    Hey @reliancejio, @JioCare what's the point of having a year-long recharge if your internet connection is so slow that I can't even load a webpage? And to add insult to injury, your customer care says I have to deal with this for a week because of numerous users! Not acceptable!

    4 days, 13 email threads, Twitter DMs, 1 missed call for 2 sec, and an email saying "I tried calling you but the call went unanswered. ", yet I haven't been able to talk to 1 network person who can understand my problem. Great job @jiocare.

    @JioCare your Jio Sales staff are doing #scam .. Everytime I have issue your engineer and salesman comes.. And they say the box is having issues we have to change it.. And they convert it to postpaid with new connection
