Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

3/3 we also drop servers emails to business care and appellate team but we are just getting system generated replies . There is no help . @JioCare @reliancejio please let us know now whom to contact for refund so that we could try any other local vendor .

@reliancejio @JioCare the fibernet doesn’t work properly. Unable to raise complaint through the toll free number 18008969999. The area manager (Srinivas) doesn’t care and talks nonsense. He says he is not responsible for anything until the request is raised. Horrible service.
