    Part 1 @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of pathetic customer service is this? I have registered a complaint yesterday at 1pm and engineer was assigned for 3-4 pm and it got postponed to 5-6 pm then to next day and then again same thing is happening. No one came to resolve issue

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani when your organization @JioCare says “soon” issue will be resolved what does it actually mean by “soon”, because I made the payment on 21st Feb 2022 and have not received an invoice till date 11th Mar 2022, & your team keeps saying “soon”
