    @JioCare I have attached a location with this tweet, the network at this location is extremely poor, none of the jio subscriber is even able to stream a youtube video at even 480p, websites take very long to load even on high end devices (cont.)

    @JioCare Meanwhile, the request has been pending since Nov 13th. @JioCare has been claiming request has been note & forwarded to concerned team. Problem is, I doubt anyone at Jio is actually *concerned* about customer service at all.

    @preshit @JioCare I had to raise 2 requests for the same and it took 3 days in total to resolve. In my case when i called (customer care) for time they said your ticket has been put on hold as i haven't given them a date to reschedule (i didn't asked for rescheduling it in first place)

    @JioCare Last few months my jio network not proper work applications are not open to 4G network please check the network coverage and fix my internet issue otherwise port the other operator like VI & AIRTEL

    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost my phone yesterday, I called customer care and blocked number temporally. Now I have visited jio store in Gurgaon for new Sim, they are saying surname is not matching between Jio data and My Aadhar card. Is this way you deal with customer and data ?
