Your engineers are lazy and demanding money in the name of getting a new connection instead of changing the part that is not working. Since 5 days your service is not working. Raised service request but there is no engineer in the sight. All they do is keep promising new things. I had been promised of rent rebate. That is also not given for one month of loss in the internet because of your service issue. This is really bad and i would never advise anyone to buy jio air fiber or jiohome services. Worst possible service that you guys have.

Ensure the engineer completes installation before tomorrow 12 PM, or I'll be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
