    @reliancejio you are such a money minded group of people. I raised a complaint for myself 3 days ago. Same time asked for a new connection for my neighbor. My neighbor got new STB & connection yesterday & I'm still suffering 😫 & waiting for STB to be replaced 😔

    @reliancejio Pathetic customer service. For past 2 months I cannot connect through 198 for complaints. For the past 3 years, I have complained about unstable network without issue solved. Now I need someone to contact me, am almost being blocked by your care. WORST @JioCare
