    @JioCare thank you, finally my problem has been resolved. however, it has taken 10 days, but now things are working. I request jio team to improve ground service and waiting time.

    @JioCare Reason is your poor customer support. 1. Initially I was asking for relocation, no one fulfilled that request. 2. now I want to cancel this connection and want my security deposit back. Streching this case without any solution is showing quality of your customer support.

    Everyone @reliancejio is a moron. I got my ISD 502 pack recharged and they have provided no service. They only took the money and now the pack is going to expire and I couldn't use the international calling service. What a bunch of ases go suck on a rock @JioCare

    @JioCare Congratulations. I have placed a connection cancellation request, after being fed-up of requesting you ppl to fix my connection and i didnt get any solution. You ppl are highly unprofessional, your engineer's ae and field staff is tarnishing the image of the brand.
