@JioCare The most pathetic experience I have ever encountered. I am an existing jioFiber customer, I asked for a STB installation on 6th March, till now it got rescheduled 4 times and I have not received the STB. Did not expect this from such a big company. #0CustomerSatisfaction

My humble request to Govt to issue orders to Telecom companies not to recycle the mobile numbers which are not used by customer for a long period. As payment being done now a days though UPI and it is basically linked to Mobile number only. @FinMinIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

@reliancejio , stop calling repitately. It shows that your internal team are not allies. I have raised the complaint to support team about phone number and insane thing is you have barred that number rather than resolving the issue. Now getting increased bill.

@JioCare @JioCare The customer care agents doesn't even know about the team who is providing the engineers to install the STB, is this the awareness Jio employees have? Your team needs training to respect customer's time.
