    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Since February 2026 I have been reporting continuous slow internet and TV issues. SR000038DV3L was raised, then closed as "resolved" without any engineer visit.

    @JioCare Technicians never pick up calls. Last tech told it was whole area issue and will get fixed in 48 hours which never happened.

    Absolutely appalled by @jio_fiber service. Internet down for 10+ days. Every call same excuse: "backend team delay." What's missing is that Jio took 7 DAYS just for engineer inspection. No resolution. Customers deserve better. Urgent intervention @JioCare @AkashMAmbani #JioFiber

    Did everything what u have replied ma'am! Still not resolving otp issue. Now tell me the next harassing step to a customer which i would follow until u guys get bored of me n I go suspending this connection forever @JioCare @reliancejio waiting for ur fast reply lol :*)

    @JioCare @JioCare I am tired of calling customer care every day. Technician visits are being scheduled repeatedly, but no one arrives or calls. My time is being wasted and this delay is causing unnecessary stress. Please resolve my JioFiber issue today itself.

    @JioCare Looks like customer service is being treated as an afterthought. I reported a service disruption on 13 June the engineer visit scheduled for the evening of 17 June a delay of four days. Since I will be unable to use the service for a significant portion of my 30-day subscription due to this delay will you compensate by extending my plan with equivalent additional service days? Customers should not have to bear the cost of delays caused by inadequate service response. @reliancejio
