    @reliancejio I wonder why reliance is giving sim to doorsteps because those sim are old and mostly spam. I got a sim in 2022, which is showing spam on true caller spam,I started getting fraud calls, messages even on whats app, I didn't share number. Getting no help from jio

    @JioCare facing issue with your fiber connection since almost a month, on 30th jan you scheduled engineer visit for 2nd feb but till date no one came not got any call. Customer care arguing that as per them no issue at jio end. But when i connect to jio mobile then no issue.

    @JioCare Please assign this issue to some good technical guy. As i raised the issue on customer care. But the technician who came do not even know the basics of fibre installation. I have proofs to show you the same.

    Kindly do not fall for this crap or unlimited data, it doesn't display the limit when the plan is purchased. 250mb of data per day means what. Jio has become a genius to pull money out of pockets. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare it is taking forever to resolve my Billing issue. Can @JioCare arrange a phone call, because its difficult to explain same issue with different service executives who are communicating in DM. Everyday new person is communicating which is causing delay
