    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare Well..that's such a silly way of giving attention to customer query...for me Jio has failed big time and probably for others too because of such a poor and pathetic Services and employees too are lenient in responding. That's really #shameful that's Jio didn't solver query.

    @JioCare I have purchased a voucher from MyJio worth Rs 499 (1m-90GB). I got SMS and Invoice for that but it is not showing in the View Voucher page. Customer helpline couldn't help. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Transaction ID : BV00001QEXS1

Like their CC always say we are working on your request on priority!! 🤔 next thing you discover they don’t even start ! Cycle goes on !! Pathetic is the word.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber isn't working since early in the morning. Customer care says it'll take min. 24 hours for engineer to visit. I haven't been able to work at all. How is a 24 hr SLA acceptable when it's an issue on your end! Pathetic.
