    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with the handling of my #JioFiber connection (+91-572XXX6815). Multiple service requests (SR0000386KMX, SR000037T79N, SR000037HWL1, SR00003771EX, SR000037406J, SR000036NDGH & SR0000362P4D) have been closed without any resoln.

    @JioCare I did that at leat 30-40 times do want me to do it again? Can u share a single video that it diagnostics solved even a single problem? I bet it can’t.. Done try to distract customers on your fake diagnostics? i m paying you for 100mbps i m getiing 20-30 mbps whose fault is it?

    @JioCare Absolutely unacceptable service! No 5G for 3 days and now even 4G barely works. Raised multiple complaints but only getting false promises like “fixed in 2 hrs.” Nothing has improved. Stop giving scripted replies and fix this ASAP. Complaint No: MR0001RK4HZ
