  @JioCare @TRAI Very disappointing experience with JioFiber while trying to disconnect connection. Instead of a smooth closure process, I was pressured with statements like myou lose money pay for another full month.Customers should not be forced misled into continuing a service.

  @JioCare we dont have internet here in Rajajinagar area in Bangalore. We have raised service request in the morning and no engineer has been assigned till now. We have called customer care 4 times already with no help. Help us get the internet back at home!
