    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    Hi @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber (Account: 880018598061, Service ID: 1203143012) has been down since 13 Aug. You promised restoration by 15 Aug, but after 4 days it's still unresolved.Either restore it immediately or uninstall the device and disconnect @reliancejio @TRAI #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare I am yet to apply. Getting these type of customer support and harrasment I think I should go with @Airtelxstream4 or others available service providers. You are taking payment on time, but after that not properly responding to the customers request. Nonsense service provider.

    I want to close my jio fiber connection I am given the number 18008969999 but it no where says about speaking customer care, nor leads to close connection option, what harassment is this how will I close my connection @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I've tried calling your helpline number 100 times but its only telling me to reschedule the installation slot amd i am unable to talk to a customer care executive. Kindly cancel the installation and issue a refund. Order number- NO0001F95GIS
