@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@JioCare I recharged for work for home later i came to know that number is not active anymore, I spoke to customer care executive and asked for refund, both of them were rude, replied with only NOs, pathetic service

@JioCare Why is Internet service so pathetic? Signal strength is almost zero, ping spikes, slow internet speed and random disconnections. WTF am I paying for? If this is your 4G service, I can't even imagine what you guys will offer in you 5G schemes that you are eager to launch.
