    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    The reception at DD Diamond District, Pangappara, Tvm, 695581 is extremely poor. Typically, signal only 2 bars. Hardly get 5G. The data breaks intermittently. This is an issue for all of 2 months I had this number. Please look into this. @JioCare

    @trramesh @JioCare Jio is famous for bad customer service.. never care .. Vi was good .. I switched Vi to Jio because of tax issues they faced .. now reaping bad service level

    @JioCare My alternate number is 9711878968 ,9953638447 .I do not understand how providing alternate number would help to escalate .There is a higher power issue in entire area of Krishna nagar for jio fiber and I m under the impression that team is aware of the issue but unable 2 resolve

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fibre service is not working since afternoon Have raised ticket SR00002NDDW2 Bigger question here, who will take the accountability of this? I do WFH and its affecting my work I pay for 28 days, will I get refund of this day or I get 1 day extra internet?
