    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @reliancejio Jio fiber id 300865155174 , SMTP client not working showing time out error. FTP client application not working. Remote desktop handling apllication like team viewer , anydesk not functiong. My land line connection number is 02554355250. My contact 7666850537.

    @JioCare I talked to customer care they are said, we are resolving this. but they are resolving this from 1 year. because i was closed a old jio number due to same problem and now regretting again for going with jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Having issue on there website and asking bank details for refund once again. 1500 is the total refund and site showing 500 and that too not happening. They talks about crores and best digital company which is facing issue in refunding 1500rs.shame on you

    @JioCare i took fiber connection 6 months back with a payment of 6 months at once as i was told i would get an additional 1 month if i pay for 6 months. now yesterday my 6 months expired and i havent got any additional month. cust care doesnt help either. #jiofiber #jioshame

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Team during pandemic iam working from home and need good internet connection i reached many time to Jio office for connection but they said wait for week but still no response from them Please help me on this if you really find value for your customer

    @jagjotuppal @JioCare @DoT_India From Past 2months totally jio network totally down in Mudimanikyam, Karimnagar, telangana, 505481,We unable to use your jio service at all.. Can you please reslove issue on high priority..so many guys working from home due to Covid.plz resolve it on priority
