  @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani simplest way to resolve the problem, call the customer and disconnect the phone customer will automatically switch to other network. #jiopostpaid not worth investing. You guys still don't care about customers.

  @JioCare Does the payment processing on the app have issues? Unable to recharge for the Fiber connection. Cards, VISA and AMEX, work as expected elsewhere.

  @JioCare @reliancejio i am from uttrakhand pauri garhwal nainidanda block and i want to just tell you that every time jio tower shut off, nobody wants to resolve the issue.
