  @reliancemukesh @reliancejio @jiocare 4 consecutive days, 4 SRs — SR00002N6TMI, SR00002N8L9E, SR00002N7LXY & SR00002NA31M — & resolution came only on the 5th day, mid-day. Yet u say there was “no delay”? If so, why did I raise 4 SRs? Please provide the pro-rata adjustments.

  @JioCare I mistakenly recharged a ₹200 Jio data plan instead of the ₹349 plan. The recharge was done around 50 minutes ago. This is a data add-on pack, not a calling plan. Please help me with a reversal/cancellation so I can recharge the correct plan. Kindly assist.

  @reliancejio Hi the contact number of your store in Mapusa Goa is not working, yesterday i booked for jio fiber home and they given a slot at 11 am today and when i called the given number they are saying that they will install after a week i need it urgently if possible try to install today

  @JioCare @jio_fiber you will never change and never improve your customer service. Whoever has designed your My Jio App and that system generated response on help line number has created a perfect recipe to trouble and painstakingly keep following Jio for help and support. It is nightmare. Your service is pathetic, your connection is never stable and you are never promptly available for help. Have been out of connectivity for hours with no one resolve.
