    @JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @JioCare Hi jio team any update now its almost about a year that i am struggling for this. A small refund processing is taking a year to process how shameful it is that being a such a good market player this kind of service is provided from your side. I have to now opt for legal action

    @JioCare @dot Having poor network coverage at my home location. Call quality is very bad call drop connecting issue no internet access is major prob ..pls look into it without giving lame excuses that it's temporary congestion...

    @JioCare I have a 4-month plan with Jio Fiber, but my Wi-Fi hasn't been working for the past 10 days. A red light is blinking; when I contacted customer care and the operator, they said it was a tower issue that would be resolved, but it still hasn't been fixed. #poorservice

    @JioCare hi iam uday from vijayawada. I raised a ticket regarding jio fibre non working on last thursday. But so far issue not resolved. Is this how u r handling complaints. I will inform my freinds and family not to opt for jio and i will also disconnect it. This is the worst

    @JioCare Despite decent average speeds, the connection quality and stability are inconsistent for VPN/work-from-home usage. Please check signal quality, routing stability, packet loss, congestion, or latency issues affecting the connection. #JioAirFiber #WFH #VPN

    @JioCare While I understand that operational issues can occur, the disconnection of a prepaid service that is still within its validity period, combined with the lack of an effective support channel, has been extremely disappointing.
