    @JioCare @reliancejio My new JioFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few hours. The router shows a blinking red light and there’s no internet until the connection comes back. This is happening multiple times a day. Please look into this and provide a permanent solution.

    If there was a race for providing the worst network and full on marketing of their network service then @JioCare @reliancejio would be the topper of that race. The worst network provider. Feeling guilty of choosing their network. #WorstCustomerServiceEver #worstnetworkprovider

    @JioCare Share the resolution. My connection will be disconnected tomorrow. I have already paid the amount. I clearly mentioned that I would need the bill.If technicians are not aware then why not provide them the KT. I can't DM. Provide me the resolution here!

    . @JioCare @reliancejio This is very disgusting that you are stealing my data. I have not used much internet today still you are saying that I have exhausted my data and slow down the speed. I have topped up my jio number annually still you people want me to pay more. There is no customer care executive with whom I can talk. Kindly help. Else will have to go to consumer court

    @JioCare Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.

    @AnshilinjanuJ brother don't waste your time. they won't help. ask them for the refund. same problem I'm facing from past 6 months. neither they provided the service nor the refund. there is lots of service provider better then this ****** @JioCare
