Om Cat Sat (@omcatsat) reported@JioCare I finally managed to escape the automated system, speak to a human and set up a service request. Hopefully this time it will get resolved. (unlike the last two service requests which were prematurely closed. Would advise Jio not to hire scammers in the guise of engineers.
