    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @reliancejio @JioGigaFibre Jio fiber is wrst net service provider evr. Sm1 cut my fiber wire on fridy and 2dy is wednes nd yt they hve nt restore the service. If u can't provide customer service don't open business. I will never recommend this net 2 any1.

    @JioCare One more visit from your technicians to rectify the issue and even they couldn’t do it. Three days time to install a setup box. Wowww. I would like to discontinue the services of jiofiber at my home. Will that take 3 days too? Pathetic service to say the least.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioGigaFibre its been 6 days since my fiber wire is cut off nd customer service is still delaying it. Everyday they say it will be done 2mrrow. I am now tired off calling them everyday.. do smthing immediately. I can't work like this..

    @reliancejio @JioCare again someone argued with me that number is active in system which isn't on my phone and no network didn't provide any solution by kept arguing that it is active. Such incompetency is completely mind numbing. Why will client lie that sim isn't working???
