    @JioCare @JioHotstar Wifi services are down since yesterday. In addition there is no way to raise a complaint and get an update. Only getting a pre recorded message which moves the resolution time 4 hours further once it breaches the previous target. Need urgent help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a Jio number that I have been using for years. Suddenly the number is Out of service and its not letting me request any assistance. System keeps popping this is not a JIO number. Please help. I am currently out of India

    @JioCare Hello my question I scheduled it for today 1pm, even technical person assigned but today without single call and notification all cancelled and went back to status waiting to assign. Do we need to wait mor than 48 hr to resolve uch single issue

    @JioCare Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    @JioCare This is a clear case of cheating/fraudulent I paid the amount for 3 months and you are not even trying to give a proper reason. What if some customer delay in paying the bills. You will take action right ? What about in this case ? I paid and you cheated me by taking the money
