    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @chokha_chora @JioCare True , ping is really high , and in Xbox , double NAT / strict NAT issue is there …. Which they are unable to fix , keep on asking to run trace from CMD , but XBOX is not pc , we can’t run cmd , nslook up etc cmd based command .

    @JioCare No 1 comes 2 collect the router so u will never get deposit back -Jio will eat away the money, it has not pd GST since its a deposit - cunning way to take money frm d customer n also cheat d Govt of GST as deposit is not a sale.

    @JioCare I am fedup of contacting JioFiber again & again for renewal of the premium subscription of @SonyLIV . Your executives gives silly toubleshooting. Even reply after a day or two such a unprofessional service. Every month I have to beg for the renewal of the subscription. @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio support us not helping in esim activation it’s beenn2 days. Physical sim is deactivated,just need Jio profile configuration or provide the QR code. Jio store is very far from my village & Can’t visit Jio store in this lockdown and COVID situation.
