    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @JioCare @JioCare Hello jio team. my problem is that.. jio true 5g has been launched in Cuttack on 5th january today is 21th january i have not received welcome offer till now and i already have recharge plan and live in my area There is 5G coverage too so why am I not getting Jio 5G

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why do you upgrade to 5G... Since last month, many customers are not able to talk on JIO, call disconnected. Pathetic service from JIO in Pune city. Before providing a high speed network, at least provide basic calling smoothly.

    @reliancejio Jio switched off its tower inside Air Force Camp at Begumpet, Hyderabad and left its user in dark. We have already paid for the service through recharge but not getting service. Deshbhakti and respect to soldiers only shown on paper. Victim of Jio's act is soldiers

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why contacting the customer care executive is a pain in the A**? We don't want to chat in case an emergency with a doll appears in the app. At least share the customer care email address so that we can raise a concern to "HUMAN" working in Jio.
