    @JioCare Your engineer r just fooling around they don't want to work after 5 PM. They r insisting to put relocation request from my jio app. Why they have updated wrong adress and none of you engineer have mindset to help That's biggest issue

    @JioCare I am from theni, Tamilnadu. I have a prepaid jio sim with 3 gb data pack per day. The problem is that network stops abruptly on the middle of the work and if I only restart the phone the network is fine. It has been the same situation for more than a week.

    @JioCare How many addresses or pin codes should i message, here is a list for you. 1. Whatever pincode railway tracks go to, you have no service during train travel throughout india. 2. Uttar Pradesh: inside all homes on all floors.

    @JioCare If you really understand my concern then tell your service head to contact me. You guys are just replying by the automated message provided by the software. Take some time and type your own sentences. Dont you know English or you don't want to work.

    @JioCare Nope, thanku. I already had told executive who came for KYC that I require connection within 12hrs very urgently. He gave me false hopes that it would be done by 1pm today. Leave 1pm no1 has came to my house. I am better off paying for a costlier service nd get a connection done.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What's wrong with the internet? Consistently dropping. Showing only 2 network lines that too fluctuating . Do something about it.
