    @JioCare @jio_fiber UR technician Bhavin took the otp yesterday saying he does not have adapter currently and will come back at 6 pm and replace it. I called him and again told me he will come in the morning today Now he denied visiting PLEASE SEND SOMEONE 2 VISIT FIX THE ISSUE.

    @JioCare Customers pay for service, not excuses. Why should I lose nearly 10 days of a paid plan because Jio failed to honor its own appointments? Please stop sending generic responses and provide a concrete resolution a confirmed engineer visit, and compensation for the lost service days

    network, but not my this same phone. I'm frustrated with no internet access and poor call quality consistently. It's ridiculous to call customer support and get the same automated response every time. If this doesn't resolve I will move to @reliancejio with all my postpaid and wf

    @vmanjuraju143 You are absolutely right, Jio is cheating customers like a chit fund company.I have been complaining to Jio customer care for the past one year but nothing has been done. So I was forced to switch to Airtel. Airtel's service is much better. @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare Call technician goes to a number which no one picks, you have rescheduled it three times in last three days, there is no resolution, no one visited the site, dont give me same copy paste replies!! I know how to check the appointment i am not dumb !! How many months will you take?

    @reliancejio @JioCare, guys you have the worst customer support I have ever seen. Today is the 3rd day of raising a service request, we still have no resolution. Moreover, why does the system assign an engineer in the late evening hours, when no one would actually come?
