  @JioCare Engineers name is : Sajjan Kumar (Mob No. 7985074443) who was responsible for installing this JIO AirFiber on my location. It seems there is fault in his Router, Antenna or service. He is not ready to fix issue on time also misbehaving with me. Issue is occurring yesterday 8 am

  @JioCare worst service.. the sales person doesn’t care to tell the procedure of providing wifi. Even after appointment has been fixed for installation they dint make it up. Neither there is a way to reach out to complain. The sales person doesn’t pick up calls either. Pathetic

  @JioCare Why should I reschedule the engineer visit? I already raised a complaint. Why can’t Jio assign an engineer based on the existing complaint? Very poor service from Jio.If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to switch to another network. @TRAI
