    @JioCare I didn't get any satisfactory help from @reliancejio .. so i think now i should change my simcard from jio to other service network..

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup So this is how it went after sending me a DM, they promised a resolution, as expected nothing moved. Today was the 6th call for visit, & tech never came (Bajaj scooter booking days of 1980’s). Last conversation the team canceled my request of transfer

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you have no intention to refund money to customer, then why you say that your deposit is refundable?such a worst customer care service. you don't maintain track of account deactivated so that you need not refund deposit for the account deactivated

    @JioCare 4 service requests, reminders on DM to Jio, and number of calls to Jio call Center... 11 days after paying for connection still without internet. @AmbaniHu this is the service your team providing

    @reliancejio It Has Been Almost 15 Days Since Our Fibre Was Disconnected Cause Of Snow And We Raised Complaint On 7th January But Since Then We Have Been Calling Your Office And The Employees Working There Ain't Responding. They Are Not Answering The Calls Is This Ur Service ?
