    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @reliancejio using your jio fiber since 2 years. Encountered a fault and the earliest slort for technician visit is 3rd September. I don't live in a village. How is one to run a business using your services? Horrible

    Very bad experience with customer service. They always told me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the internet connectivity issue in my area and its been 10 days But as usual they made fake commitment every day and no resolution till yet. What should I suppose to do @JioCare
