@reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

@reliancejio @JioCare I stay at bandra east due to cyclone jio tower was damaged on Monday morning and from that day I am facing a severe network issue at my place. I tried to speak to ur executive and get a solution but it was a waste of time.

@JioCare is it so difficult to get a call from your "executive"? How many times do I have to DM you my complaint to get a reply? Not to mention the ****** automated replies on your helpline selling me even bigger data packs. FFS...reply.
