Service remained affected for over a month. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Rebate Request: SR000036I24H Result? ❌ No validity extension ❌ No compensation credited ❌ Account suspended A customer loses 33 days of service and is still expected to pay as if nothing happened.
