    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare I am not talking about this complaint only I am talking about cumulative time of service break. I didn't pay for 7-10 days service break in 3month's recharge. You should issue the refund of entire service break period.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I'm at serlingumpally hyderabad at my location jio is showing full 5g signal but one single day it didn't worked properly. Some parts of the city only working. I recharged for one year. We don't have refund rules as well. How can you solve this problm

    Jio AirFiber, your customer service and internet quality are completely unacceptable. If you can't provide the service you're charging customers for, then stop making false promises and issue a full refund. Do better. @JioCare #JioAirFiber #CustomerService
