Since yesterday I am speaking to the cc executives and writing on twitter but my issue never resolved..All i will be asked is to show the evidences of payment ,voucher ,my plan etc..i have paid 6months 1499 @reliancejio fiber plan on 6th Nov 2021 and yesterday they suspended(1/3)

This @reliancejio has the worst ever interface for raising service requests. They make you go in circles on the app until you give up and call customer service. And then customer service tells you to raise a service request on the app!

@reliancejio Applied for a new connection on 7-May with full payment done for 1yr after being assured of good service. No connection even after two schedules being missed and my complaint! Is this a great service? Are you taking new customers for granted?Jio should be penalised
