    @JioCare 12 days since my JioFiber ownership transfer request (April 22). No resolution. Support first denied the request, then found it after escalation and promised 24 hours. Still nothing. Poor service, taking money without accountability. resolve immediately.

    @JioCare Is there any timeline upto which these service request issues will be resolved? When not then why claiming it's being attended. Jio customer care services are ultra poor. AI can do better job than you. JIO can save crores of rupees being spent on customer care salary by using AI

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights
