@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

@JioCare @reliancejio Your customer care IVR/AI system is very poor and unable to understand customer issues. It keeps repeating the same options and does not connect to a human agent easily. Please improve the system or provide an option to directly talk to a representative.

I had raised a complaint #6998849 against @JioCare and @reliancejio on @nch1915. The company formally agreed to refund the amount, but the commitment has not been honoured till date. Despite repeated reminders, I only receive standard template replies and silence on real issue.

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI With continued frustration as no resolution has been provided to date. It has now been nearly a month since my Jio Fiber installation, meaning I have wasted an entire month of my ₹5306.46 3-month bundle (300 Mbps) simply trying to get the promised service

Ayush Ayurveda Hospital (Mansa Devi, PKL) has 500+ daily visitors, yet no telecom company provides proper tower coverage in the area. 📶 Patients and attendants struggle with poor connectivity. Can @reliancejio @JioCare be the first to provide reliable network coverage here?
