    @JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @JioCare Oh my god! The worst service ever. We just shifted to a new home and booked the new connection. They said it will be installed on 2nd Oct. However it did not happen and has been rescheduled more than 7 times. They haven't installed even now.

    I have called 3 times to the team and never got a proper response. I hope @airtelindia should stop putting false claims on fast services! Shame on such a big Telecom brand! I hope to switch for @reliancejio instead of Airtel after soo many years! #shameonAirtel #badservice

    Don't cut n paste and send me the replies each time. I have noticed these replies same words. No action from the service provider. Really pathetic. Is there a higher official whom I can approach. Customer agents not able to solve the problem @JioCare @reliancejio

    I am a student who recently moved to London to study. I have a Jio sim and there's no network here. I made an international roaming recharge of 575 for one day, yet I am not getting any network SMS. A lot of important work has been stuck due to this @reliancejio @JioCare
