    @reliancejio an error from Jio’s side in capturing the year of birth. And surprisingly jio has no system to update KYC. No customer care contact to speak to who can solve the basic error. Time to portout of jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of pathetic customer care service you are providing. Last 30 mins trying to reach out and call gets disconnected after few mins. Then again start afresh with another person. Sales iresponsive, customer care irresponsive.

    My refund ?? Of jio set top box ??? @JioCare @reliancejio ????? Is too much late now I will not recommend jio fiber to any indian . Worst internet speed with worst customer support

    There is a number give in SMS for rescheduling and when you call that number 18008969999 it only works for new booking. Once Mukesh bhai's Jio takes money, Jio forgets that service needs to be given to existing customers. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing issue in my jio fiber connection and service request number : SR000017FNC5. Also request team to schedule visit on 9am to 10 am slot because I have to go my office and engineer called me and agreed on it, but no response from jio team.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is dead from 4 days in Bhagalpur Bihar. Local franchisee is sleeping. I will take @reliancejio service replacing Airtel Fiber.....This is the reason why reliance jio is number one. Airtel go to hell.
