    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @reliancejio such an incredibly pathetic experience with Jio fibre And your customer call centre is no more than a call drop or call hold centre, sick of calling and explaining again and again. DM you my number now you call me.

    Annoyed with the kind of work @JioCare leaves you with when there's a physical issue : for e.g. wires from the cable box got cut while the @Airtel_Presence guys came to install in a neighbour's flat. Can't raise a reques for a damaged fibre cable, nor do anything on the App.

    @JioCare Finally after so many follow ups, got the connection installed. This time service team was polite & humble, no false claims as your sales team. Please take a note of the incident and do the needful to get sales team trained. You can close this ticket for now.
