    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    In today's time, if someone has a mobile and he is purchasing a Jio SIM, then it is the worst decision of his life. There is no network and they have no customer service. They have no idea what to do now. @JioCare @reliancejio the worst ever network in india i think. 😴

    @JioCare The issue is now resolved. It took more than 8 hours to reach someone at Jio and get it resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio network issue not responding properly for 15 days in Sarenja, Buxar, Bihar 802114. 0-1 bar, call drops, no 4G/5G data. Entire locality affected. Pls fix your tower ASAP. Need complaint # & ETA. Will port out if unresolved. #JioDown #JioNetworkIssue
