    @JioCare what a worst support you are providing. I wanted to port my number to jio, req 2 times from app from home delivery. Your representative ask for otp to start sim and they don't deliver. I ask help desk to port and after 20 days nothing happend. I should not port to jio?

    @JioCare The delay was caused from your end and device was picked up on my 2nd complaint. I have successfully made a request to your customer care within trial period. You are using such tactics to cheat innocent customers. @TRAI Y the customer will bear the loss due to your failure?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Other network provider like @JioCare, #Vi have option to download the EBILL through app. But Airtel Thanks app don't have any option like that. SMS "EPREBILL<month> <EmailID>" to 121 Yes I know this method. But need this option Airtel Thanks app.
