@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice If you cant give proper speed and services then you dont have have any rights to display fake promises. Internet spped is poor, connect amazon prime with TV to see a movie it buffering everytime. I have to disconnect the connection. Please 🙏

@JioCare I am facing an unprecedented situation. My Jio fiber connection is down since 11th Dec and I am unable to get a response from Jio. I have raised tickets(SR000017XVBV), called customer care, dropped email to customer care but have received nothing more than a snub.
