    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    BKL @JioCare, have you abandoned your existing AirFiber customers? My AirFiber connection has been down for the last 3 days. Every complaint gets the same generic response, but no engineer has shown up. Do you want customers to start invoking Mukesh Ambani's mother on X?

    @JioCare If the issue was non-payment, why did the app explicitly display "Data Exhausted"? If the issue was data exhaustion, where are the records proving that 3300 GiB was actually consumed?

    @JioCare Jio's 5G service is not available even in areas close to the district headquarters. Whenever I contact customer care, they give vague responses and keep saying that work is in progress at my site and that it will be completed very soon.

    @JioCare @JioCare , I have received refund thanks a lot 🙏, Feedback :- for non jio user no way to track service request, we can't to customer after payment of account and before installation because jio account is not created, apellete authority not responding

    @JioCare Since last 3 days no one has come up with any solution. Then why asking to DM. If you don't bothered about your reputation after posting publicly then how can I expect that you will solve the issue if DM. And already tried by sending DM. But no response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dahisar east near checknaka area there seems to be fiber outage ? Can you check and confirm when will it be restored
