    @TRAI should take action on @reliancejio. There service is very poor and charging like premium quality. A wall decide there network. In one of room network working as 5G and another room it works as 4G. This will not acceptable. #banonjio #bycottjio #switchtoairtel

    @JioCare Jio has become a THIRDCLASS Service Provider for Mobile in Mumbai Everyday reduces the speed of Internet & their only concern is MONEY. SERVICE IS THIRDCLASS

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber LR00001EB9JT on 16 Jul. I requested cancellation, but till now no cancellation or refund update has been provided. Please cancel the order and initiate the refund.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with @jio_fiber My service request SR00002MKL6C has received no proper response despite repeated follow-ups. This level of customer support is unacceptable. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll have no option but to discontinue the connection.

    @JioCare my JioFiber connection is down for the past 27 hours and I just have been getting messages about postponement of service. Now the time given is for tomorrow. Does it mean you fix issues only with TRAI intervention? There are abt 50 connections affected.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst ever customer service on jio home fibre, it is absolute harassment actually. Never ever have I ever seen such agony that we have had to go through with no accountability from Jio. Jio number 01243548028

    @JioCare I've scheduled technician visit for today at 7 pm. But the technician has automatically rescheduled it for Monday. My internet is completely down. I'm not able to do any work. I need this issue to be fixed soon.

    @JioCare @DoT_India Home delivery of your Jio SIM has been initiated for Order Reference Number NO00015HMIUZ. Sukhveer singh(8949000835) will be your delivery executive. The delivery boy is not picking up the phone, such a bad service.😡

    @JioCare A few days ago, your customer care team clearly assured me that my refund would be processed. Your Social Care team also repeatedly promised the same. Now you're saying no refund is applicable. How can your own teams give completely contradictory information? (1/5)

    @JioCare internet is down for 10 days & my SR00003ANF47/CO0001TKS4Z1 are put on hold without my consent! Engineer says fiber cut needs >18m cabling & it's "out of scope." Recharged on July 8, couldn't use a single MB. Can you help fix it.
