    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @reliancejio @JioCare Be cautious if u r going 2 opt 4 JioFiber in Delhi NCR bcoz Internet usually remains down most of d time in a mnth & u'll b forced to pay the entire mnth bill. Last mnth my internet was down & resolved 21 days later. This mnth again it's down 4 last 3days.

    @reliancejio I want to surrender my jioFiber connection & schedule ONT box pickup. I wrote mail last week but received no proper response. Tried calling customer care number, it's switched off. Useless MyJio App chat bot gives scripted answers. Pathetic service/experience.

    @JioCare SR00001CEJQX reached Nodal also but no use I am really frustrated JIO customer support service still unable to book the slot to collect devices for the old connection for cancellation, Area field engineer keep on closing my case without visiting my place.

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been over 35days and I am still waiting for my refunds.. Could you please explain why Jio I'd failed to do so in stipulated time...? Very very bad customer service I would say from Jio..
