    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare JioFiber is down since morning, affecting my office work. Service visit for SR000035ZOGT was scheduled today (16 May) between 12-1 PM, but got rescheduled to 5-6 PM without my consent. Sitting idle unable to work. Please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been more than 36 hours since that our Jio airfiber is not working. We don't any update that why the internet is not working in our area and no estimated time is given to resolve the issue. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @JioCare My concern is specifically regarding the Amazon Lite charges. I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue
