    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioSupport Each time I contact customer care,I am given the same reason—that due to heavy weather, the engineer is unable to visit. However,wn it comes to renewal, I receive multiple messages for payment, but wn it comes to service& support,complete silence.

    @JioCare Regarding:SR00003458DH technician visited today to attend the complaint. Instead of investigating root cause , he started talking rudely and saying there is no issue with internet. He don't want to work. I sent email with his photo attached. Waiting for action from jio

    Dear @JioCare Recharge of prepaid numbers are failing. Money got deducted twice for yearly recharge. I tried two different UPI modes. Still plan not updated. Are you guys providing any support or just running a business for the heck of it? This is frustrating!

    @JioCare As promised initially by your team installation will be done in 24 hours which was not done. Now please refund the amount as I don't need the service now. I have already taken the service from other provider. Don't want delays in the refund process.
