Despite repeated complaints, no service engineer has visited for over two weeks. Payment taken, service denied, support unavailable. Network equipment installed at the Jio tower in Arain is reportedly being shifted, and it has been more than 4 days, yet the network has not been restored. Please investigate this at the tower level and resolve it urgently.
