    @JioCare Final escalation. It's been over 2 days with no resolution despite multiple Jio Store visits, valid ID verification, emails, and tweets. My number remains inactive due to an incorrect name in your records. If this is not resolved today, I will file a formal complaint

    @JioCare priyanka, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    @JioCare I would like to clarify that there is no Customer ID or Order Reference Number because your representative collected ₹900 from me but never created the JioAirFiber booking in your system.
