    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    Extremely disappointed with jio broadband in my area Multiple times raised request for a new connection and even even visited the store spoke to people But at the end no result at all @JioCare @reliancejio If u can't provide internet then stop ur service it's of no use

    @reliancejio Many congratulations to you on the completion of your 5 years I have a problem which is going on since last 2 years, can you do something about it?2 years ago i had your jio connection I closed it after few months due to poor connectivity I have not received the booking amount ?

    @JioCare very poor service from jio fiber really unexpected . i got referred from my friend and got my connection. but not able to redeem my voucher called customer care she was very rude and unprofessional and didn't fixed my problem
