    Worst service by @reliancejio customer care, they are not responding for fixing my jio set top box. They only follow u up while giving u a new connection. @AirtelXtream

    @jiotvplus unhappy with the service. Everytime I open the app it's asking for the sign in. Already have complained numerous time @JioCare got no response and issue still persists, if not rectified asap then probably will be forced to switch to other service provider.

    @jiocare chennai adyar experiencing worst service. Internet down for more than 48 hours. SR raised but no solution yet. Engineer said will be attended in less than an hour every time I call up. Customer care only needs feedback on call. Very bad. @RelianceJioCare
