@JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

Don't go for @reliancejio's #JioFiber #30DayTrial unless you are gonna continue with it. Because they are not refunding the full amount as they promise even if you return the router, settop box and remote without any damage before the expiration of the trial.

@JioCare Hello, I was promised a month of free services in lieu of a new connection as advertised. With the money refundable if i ever had to leave. So I paid 1500 and was refunded 500. Where's the one month of free service? Are you guys Duping people or it's something personal?

Hello @reliancejio i had a connection of jio fibre on the middle of january or in the very first week of february, but my account got disconnected without any notice i was out of town and i didn't recharged. I never asked to disconnect
