@JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@reliancejio @JioCare It's with utter disappointed with the indifferent service that I'm moving to another competitor for broadband services. 4 days of chasing for a new connection since we've shifted. Forget responding, the local rep doesnt even pick the phone.
