    While @reliancegroup became debt free @reliancejio is net free.. @RelianceJioCare you are supposed to provide true 4G speed. Even 3G was better few years ago.. Poor speed for weeks and signal going down day by day..

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

    @reliancejio please take some care about ur mobile network and mobile internet we r facing serious issue regarding poor mobile network and too much slow Internet even it's not working 4-5 hrs in a day. @JioCare if u don't fix it we have to go for MNP.

    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare Order No: NO001DEAT7O Ordered a port SIM on 11th May. After waiting 12 days, the delivery agent said the request expired and I must restart the process. Money isn’t the issue — Jio wasted my valuable time with such poor service.

    @JioCare Wait till infinity??? It’s been 13 days and still no one visited to check the issue. Daily scheduling fake engineer visits and fooling us. Been frustrated a lot and not able to take any more. Kindly stop this harassment and take your box back as i am shifting to other network.

    @JioCare Sir/Madam The wire of my jio fiber has become loose and is hanging on the earth between two poles. If it is not tightened it may be broken by animals moving on the road thereby disrupting the internet services. This is to request you to kindly get it corrected.
