    @JioCare Internet speed is too slow to do anything as main tower of the town is told to be closed for a while. Help line number 198 doesn't work. The technical staff seems incompetent and careless, they are unable to start a roof top tower for more than a week.

    @RelianceResQ can never improve its service. Just now called the customer care to request AC ***. Answered by the most rude lady, who questioned why *** servicing, would not listen to registered number, and later hung-up the phone on me. Brian Bade? @RelianceDigital @JioCare

    @reliancejio It's been 6days since my fibre connection last worked. Ticket has already been raised SR000013wo6n. A technician was supposed to visit on 5th Feb 21 in morning slot. However till date no one visited. The customer care team is so helpless, they even can track technicians availblty
