@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

@JioCare @reliancejio Resolution provided on 23.1.22 at 4.27 pm against Request Number SR000018HZ2Q for my JioFiber connection and the same has STOPED WORKING at 9.30 pm on 23.1.22 itself ??? This is very disappointing. This needs to be fixed immediately.

@JioCare Thank you but I don't need your help regarding this anymore. I have lost faith in your service. I already resolved the issue by directly talking to the technician in our own way. If you really wanna help provide me the compensation because internet was not working fr last 4 days
