    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    I am facing issues in receiving any kind of sms and since 4-5 days raised multiple tickets through myjio app and also mailed and visited store . Worst experience with jio ,switching to other provider . @JioCare @reliancejio

    I ported from airtel to jio and made a mistake,airtel indoor network and speed is so many times better than jio , Jio is such a worst network and worst indoor connection even the tower is nearby less than 1 km @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    While the upgradation of 5G is going on, please keep it in mind that your current 4G signals aren't going good these days,there is delaying in browsing speed,signal doesn't gets automatically refreshed. @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India
