    @JioCare I called Jio Care after 2 days. This time they created a ticket, and a support person came. They tried to install a new STB, and it did not work. Now they gave me the original installation person's manager's number and asked "me" to follow up !

    I was on international roaming since few months and lost my phone. Got my phone back after a month my jio is is no longer working and cant even recharge it. I have everything linked on that number and jio removed it without any warning message. Please help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have Requested for a Jio fiber installation 8 Days ago also payed in full for the same but till now your engineers Did not show up there face after taking the money. I am extremely frustrated With Jio service. Please help and if you cannot help please let me know.

    @JioCare since last 2/3 days M unable to do out going calls from my jio number despite being in network range its really disgusting n annoying service provided by jio Jio is only after money n in providing service its BIG ZERO
