I have important work commitments that depend on a reliable internet connection, and this ongoing issue has caused significant disruption. I’ve tried reaching customer support multiple times but haven’t received any meaningful assistance or resolution. This is extremely frustrating.     @JioCare your services are horrible. No customer care number nothing and no call back for issues raised. Internet service down since last evening and your office people argue saying it's not even though it shows outage and then shows resolved but apparently it's not working.
