    @JioCare Let me remove the ad and poster pasted in wall which will have similar experience to my neighbourhood. Happy with existing connections. Very bad customer handling. With this approach you cant grow the network.

    Worst service from Jio fiber @kolkata pernasree, they convinced to take services & Did KYC took all the charges and later denied installation of Jio fiber and wasted 3 important days of my professional schedule. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio There's no proper resolution from jio care office and jio customer care. They didn't know the things and not able to resolve the issue. The service is now worst. Day to day.. Trying from past 30 days. Might be it's time to Port.

    @JioCare Thanks for reply.. I can wait for more time as I have been waiting since last 20 days but no one has responded properly so far aa it seems all are sleeping after booking including customer care ppl. Jio is no 1 company in telecom and internet but lacks proper service.Have a look
