    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @JioCare The service is so pathetic. I want to cancel the order and I raise a request to get a response saying data voucher will be credited? Why would you send me a data voucher? I need the amount credited back to my bank account.

    @JioCare How much time it will take to resolve, Is jio support system failed, not able to assign a plan to my account. Very pathetic service, from yesterday 4:30 PM. To today 4:10pm yet not resolved

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    @JioCare I am having patience from last 5 days but Jio is not having respect for the customer's patience .. they are just passing time from last 5 days.. with no time given on how much time more is required

    What you guys doing @JioCare i have recharged my number with 899 which comes with 3 months Jio hotstar but when it didn’t activated in my phone number I contacted customer care and they said they can’t help me @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare nobody comes on scheduled time. Nobody calls. When I try to call customer support, it just disconnects saying your complaint is already registered

    @JioCare kindly refund my payment. I'm fed up now. No one is coming to attend and the service request is getting rescheduled every time on its own. It's been almost 15 days now

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently switched to jio. Its worst of the worst in terms of call quality, internet speed though im in a popular city. You are looting more money than past few years and not providing good service. Such a pathetic situation. #jio
