    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @reliancejio there is no network since last 4days in my area, please resolve the issue, we are facing this ievery month, please check location is same, address,Bharat Nagar, 4th Cross Road,House no 107, recently a tower also installed in terrace.

    @JioCare Pathetic service by JIO Fiber, my internet connection is down since two days and not able to connect a person on customer care no as IVR is disconnecting the call. Humble advise pls rectify the basic service rather then launching new products. Can any one pls help??
