    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare Why do you need an ALTERNATE number. Means u are accepting yourself that @reliancejio network is worst, that's why you are not able to make a call on JIO SIM and asking an alternate number of another provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Days extension and also 15 days extra while opting for six months plan of postpaid. Kindly look into this matter at earliest or else I will have to throw this useless piece and switch to other service provider. And my one connection exit would not effect you much but one day

    Hi @JioCare, Im a jio airfiber user. I have been reaching out to your customer care several times from past 1week regarding slow network issue. You guys always tell that we are reseting from our end you will get network speed after next 5mins. However, it doesn’t happened.
