    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @JioCare I have already left as communicated earlier but all the items are at same location which can be collected from family members. Your executives can pick from there if they visit. Please really show some priority in actual otherwise this issue would not prolong like this.

    @JioCare Experiencing too much slow speed since 1 month . And customer care is responding it will be corrected normal as soon as possible. But when your "soon" come , don't know. You are looting people's money. No compromise in price of recharge then why in service?

    My second complaint i made is SR0000196JK8 is still open but there is no response provided on when this will be resolved. In the time when we need to work from home this attitude of customer service of @reliancejio @JioCare is really bad.

    Jio has Wrst customer service. Jio store 10 am pe open hota h bt work start from 12pm & most of the time server down. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I visited JioStore as well and surprisingly it is told that issue can be resolved only through email service which are not responding. Though they have raised priority ticket too. All technician explain differently but not able to answer the query.

    @reliancejio Its been 3 days and installation of new connection has not been done at our office premises. This is how Jio Operates. Pathetic customer service. @JioCare

    @JioCare @jaagograhakjago i am using Jio Fiber connection. I am unable to use internet since 05Mar. I have made complaint which @JioCare closed without actually resolving. I requested them to open it again as it was not resolved. (1/n)
