@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@perfectakkee @JioCare I had some experience when my account got issues, I contacted the customer support team for more than a week, but they wouldn't reply me.....not until I got referred to @CODER_ETH1 on twitter and he helped me retrieve my account

@JioCare Hi, I have been facing issue in sending text message to non-jio number. Today I raised a complaint for it but after few hours I got a message from jio, that issue is resolved. But I continue to face the issue with no help from jio yet. High time to port to @airtelindia
