    @JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area is jio users Thanks a lot.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Ever since the time i purchased jio sim card, the cell signal has been showing LTE and not 4G. What shud i do to get 4G? I pay my bills b4 time. Then, why this step motherly treatment? I have royal welcome offer from @airtelindia, wich i am thinking. HELP

    @JioCare @reliancejio I live in chirhula colony Rewa Madhya Pradesh here jio internet is running slow for few days even one gif is taking more than 5 seconds to upload, buffering is happening in live video too, please solve the problem.
