    @DoT_India it has been more than six months I am reporting voice quality as well as speed issues to @JioCare but still issue has not been resolved.every time they give me a 90 days TAT with the reason'we are looking for new site to install tower in your area',Kindly look into it.

    Well it's good I have WiFi at home otherwise using internet @ home with @JioCare would be impossible. Bad service. Given many complaints but of no use.

    @reliancejio poor signal at Antyodya Bhawan. There are more than 100 users but speed of net even at 4G is poor. We even bought a dongal to do work but no speed. Please help.

    @JioCare I requested for my jiofibre to be transferred to my new apartment , same building. Your representative said I should close the account, and take a new connection since that would be faster. Sounded like a stupid suggestion so I didn’t agree - he closed the SR !
