    @JioCare @JioCare , I want to log a request for disconnection of Fiber. Fibre connection is down for more than five days without resolution. When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.

    @JioCare For the past week my network hasn’t been working properly. Neither 4G nor 5G is functioning, and the internet is often unavailable. Even calls don’t work on ground floor, with frequent drops and unclear voice. Please resolve this issue quickly it’s causing inconvenience.

    @reliancejio Hello Team, I tried getting my Internet connection back but seems like the diagnostic says for the last few days there is an issue. Our professional and personal work front is suffering due to this there is no option to ask for a service engineer scheduled finally I had to use this platform. Kindly help
