@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@reliancejio So many times I complained about slow network and call errors is a big issue in our area,but they never resolved it.soon I will convert my sim into another network. Resolve the matter soon

@reliancejio behave like an international brand, such small incidents break customer trust. For years I'm using Amazon/Google/Airtel without worrying about anything that can go wrong but I trust they will handle it in a graceful way.

@JioCare It's been 3 days of Internet outage and saying Urgency of getting this figured out. If Jio team resolves the issue on time why would chase for resolution. Improve the service and engineer availability instead of false promises of resolving in 24 hours. Pathetic and worst service
