    Jio Pos Lite app has been showing error [410] for the last one year so I have not been able to recharge. I phoned jio customer care several times over the past year. They are not solved my issue Thank you jio Team. @JioCare

    @drskmishra2014 Sarsaul Kanpur Nagar in UP East unit of jio employees is paying no attention for jio tower at Sarsaul (209402) town which is dormant for many daysThere is net problem atJNV Sarsaul campusplease ask them to attend the problem and ask them to be responsible @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare And tell me Rakesh sir will come next day. And whole next day nobody come. When again i call rakesh he told I'm not coming and cancelled the my request when I didn't provide him OTP. Kindly make your service better and impart knowledge & provide training3/4

    @JioCare More than 12 times, engineer visit time slot has been extended since yesterday & till now. Even, we got time slot of 7pm, 8.30 pm and 9.31 pm for yesterday on which your customer care center informed us that engineer can't come after 7 pm. Don't know what system is working.
