    @JioCare @reliancejio it is ridiculous. Service experience is such a disappointment. I actually doubt it's being even looked into. Have been asking to provide the ticket number created for issue. Who is looking into issue. Where can I track my issue. @TRAI this is how they handle issue

    @JioCare i cancelled the jiofiber connection request (i paid the amoumt already). I called the customer care and cancelled it but did not recieved any confirmation message regarding it nor the refund. Check it ASAP! Order No. - NO0000JJ5UEC

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I am at bentic street store and Mr Saikit of the store is unwilling to sell 2phones in 2 different names. Failed customer acusition policy.After going through 6 stores if you are unwilling for customer accusition we will port all my family no to Bsnl

    @JioCare My mobrle no- 8934918799, previous bill history is 470 each month and pay in time each but atonece last month we received 1289 bill after that we tired to continue followup with jio care& sultanpur jio cair but did not receive any help regarding this. Please suggest.
