@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@JioCare @reliancejio Raised a request for number porting to Jio Order number : 21812600. No SIM delivery activation so far. Earlier order was cancelled without my knowledge 21634339 Pls look into the issue on priority. Not a good experience to start journey with Jio

@JioCare Thank you very much for the Re 1 plan. Why dont u make a plan for only calls at a damn cheap rate? Majority of the country needs that.Poor people needs no net but only calls with loved ones. Tired of checking bsnl tariffs.
