  @JioCare Sales executive promised 1 day installation. It's been 6 days and nothing has happened. When is the engineer coming? Give me the exact date and time. Is my full refund processed? Service is not active. You only made fake commitments to make the sale.

  @JioCare Who cancelled my JioFiber installation order without my consent? I never requested cancellation. I paid 3 months’ advance, waited over 2-3 weeks, and your technician confirmed installation today. Instead, the order was cancelled without informing me. Who authorized this?

  @JioCare Thank you. My issue has finally been resolved and my Jio AirFiber is working again. I appreciate the support from the local Jio office and the engineer who fixed the issue. I hope such delays can be avoided for customers in the future.

  @JioCare @bhairavmehta_ if you're using a vpn and getting slow speeds try checking if it has a kill switch like cyberforget does to prevent traffic leaks when it disconnects
