    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare (19.2849910, 75.0667678) this is my hometown location where jio tower is located. In this area when electricity goes off technician not adding fuel for generator and network stops working many people’s moved to airtel. Pls fix this on priorty else i will also port airtel

    @JioCare Don't send me canned response and don't try to sell jio extender. You recently disabled 5G service in nearest tower. Fix it soon.

    @JioCare hi team, I have recently raised a request for relocation. The engineer came and setup new connection. He said it would take around two hours to activate. I’m still waiting. It’s been more than six hours. Please look into this and resolve this issue. ID: SR0003FIEVH
