@JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G I use an apple i phone 14 with updated software and also have post paid plan of 399 plus tax. Further i stay in a 5g enabled area, however i still not getting 5g welcome offer, pl help as ur CC is not helping. Area pin 400705.

@JioCare one of the worst network ever seen, says 4g but not even able to load chrome browser and their assistants in app in also worst. Also, I haven't received my refund yet. They are not allowing me to use twitter application over the jio Internet. Restricted everything.

@reliancejio @JioCare Main kbse customer care se baat karne ki kosis kr rha hu. Par Mera call customer care k sath connect hi nhi ho rha. Jab bhi call kro recharge information de rha h. Actually mera Sim lock ho gya h. mujhe use hi open krwana h. uske bare me jankari chahiye.

@JioCare it has been 4years I have shifted to my new house, just 1KM away from my old house with good JIO network.. New location does not have a proper Jio Network connectivity.. fed up of waiting for a resolution from Jio, does it take so long to get this corrected?
