    @JioCare , no singnal and no speed in my jio number,it has one point singnal always.....what a 4g network!

    @JioCare Dear, again internet gone.. it's been Days since ticket raised , no one phoned me or no resolution. For your kind information it's 2nd time since last week and total absent of service is 6days. #worstJiofiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR no : SR000035R6BB. Worst Customer service. No refund policy. Just frustrate customers. extract money in advance and don't give service. The owner is busy in the IPL. The CEO is with him. Keep harassing customers.

    @JioCare @JioCare As expected, there is still no update, no technician visit, and no resolution. The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

    Over a month now and both my JioFiber and mobile internet are still not working properly. No response from customer service despite repeated complaints. My office work is suffering badly. Pathetic support and complete negligence towards customers. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare 6 months there’s been no network during power cuts, and now there’s no proper network even when power is available.Customer care only sends emails/SMS saying “resolved” while the issue continues. Looks like complaints are closed just on paper. Weste service

    @JioCare Firt ur network is getting useless day by day and 2nd im not able to port my jio sim And 3rd ur call center executive said i have to visit jio store to port my jio sim 4 kindly don't sell ur jio sim at door set 5th if ur not providing good network kindly leave me
