    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @JioCare For last 4 years, Jio promising that they will improve coverage but till date wait is not over. In the middle of city coverage is week. Day by day Jio service deteriorating. That's why customers may be declining. location 20°56'22.4"N 72°55'04.0"E
