    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber Ordered Jio AirFiber on 21st April. Full payment done + KYC completed same day. Today is 25th April - NO INSTALLATION yet. Your team keeps saying "aaj-kal ho jayega" but no action. This is pathetic service after taking full advance payment.

    @JioCare Hi madam, till my issue was not resolve and second thing no one has called for support, such type of service is not acceptable from such big brand, no one will faith on Jio in future

    @JioCare Reason for disconnection: no service for last 3 month so taken different operator. Prior to three month regular outage ever week for 2-3 days .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I use 2 sim card both are jio but I only 1 because u need 1 why the hell you close my second sim. Its showing emergency calls only

    @JioCare @JioCare Please stop scheduling technician visits again and again. An engineer has already visited and confirmed there is no issue at my end. This is clearly a backend/recharge issue. Do not book any more visits. Either activate my plan immediately or process a full refund.
