@JioCare @reliancejio I recharged with ₹100 talktime but its of no use.Coz all the validity plans come with free calls. I dont need international calls, special sms etc. Please help so that i can get some peace of mind I found that so many people are upset with it, please help

@JioCare @jiocare @JioFiberChennai I patiently waited again for last 5 days, no engineer either called me or fixed the issue but as usual, closed my another support ticket without my consent with status as Fixed... This has become very usual now, almost my last 8 tickets are closed!!

Very bad network service of @reliancejio @JioCare . Where most of the company researching for 5G network and internet connectivity but still @reliancejio is suffering for a better 4G connectivity.I had complaint too many times to customer care executive but there's no response.

@JioCare if traveling internationally please do not take jio international roaming service they are pathetic don't activate on time so you end up with no connectivity, Airtel is excellent service provider with instent activation & superb coverage & worth the price

@JioCare @reliancejio All these fake responses only establishing my statement that you got the worst customer redressal management system. We pay for the month, one minute delay in renewing & you disconnects the services. Why should a customer wait for two days for resolving the issue?
