    @JioCare And the local team is not ready to support as according to them no complaint has been raised. Logging complaint via app or to connect with live agent, both options not there. Fix these issues and make your interface user friendly and contacting to support team hassle free.

    Hi Team, We have raised a relocation request for jio fiber with request id SR00003AGZ3X a week back and now the request is showing closed with remarks customer not giving appointment. Its ridiculas way closing ticket by the vendor. Request your intervention here. @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Problem - Jio AIR Fiber Box to router cable is damaged. Solution - The cable needs to be replaced 48 Hours passed since the case logged. No resolution Issue Status - Customer rescheduled/On Hold (A False status ) ~ 10 times PATHETIC SERVICES, NO EMPATHY.

    @JioCare Pathetic experience, JioFiber services down for 2 days, complaint is registered but status for more than 48 hrs still showing assigning engineer. Called service centre multiple times, only assurances no resolution. @reliancejio @JioInternet

    @JaikyYadav16 Same is the situation with @reliancejio, we are not able to talk on call, seeing this situation it seems that writing a letter would have been better, so much money is spent on recharge and yet the service is available for a pittance.
