@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@JioCare Tired with followup And still issue is not solved. I need payment receipt for security deposit that I paid against Jio Fiber installation, As I am not able to download it from Myjio app as well as from webportal. Both are showing error. Screen shots are emailed long back
