    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @JioCare Do you have any updates for me now? I can’t wait anymore after this week. The time of 3 months has been good enough to process my request and I have never once received a response other than “our team is working” This is very disappointing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Heart-wrenching agony of a Postpaid customer. For the last three months, the average network speed in Kaimri (Hisar) area is less than 100 kb. Complaints have not been taken care of since December 19. Your credibility is at stake. Expecting quick action.

    In India we have 3 telecom company @reliancejio, @airtelindia, and @ViCustomerCare. All big 3 run for more more customer not for quality. It is a great opportunity for new #startup companies to improve network quality and provide service to limited customers only. #startupindia
