    @JioCare It's been 7 days still sim is not delivered in mumbai like area, can this be considered Jio online some delivery with 48 hrs is false commitment? Backend team is still looking at issue? even after 7 days ?

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber connection +91-4843573915 not working from yesterday (19 April). I raised service request SR00002KLLQQ but engineer didn't come or call and it is still down. Please escalate and fix it ASAP. If not I won't be paying the bill and will disconnect.

    @JioCare What do you mean by no slots available when the slot for 3-4pm for 20-April was booked yesterday? Do one thing cancel this connection if you can't fix it. I can't pay for something that's not working or having no support.
