    Dear @JioCare, I didn't get the marketing strategy of you. You announced the Jio cricket plan and your customer executives told that internet slows down due to high number users at the time of IPL game. Then what's the use of recharging cricket plan.

    @Fibre_jio @JioCare @JioGigaFibre Raised request for set top box, Jio guys initially calls and says will send jio representative but nobody comes. After tracking request in my jio app it says query resolved. Pathetic service without resolving queries request closed. Pls solve

    @JioCare What the hell @JioCare? Is this your service? Its been 1 hour and I haven't received any response your side. Have I made a mistake by joining your network using MNP?? Just send the bloody 5 digit code on my alternate number and let me start my sim. I have told u that it's urgent.
