    Installation charges not refunded. Uninstallation request placed before trial period ended. Service engineer doesn't visit the place within mentioned time. Then starts recieving rescheduling message each day from Jio fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio 1/3

    @JioCare height of irresponsible behaviors we encountered with Jio team. A my brother booked a connection on 12th and after 11 days still, waiting for installation. some 10 interaction with customer service but only assurance without sol.@reliancejio DM also sent yesterday

    @JioCare Worst service for JIO Business Broadband, Hyderabad. Raised complaint about nonworking of the Internet on June 19, 2021. Still, no one responding to look into the issue. Service/ Subscription ID :299367338974 & Complaint/ Service request id : ES0000002W59.

    @JioCare I gave my documents on Sunday, it is Wednesday and no sign of network on the JIO Sim Card.
