    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare No one is actually working on this issue. Every time I reset the device, the connection works fine for only 2 minutes, and then the same issue comes back. Please don’t just tell me that “the team is working on it.” I need an actual technical resolution. #jio #slowinternet

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejioindia What kind of customer service is this? I’ve been waiting for my JioFiber issue to be resolved, but there’s still no proper action or response.Two times you gave me a time commitment, and still my JioFiber connection relocation has not been done.

    @JioCare History repeats itself—your service is turning into the next RCom. Closed my ticket 3 times in 15 days without a single engineer calling or fixing the issue. Huge mistake buying the annual plan. Just counting down the days until it expires. @reliancejio #poorjioservices
