    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio every time I face issue I get this sms this is so annoying Dear Customer, Your service request no SR0000351XOV has been put on hold due to technical reasons. We are eager to serve you and will get back with a revised appointment time soon. Not sure why ?

    @reliancejio , i had raised multiple request for jio broadband connection, however I’m not getting any call from the engineer. Instead his phone is coming switch off. Please let me know if you’re able to complete my request or not? Or i have to find another service provider

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @JioCare @JaikyYadav16
