    @JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    @reliancejio I lodged a complaint regarding my Internet as it is not working since morning of 10.7.2026. Instead of attending to my complaint immediately, as per my expectation, I was advised that the technician visits my place on 12.7.2026. That means I will be without internet
