    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @_anish_mohan @JioCare The more important question is - why can't customer choose GW of own choice? It's not that jio is giving GW with exceptional features or quality. There are much better (& cheap as well) fibre router combos available in market.

    @JioCare Trying to find a way to file a low internet speed complaint. Why is it so complicated? Emailed but got an automated reply. Called and got useless gyan that doesn’t solve the problem. Getting 2-3 mbps on a 100 mbps connection. Please help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My service request number is SR000013HO7J, I got my installation done this 24th Dec 2020 1PM and my connection stopped working since 24th Dec 2020 evening 6PM. And it is non-functional since then. As per the technicians it is a mismatch in the installation.

    @VIPinDIAN2 @JioCare So, you chose to abuse Jio that was kind enough to provide service in your area when you have no other option. You should that Jio as others didn't even think your area is good enough for network coverage. Your only option is Jio.
