    @reliancejio Jio refunded Rs500 on 21-May-22 to me (ID 3078986230) after seven days after the internet connection (CO0000M8IIYY) was cut. But remaining Rs1000 was not refunded till date even if repeated concerns were raised with Jio customer. It is a very bad experience from Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare today's 4G Speed is like 2G Mobile for 90's kids. Drop the idea for 5G first you have to fix your 4G SERVICE. Worst experience in last 1 month's.

    @AMIT_GUJJU @JioCare Reliance is never a customer focussed company. They were always in B to B business hence they never interacted with final consumers directly. But because their way of doing business is very cut throat, I always had suspicion how are they going to survive B to C. Here we go...

    @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio store of the Pin Code 491335 is of no use, the salesperson of this area is rude, and charges 3x of regular fees for any services, also he denies to provide services such as ESim, Sim Port, lost sim. I want to register a complaint regarding the same.
