    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    First you guys said yesterday 11:16 then in morning said till 7:16 it would be fixed it's 8:13 now still it's not working what kind of service are you providing what's the point of buying this when it's not working @JioCare i won't be buying this again nor I'm gonna recomend

    @JioCare Now your app is showing it will fix my 1 PM is it some kind of joke. Its been more than 18 hours since internet is not working. Now you are asking more 6 hours it is impacting our office. What is the meaning of as soon as possible

    @JioCare This is not just an individual issue. 2–3 nearby villages are facing the same problem where all networks are extremely weak or unavailable. The nearest tower is around 1.8 km away, which is clearly insufficient for proper coverage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JM_Scindia Respected Scindia sir, request you to please create adequate competitors in telecom sector as majority stake holding companies like jio is not ready to listen to customer complaints. There is high need of available options for better services.

    @JioCare So pathetic service. No customer care number. I have paid and I got a message of instalment , but no one came to install no update . Jio store person not receiving call. What monopoly is going?
