    @JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing network problem at my alternate number. Daily experiencing 6 -8 hrs with no network. Due to this dropping mine work in loss. Also called once for issue. No resolution up till now. Number is in name of wife who is unable to visit jio store. Ridiculous

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hi..your internet and Call networks are very poor ( B-76 Rama Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059) since a long time. Many time I raised a complaint,but no profitable outcomes. Many times you are preparing Teams for the visit only.

    When I shifted from kolkata to delhi I ported my sim from vodafone to @reliancejio for better connectivity but looks like it's just not able to even serve the network inside a street . And the stupid customer care executives keep calling to recharge

    @JioCare not able to receive otp messages on my jio mobile no. in Delhi. Tested same on other non jio network otps are working. Payment gateway is Razorpay. These issues are becoming very common nowadays in jio. 😡 Please fix your network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    After checking on the response received from @Airtel_Presence it was a wrong decision to port my number from @JioCare I will soon be back to Jio once my 28 days of trouble is over with एयरटेल

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Postpaid Rent Rebate SR000035GTKJ has been denied. Jio’s position is that service disruption of 4 days does not qualify for rebate. Is a 4-day broadband outage now considered acceptable service quality for paying customers? Contd 1/3

    I am here in India for some business proposal and I stay in friend home where Jio Internet join, with 100ms, 100 time internet disconnect, slow internet, even impossible meeting loading much, wow what an high speed jio @reliancejio . Calling customer support even the manager. Problem still not solve. We tired @reliancejio what a slow internet you provide.
