I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.

My relocation request was raised on 1 Aug for 8 Aug, and it is now 11 Aug with no installation date or ETA. My work from home is being affected because of this delay. Please provide a ETA

Did the support team finally found any time after 2.5+ months to work on my SR and found the right mahurat to release the refund which is my own money it is holding illegally beyond 14 days after return of the equipment.
