@JioCare Complaint to jio fiber regarding no internet yesterday. 24 hours have passed. Also not able to connect to customer care, call get disconnected. Cust ID is 299943562095, request ID SR0000163NQG. Pls send executive in 1 hour, its urgent. Its a 5 min job, I have extra wire.

@JioCare Hello , This is a new phone and working fine . I do not have an issue with Airtel but your phone has problems. If you say good network please prove it infront me at the current location .If you prove it i will not call to your customers care or stop twittering .

Jio fiber is down from last two days in Gurgaon Sohna road area and no response from jio. I am able to get in touch with any customer care agent also. I dint expect this from jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Still the problem is not resolved, not no one reply on the mail as well. Is this you call customer service. I have been changed 2500 Rs bill this month for mistake of yours which you never agree. SIM Cloning happened which is scary

@JioCare This is new mobile and working fine. If you say your network please proving infront of me . i will think about further course of action..I do not see any issue with airtel ..
