    Unable to pay my @JioCare ILL bill online. The portal shows my bill as "Partially Due", but when I click "Pay Now", it says: "You are cleared up with your invoices." Because of this issue, I'm unable to make the payment. Please look into this and resolve it ASAP. #Jio

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I've been using Jio AirFiber for over a year without any issues. Since yesterday, my router has been blinking red continuously and my Wi-Fi is not working. I work from home and urgently need this fixed. Please arrange a service engineer ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Filed JioFiber complaint (SR00002MO3RI) 2 days ago. Engineer visit keeps getting rescheduled. Pathetic idiotic service. Fix it today or I'm switching to @airtelindia fibre.

    @JioCare I got my Jio SIM reissued yesterday evening, but it is still not activated. I am currently out of station and urgently need the number for banking, OTPs, and important communication. Please look into this on priority and help activate the SIM as soon as possible.

    It is with great disappointment and frustration that I have to post this tweet. Shame on this 'True 5G' internet—the download and upload speeds are abysmal. Sometimes, the network doesn't even work properly in open areas. @reliancejio @JioCare #shameTrue5G

    @JioCare Since this week, the Jio network in Group No. 2, Vikhroli East has suddenly become almost unusable. The signal is nearly nonexistent. I had switched from Airtel to Jio because of network issues, but now the situation has become even worse here. Please resolve this issue
