    @JioCare Jio landline for outgoing call is working fine, however not working for incoming call. Facing same issue in JioJoin app iOS and android app.

    Hi @reliancejio @sumankargupta @JioCare I was waiting around 20 minutes on hold and no one bloody person was picked the call and after the 20 minutes the call disconnected from JIO customer support, and that service was horrible and pathetic 😠😠😠😡. #JIO #RelianceJio

    Hi @reliancejio @sumankargupta @JioCare team Today I called to your customer support around 8:44pm and the representative name was HARSH and my concern was Sim port related, he placed the call on hold to transfer the call to relevant team but.

    Experience is so bad that I feel it was a bad idea to switch from @ACT. Let me know if you can solve these issue at the earliest or else refund my hard earned money. Also do let me know the process of disconnection in case you can't provide a solution @JioCare @reliancejio (5/5)
