    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare after visiting 2 days of jio store now they're saying battery is dead and instead of replacing they're suggesting to buy from local shop. Such a poor service from jio. Stored visited Hailakandi Jio store

    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @reliancejio respected sir, me and my family uses jio services since 9 years but recently I am facing huge network problem issues and it does not resolved. Even customer care executive disconnect my call. I am very poor. Either resolve my network problem or refund my money.

    @VediHemant @JioCare Leads never picks call once you make the payment, remove them from job and do how ACT fiber or Airtel does.

    After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

    @JioCare Customer care informed me that an engineer visit is scheduled only tomorrow between 11 AM and 12 PM. Does a new customer really have to stay without internet for almost 24 hours after just a few days of installation?

    @JioCare there is network issue in Gaganmahal, Domalguda, Hyderabad-500029 area.. and i want some resolution for the network issue.there are lot of schools,colgs and hospitals here causing problems and people are unwillingly porting to Airtel.. please help
