    @JioCare I purchased extra set top box @3990.The set top box was installed by jio man,but, it is not working. I has asked the jio representative Mr. Imtiyaz few times @ his mobile-7830101758 to take up the complaint and resolve the same. Sorry it is unattended till date.

    @reliancejio Since morning I am trying to call my parents but i dont know what is the problem with the network. Na hi call aa rhi na hi call ja rhi... Net is also slow... What can i do now... Please do something regarding this issue...

    @JioCare I am unable to surf internet also very slow speed. I am trying to contact CC but they not respond my query. Also I am trying to resolve my problem with help of my jio chat but can't get any solution. So help me out. Network is show 75% 📶 still very slow speed.
