    @JioCare the worst service could be provided only by Jio. Since there is no option to upgrade for 5G on dongle they do not even provide any service related to net issue and the internet never works. What are you charging us for when a customer care can't even be reached.

    Hi, I mistakenly ordered sim through my jio app (home delivery) and I wanted it to cancel. I called on agent no. received on the msg and told him the delivery code. He said it'll get cancelled, but I just received the order delivered message activation. Please help. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioChat what trash support do you have? 2 tickets raised and 2 tickets closed without a single person coming home. Is this how customer support is handled? Am I expected to raise an infinite number of tickets waiting for someone to come resolve the issue?
