    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @reliancejio JioFiber installation is being rescheduled with no resolution. Payment is done in advance, seems nobody cares to respond back. Unsatisfactory customer care support.Order Number NO0000KBF19T Kindly look into the issue asap.

    @JioCare @DoT_India 2. when i cross checked him, why u given me a postpaid instead of prepaid, he said before 3 days of expiry you can recharge and it will automatically convert into prepaid. I doubt him, called customer care about this incident and asked them to convert post paid into prepaid.
