Your engineer already visited, identified a damaged fiber line, pushed AirFiber instead of repairing it, left without restoring the connection, and is now unreachable. Every time I call customer care, I get the same reply: “In your area we are facing internet issue.” No update, no technician, no solution even after emailing.
