    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    @reliancejio I feel I was misguided into taking a connection I did not originally want. I now want to cancel my Jio AirFiber connection and receive a full refund of ₹1,100.

    @JioCare stopped answering my calls. I have already contacted Jio Customer Care multiple times and raised complaints, but no proper resolution has been provided so far. I am extremely frustrated because I have been paying for a service that has not been properly installed or delivered

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339
