@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@JioCare I think you guys are least bothered about customer service. Every time I visit store with my issue new point of contact is given and when I call them to explain the issue they tell we will send a technician. But technician has never visited.
