    Jio internet service is getting worse now days. Since a month, the internet speed drops suddenly a becomes unusable, you can't even send Watsapp message. And when i call someone the speed becomes normal . Then after sometime is happens again. I'm frustrated @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Who is the right person to contact in Tripura who is looking after the connectivity issue. Pls provide me his contact no. Apart from my 3 sites one of my sites is facing connectivity issue. I have contacted the nearest jio store to look up the matter, he said no one

    @suku_patel_22 @JioCare 5. Power Saving or Battery Saver is turned off 6. Reset APN to default 7. Preferred network type is selected as 5G

    Ok, so you launched 5G in Jabalpur (M.P.) I agree. But the site which is nearest to Gyan Ganga College, Shawn Elizey is not yet upgraded to 5G hence no 5G network yet. It's been about 2 months since 5G launch but no 5G network here. @JioCare @reliancejio
