    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @JioCare often noticeable that when on 5g, call notification via Truecaller comes before the call but the call doesn't connect. The caller gets ringing but as I don't get the call there is communication. Kindly check issue with some 5 g settings or ? Pune city

    @JioCare And it does bother me and you send a tons of sms and notification for the same. That first call may be a emergency call for somebody and you're are just wasting that time. It should be optional @DOT @TRAI please look into it

    @ACTFibernet You people take 72 hours to resolve any issue! Worst internet connectivity with drops every now & then, no matter the plan!! And on top of that, you charge 'late fee' without any intimation!!!! @JioCare and @airtelindia, please extend your broadband services in areas

    I want to Disconnect my Post Paid SIM.. I called Customer Care.. They transferred my call to their concerned dept.. But after waiting 15 mins call has been disconnected @JioCare

    @JioCare How much time more required. Till I was filling form and payment jio staff daily calling me and coming to my house after payment jio providing world class service. Sorry to say didn't like Near about 20 days passed now thinking to give tri ?
