@reliancejio most of the times my internet is not working it's like garbage why you people shows that you give data and others things free but you cut speed and make us feel like other operators are really better than jio I am using 2 phone numbers but now I discontinue using jio

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. Thanks @JioCare for being the epitome of customer service.

That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

@jio_fiber @JioCare I had applied for jio fiber to be installed from the MyJio app since 2 days. There is no response from anyone. So it seems either Jio doesn't want to increase their customers or else their infrastructure is not ready for the customers. Again a bad experience.

@JioCare Totally disappointed with your service, Yesterday recharged 749Rs plan and today recharged 61rs data add on plan and the plan expired today itself. 9113831585 Customer care also not supporting.
