Pincode on my billing address is captured wrong, i called your customer care & raised complaint twice yet both the times the complaint was marked as resolved with no resolution given. Can’t rely on customer care any more as they repeat the same script over & over again. @JioCare

Even after 3 days and contacting them on 4th day they tell you to wait for more 7 days so total 10 days i have to wait for recieving my jio Mart cashbak, pathetic customer service @JioCare
