    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare I've shared my details via DM. This issue is due to water entering the fiber cable because of poor installation. Replace the damaged cable and equipment free of cost and resolve the issue immediately.

    Hello @nch1915 They have resolved the connection. But not providing refund & rebate. And once they release both, i want to cancel my subscription with @reliancejio as am switching to @airtelindia pls do the needful

    Absolute blackout! @reliancejio service in Kadipani, Gujarat is completely down. Networks vanish frequently, sometimes for 6-7 hours straight. Is anyone auditing the tower locations? Possible irregularities like DG diesel mismanagement need urgent investigation. @JioCare
