    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @reliancejio you guys are doing fraud with customer on refund.During my first connection your executive said that you will get refund of all security deposit of 2500. Now I'm getting only 1500, rest amount is being charged for setup cost. Stop this fraud.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Raised service request since morning n still looking for smone who can help me with the resolution. Executive promised the issue will get resolved in next 3 hours n its been 6 hrs n no one contacted or taking cognizance of the issue. No more digital life.

    @reliancejio I haven't got my money even after 1 month of canceling my Fibre connection. 30 day trial is a sham, backend team worthless, customer service a scam. Is Jio going through financial problems and that's why not refunding money? #Jio_Ghatiya_Service #RelianceIndustries

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have been trying to get a jio fiber connection in Mumbai -400024 Kamgarnagar area from last 1.5 years no response from your team, what problem is there if you are providing fiber in our neighbouring building why not ours?
