@JioCare Issue is - I want the damaged jiofiber to be laid from inside of the building and not from the roof. Which can be done easily but all your technicians are denying service. I have raised a relocation request on 28th January but technician Ajay keeps it on hold everytime.

They also told me to get out from the store such a pathetic service I am shifting to @reliancejio as they care for their customers not like @ViCustomerCare who don't know how to treat their customer and i will try that every known person of mine get ported to other network.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am not able to use jio 5G due to non welcome offer applied for my number after fulfilling three conditions of 1. Minimum recharge of 239 or above. 2. Jio 5G enabled city and location (Faridabad). 3. Jio 5G Enabled iphone 12, Jio 5G network selection.

@reliancejio i am current user of jio fiber services in Mumbai area with pincode 400092 and there ws no problem until now. I will be relocating to different location in Mumbai with pincode 400101 but the relocation service to the latter pincode is not available.t
