    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Due to unresolved service issues, I have stopped using my Jio AirFiber service. Please disconnect the connection, arrange device pickup, and process my security deposit refund. I will not make any payment for bills generated after 17 June 2026.

    @reliancejio I got a jio fibre connection 20 days ago. Now my internet is not working properly. I tried many times to contact you and your customer care executive but no one picked my phone and my problem isn't resolve yet. Shame on you. @JioCare

    @Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

    @JioCare 5 day Internet still not working in home , the technician who visited to repair was super rude . I am really not happy with your service . Horrible it is .Horrible customer service . If u unable to fix it in few hours pls cancel my connection take all ur box

    @JioCare JioFiber down for 3+ days. Standard customer care keeps falsely rescheduling my technician visits. I have been forced to file an official government complaint. NCH Docket Number: 9551766. Resolve this immediately. #ConsumerRights

    Please raise a disconnection request. Whenever I need the internet it's down. So, I am only wasting power after the JIO connection. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare It is unacceptable that my JioFiber issue has been marked as "resolved" without providing any actual solution. Closing complaints without resolving them only adds to customer frustration. Kindly reopen the case and provide a genuine resolution immediately. @DoT_India
