Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

I had applied for second jio fiber connection but due to some reason before installation I had to cancel it..I was provided service request numbr SR000013XZLE and was told that I will be contacted in 24 hours..I havent received any communication since then..please help @JioCare

I requested your team that if they can't install them revert my amount but your people don't cancel nor give service . I think you people just SR's and sleep, dnt care abt customers and their problms
