    @JioCare Please send someone.Even your customer care is clueless and everytime it says we have network problem and cant access your issue. I dont know how a problem gets rectified in Jio.its over 5 days and you are just typing scripted message. Don't follow the footsteps of BSNL.Please

    @JioCare service request number is SR000018C1I2 , Order Number NO0000JYT13I , 7jan2022 order created for jio fibre but till connection not established, payment 2500 rs paida already .

    This has become my routine to call @ACTFibernet every morning and spend hours on call but still the issues remain unresolved. I believe we must have strong competitors @airtelindia @reliancejio for broadband at my area. #pathetic #poorcustomerservice

    Pathetic @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Bangalore service. Id:-CO0000I1Q9IM. Can’t relocate internet connection in 12days. Rescheduling engineer visit on 3rd,6th,10th,11th,12th,16th Jan automatically by system as well jiocare. But no enginner turning up. How to do #WFH @reliancejio
