    @reliancejio is the worst performing network in Hyderabad. I live on 8th floor(top) in a society and still I don't get the full network. Network constantly switches between 4G and 5G. Even on 5G it's so hard to do a basic task like booking airline tickets.

    @JioCare Your technician was supposed to visit at 12 PM but never showed up. Internet is still down and no one is responding. I lost office work because of this. Same issue again within a month. Who will compensate for my loss? Stop scripted replies and send an engineer right now

    @ijnani @JioCare @reliancejio Same experience here. I've faced this too. Issues rarely get resolved unless you somehow reach a customer executive. Even that feels like a struggle. Customers don't pay for this kind of experience.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection (NO0001DH1XNE) the indtsllation got cancelled on 27 May still i havent received my refund i have also called multiple times. Worst customer support. Please give me my money back

    @JioCare U should also listen the conversation I have with your team. All had made false promises. One had told that on or before 12 o'clock of 7/6/26 ur problem would be shorted out. ...Hahaha.... Other told ... Till evening of 7 june .. what's going on... It's fun?

    @reliancejio @jio Post 2/5 Whenever I contact customer care, I receive the same automated response: "Temporary Network Congestion in your area." This response has been repeated for months. A problem continuing for 6 months cannot reasonably be called "temporary." #Customerservice #Jio @JioCare
