@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@JioCare Adding to the my dissatisfaction with Jio was customer officer/executive Mr. Amit Mishra who was unhelpfull , disgusting and talked rudely . Talking to Vaishali , Jio care head executive was wonderful and helpfull. Who has appointed amit mishra as jio executive ? Throw him Out .

@reliancejio is the worst service provider at my location. Tower is present in front of my house but no use. @reliancejio is like 'नाव मोठं लक्षण खोट'. Facing this issue since 2 months but @reliancejio Engineers don't care as its rural area. Can I hope to resolve this issue?

@joshiaditya111 @JioCare Agreed. It takes weeks of continous call backs just to get a little Wi-Fi issue sorted. It's infuriating with the inefficency of customer care and most of their managers as well. @JioCare It's time you step up, before you go big.
