    @reliancejio @JioCare has no decency! The call made to Coustmer care is not respected, my call was put on hold for 50mins, finally the Coustmer only has to get tired & end the call, 😡😡😡😡 Why can you postpaid learn from @airtelindia how to manage Coustmers so much issues!

    Dear @reliancejio, Please provide a Gigabit Ethernet Port in the #JioFiber Set Top Box. Currently it's just a 100Mbps port which means no matter how fast my plan speed is the STB is capped to the speed ~ 91Mbps. Please fix it. Provide a Gigabit Ethernet Port. @JioCare
