@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@reliancejio Dear Reliance jio it's a request to you that please don't give recharge reminder notification while making a call five days before to do recharge. It's very irritating and during emergency if you have to call someone we have to listen first the recharge reminder.

When I talked to Ravi supervisor of jio calling department, he told no solution is available, told to wait for next 6 months. The same commitment was made last year. FAKE 5G @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceMobile

@JioCare Everything has been discussed in DM already. I'm using @ViCustomerCare second card and no issue with it. Only issues with your servicec due to faulty SIM card. Replace it free of cost.

I have to dial 2 or 3 times to get connected and talk properly to non-jio numbers. After complaints, you rectify / adjust it but again back to square in 3/4 days. Now please make a permanent solution @DoT_India @TRAI @JioCare
