    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @JioCare Yesterday, the installer who relocated my connection promised he would fix the unsafe cable installation today. This morning he again confirmed he would visit after reaching the office. Since then, there has been no response despite multiple calls.

    @JioCare This is my follow-up after repeated complaints and no resolution. ₹799 was debited on 18 May 2026 for a Jio prepaid recharge, but the recharge was never activated and does not appear anywhere in my Jio recharge history.

    Get Jio network . Calls fail constantly, you need Wi-Fi everywhere in Delhi-NCR because you cannot rely on this network. After looting the country’s money , they still can’t compete with Airtel. FRUSTRATING @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio What non-sense is this!! I got an Airfiber Plus connection installed on 26.05.2026 and since very that day your system is facing temporary outage 24x7. Nobody cares about resolution. Your CSE keep the call on hold always. #worstservice
