a part of Jio family since October 2016. Since the day i've moved to Nehru Nagar again can't even surf the internet properly. Even though the network is full. Max. download speed is <100kb. @JioCare Customer care executive gave me the same reason they gave a year ago.

@JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

@JioCare I am resident from Sector 2 Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad pin code 201005 my complaint to #jiocare is regarding network issue that I am facing in this area as there is very weak network and unable to make calls and surf on internet kindly do anything regarding this problem.
