    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 3 PM today. The router is showing a red blinking light. I have already contacted customer care, but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly arrange a technician visit as soon as possible. #JioFiber

    @JioCare really what a wonderful experience you are providing. Wow I can't imagine what different experience would have been given. if this was a monthly billed customer. You are just taking a customer for granted who has already paid in advance.
