    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare this company and its service its the worst ******* company to deal with. Either their internet installation engineer are sleeping or doing time pass. 5 days and no resolution. I wish i had taken airtel internet service.

    Dear @JioCare, Your MyJio app is genuinely one of the most frustrating support experiences I’ve dealt with. I spent ages trying to figure out how to book a simple engineer visit for a physical fibre installation issue. And there is literally no clear way to do it.

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @JioCare @JaikyYadav16
