    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @JioCare Your service support for jio fiber is worst. Service engineer never turns up at given time. On contacting CC, appointment gets rescheduled for some other day. I've repeated this process several times & can't handle it more. Pls provide contact details of Nodal Officer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied a Jio fibre connection on 14th Oct 2021 and paid 1500/- in advance. Till now I didn't got any connection, every time when an engineer visits he says there is a technical issue in your area so connection is not possible.
