    @reliancejio “Poor Customer Service “ I have applied for a connection on 29.04.26 foot installation of Jio Home and Mr Jitender Lal 89505-04415 was assigned to follow up for necessary documentation and installation. He called and advised that it can be installed only after 2 days

    Jio Fiber has been completely down since April 24th that's 6 days with zero internet! No resolution even after tagging @JioCare @rsprasad @JyotiradityaScindia TRAI. This is unacceptable for a paid service. Many in TN & across India are suffering the same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber issue persists for the past 2 weeks in Cumbum. No one is responding and the complaint I raised has been put under hold with no resolution or updates.Requesting immediate escalation and quick resolution. Please look into this urgently!#JioFiber

    @JioCare Hi Ishveen, Fiber cut might have happened today or yesterday. How come my internet got disconnected since 19th April. Today is the 10th day I am facing issues. This is simply a lame excuse by you. I seriously don't think you take customer complaint seriously at all

    @JioCare My internet disruption slot scheduled since 11 AM for 5-6 PM was suddenly put on hold under vague "technical issues" with no explanation. Your support agent claimed the slot was reassigned, yet the status hasn’t changed even after 2 hours.
