    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare When I am dialing *99# UPI USSD Service it shows some error ErrorDetails - Connection problem or invalid MMI code. Note - *99# UPI USSD service working with VI.

    @JioCare This should be clearly informed by @reliancejio before providing the connection to customer. Now kindly take tour connection as I'll surrender it after my plan expires and will switch to @airtelindia broadband as there is no issue as such. No such hidden conditions

    My service request No-SR000016W01A pending since 30th September 21. I have called many time to the customer care but the are not yet resolve the same. Request you to kindly do the resolve pending issue ASAP. @JioCare @jiofibervoice @jiofiberghaziabad
