This continuous delay is completely unacceptable and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing unnecessary mental harassment.

I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle
