Horrible customer service by @ACTFibernet. Phone lines not working, no one to contact, app giving wrong info, modem on a restarting spree. Seems it’s time to change the vendor and switch to @reliancejio

@JioCare I made a request yesterday with SR000011SM2J for Internet not working. When I called the CC , I was told that request is on hold which I had never said so. Again today they have given me a new SR no SR000011SWT9 for tomorrow visit. Can you address this on priority.
