekar) was assigned he came raised the ticket asked for payment (which I made to jio for 3 months). He left saying he would bring router and stb never to come back and not answering calls either.

    @JioCare The MyJio app keeps running diagnostics and customer care redirects me back to the app, so I'm unable to raise a service request or get connected to an executive. Please arrange a technician visit at the earliest. Registered mobile: 9940141365

    @JioCare The technician called up and said he can't come for the connection at any cost fearing the local service provider.

    48+ hours without internet and poor mobile network , yet the only response from Jio is a repeated template message. No ETA no compensation. This level of service failure is unacceptable Restore services immediately and issue compensation for the entire outage period. @JioCare

    JioFiber's service is pathetic. When I call customer support, the IVR just gives scripted responses with no option to speak to an assistant. Even on JioCare WhatsApp, the assistant insists on solving the issue itself

    . @reliancejio jio fiber is not working since more than a day now. I have raised multiple complaints. No way to reach to a customer support executive, only the chat bot. Please look into it at the earliest

    @JioCare Internet suddenly stopped working on my Jio AirFiber Plus for no apparent reason. Tried raising a complaint through the MyJio app, but I'm unable to do that as well. Please look into this issue and help resolve it at the earliest. #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @JioCare You want the customer to note down the details provided at the time of making new connections to provide the same to make the cancel request Still i provided them, where's the response or update ? With this kind of pathetic service, why does anyone want to continue or take #jio
