    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare Request SR00002KUNEQ is still ON HOLD. No technician assigned. Local contact not responding. I have rescheduled again today. Service down since 1 May in Mango, Jamshedpur. Also facing unprofessional handling (asked for ₹400 earlier). You know as well I cannot DM you

    .@JioCare What pathetic service? You want us to live without internet for 3-4-5 days? Even tho we’re paying you? Pathetic customer care. Pathetic engineers who visit, do nothing, close the request. Cancelling your broadband now. Will find a better company.

    @JioCare @JioCare My number is now reactivated, but services like WhatsApp are still blocked due to pending NOC sharing. Kindly share all NOCs with WhatsApp and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India at the earliest and confirm. Urgent support needed.

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.
