@AbhinavAgarwal @JioCare Abhinav, it's of no use where JIO won't resolve neither they do contact with users. My issue with no broadband connection was raised almost 11 days today but still no response or no one visiting to resolve the issue. Kindly switch to different network.

@JioCare @TRAI @GoI_MeitY in odisha, specially in Bhubaneswar the jio network is low quality, cheating people's..is worse than ever. No one is getting it..all are aware of it. But jio care have only solution plz DM us. Every time the same ans. No solving nature.

@reliancejio today Visited reliance store in Borivali to Get Jio phone @ 1999 Rs with 2 years Plan for Existing Jio Number but They Refuse to give.. Told it is Only Available with Porting Or new connection. Is it True? Existing customer can not avail this Offer? Any alternative?

@JioCare For the past 3 days, customer care of Jio fiber has been dilly dallying my problem. My cctv is not getting connected to its router but numerous calls to the customer care is useless. The whole experience is getting horrendous and below jio standards
