    @JioCare @reliancejio I have tried several time to contact Jio customer care. Now I am frustrated. Its seems Jio started monopoly to ignore customer problems. They are forgetting that still customer have option to switch to other operators.

    @JioCare Jii-7908101612 Alt- 8906946089 I am facing this issue from last 2-3 years, and your Customer care executive has a ready reply that "This is a temporary problem, it will continue for some more days only, we are working in your area,please keep patience" now do something .

    @JioCare for last 2 days my Jio fiber internet service is down. Spoke to customer care thrice but they are only scheduling time for engineer visit but no one is turning around...@JioCare...please resolve the issue at earliest...understand that today how important is internet..

    No internet for the 3rd day in 1 month @reliancejio @JioCare. They take complains and technician reach after 12 hours. #WFH is badly affected due to @JioCare . This is how they are going #bad to #worse in service!!! Need to get this fixed asap else I am changing provider !!
