Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

@JioCare Why postpaid SIM is not delivered door to door, only prepaid SIM is delivered? I want to port to JIO but there is no option in JIO to deliver customer addresses to postpaid SIM like AirTel and Vi.

@RVCJ_FB Jio has worst network of all time, I am using since 4 years now in a hole that someday Jio will sort this situation, but Its same as 4 years ago, nothing has changed and now I don't think anything will change. I have lost all my hopes on @JioCare 👍🏻

@reliancejio it's really a scam they don't answer and they make us pay the money for fiber connection and when they visit location they say box is full I am really not happy with the initial service or jio planning to stick with same fiber connection I need to cancel it
