    @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio snd its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare I am a Jio Fibre consumer in Lucknow. No: 05223574280 No internet since 10.30 AM. I called jio helpline at 11.30. She told there was some technical issue, she's processed it from her end and the internet connection will be restored in 30 mitunes 3 hrs hv passed.

    @JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

    @JioCare Have DM you my registered mobile number and jio fibre number both. Have not received any call neither I am able to connect to a customer care number.

    @ViCustomerCare Constantly overpaying for terrible service and misleading support. Give me one reason not to port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia right now.

    @reliancejio Subscription when my recharge plan will start or provide customer to choose when customer want to activate you directly active subscription is not acceptable as currently till 2 month I am not able to use jiostart but after that i will able to but till that my subscription end
