    @JioCare I recently submitted a support request via email. Someone used my email address to open an account. I do not use Jio. Any assistance you can provide in removing my email address from the account is appreciated.

    @JioCare Just want to understand how can that help the mass. Please take this up and resolve these issues at the earliest. Honestly am one of the dissatisfied customers. I was a proud Jio customer initially now a frustrated customer. If today it's not resolved will move to airtel.

    @JioCare Also please train your engineers to resolve the issues and give tge customers tge relief of satisfaction to build the world of Jio satisfied customers. The behavior of the engineers has to be looked into. Sorry to say they are very rude. False selling is tge motto.

    @jiocare @reliancejio When will resolve the issue of network coverage. I have complained many times but the network of jio is like a 'tail of dog'

    @JioCare I m in Luxembourg and facingissue with network since I landed. Multiple connects with whatsapp care and ir care still issue not solved since 2 days. I am saddened by the service.
