    @JioCare Please check dm for contact details, lost my phone few days ago. Tryina search for ways to get a new sim since then in NCR. number registered in Madhya Pradesh circle. Had no issues in getting same circle Airtel sim back in Gurgaon, idk why Jio made a simple thing so tough!

    @JioCare @reliancejio - I’ve requested for relocation in the same apartments but your customer support sent me an email stating Jio services are not offered in my area. How ridiculous is that reply? If relocation is not made by tomorrow I’ll have to discontinue using your service

    @reliancejio @JioCare 2 weeks gone no one has even bothered to call and check on my complaint. Is anyone even bothered in Jio about customer care @dont_port_to_jio. Such a shame for this behemoth. No customer care at all. Jio customers beware

    How could vi support executive can force me to opt for service. I want to convert my postpaid to prepaid and without my permission you have cancelled my req the way vi has treated is worst it's been more than month @ViCustomerCare I'm porting to @JioCare
