To talk to Jio's customer support, I had to waste more than 7 minutes of my time when the call was cut after wasting so much time saying that you have exceeded the maximum effort, Jio's service has become very bad in my area, the internet runs very slow. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Really disgusted with your billing issues. If you can't fix them, please clarify, I can opt for porting my number to other services provider. The problem is at your end and you charge delay penalty from customers. Shame on you. @TRAI

@JioCare I am trying to port out from jio since 25th Feb 2020. I am an active JIO user with sufficient balance to port out. Called jiocare where evrytime I am told that due to network outage I can't get upc code and jio team is fixing this issue. Today is 30th Dec.

@JioCare Day 8. Finally Service person showed up and said the issue must be fixed from backend and raised a new SR. It took 8 long days to service person to visit the premises. How many days will it take to fix it? 😤
