    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @rachitpjain @JioCare Yes 5G service & Network issue is the worst in jio, expecting it from past more than 1 month, after so many complain I got the resolution as we are updating our services please rest assured our team is working on this, don't know how time more jio will take to resolve this issue

    @JioCare please provide jio fibre at my location!!!! In my city every where jio fibre available since last two years except my location. Local jio fibre opretor can't short out my problem they say we are enable to solve my problem.

    @reliancejio every time when I call CC you have technical problem. Sending wrong bills or unable to explain the same. More than50% calls we have to dial again to make a call as no connectivity. Is it not time to kick you out ? I think yes.

    @rachitpjain @JioCare On 5G calls have become impossible to talk on, on 4g calls work well... Dont have the same problem on Airtel 5G, where network works both on call n internet.

    @JioCare NO here is no any weather issue. even i have another sim which is working well. the problem is only in my sim. i explained in details to your customer support on call but i think so they are dumb or careless who written nonsence in there complaint.
