@JioCare Rude and worst service at JIO service center today. No one responds on chat and in person as well.I don’t know why company doesn’t have a rule on ownership transfer and how a person will come from other country to get a damaged SIM for his father.

Got a fraud call from @JioCare today,So tried to confirm with @JioCare customer support But @JioCare is completely AI base,no option to talk to an agent. What a pathetic service! 198 has no option to tlk to agent,neither chat support which says executives are busy all the time
