@ShikharTrades @JioCare You should be happy that they at least installed device at ur place. Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated. This is what Jio AirFiber has been doing for a long time, and @jagograhakjago is sleeping.

@JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber/AirFiber has been down due to an outage for a long time. The app shows “Outside home connectivity – Outage detected” and says restoration is taking longer than expected. Very disappointing service and no clear ETA. Please resolve this urgently. #JioFiber

@JioCare Go and check your useless customer care conversation happened now. I recorded the call. I am going to take legal on this. I wanted my connection to be cancelled as jio is not able to resolve the issue on time. This is due to inefficient customer service from jio. Please cancel

@JioCare Jio I'm facing issue till now no any reply from jio in any platform. Even customer care is denying that no data is available regarding. Order No- NO0001CXUV3G all data has been erased by jio. Without any refund. Pl do refund Suffering from last 1.5months @jagograhakjago

@JioCare I recently moved my residence and am experiencing poor network coverage on Jio. The signal strength is -108 dBm 32 asu. And Speed tests show 3Mbps-1Mbps. Is there a way to get it fixed? I don't really want to port to another provider if possible.
