@JioCare what a service its been 5days . Still not getting connection of #jiofiber nor I'm getting my refund back . I'm not able to do my work . Every engineer visit my location talk to me rudely and say -" Sir that not my problem,company just ask me to do 5 connections /day"

There is such a bad service since the day after, it has spoiled the situation so much, please do not ask for the network, please improve it when you take 4G born, then give the same service from my side, there is a third class rating service. @reliancejio @JioCare

Pathetic experience with @JioCare @reliancejio my connection has a high pinging time and high latency and not a single customer care officer was capable enough to understand kept asking generic question and one of them was so rude he cut the call and no SR raised. @expose_bad_cs

@JioCare I have made 3 calls to make sure my issues get resolved or to find any solution. The first call, the lady whom i had conversation she literally cut the call, even there was no solution was given/provided to me. And then, the issue is as follows below,
