    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare has instored a mobile tower at my shop tarries 4 year ago but not yet given any rent @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavn @reliancejio I also have complane about this at Local jio office but not received/get any help l also have contact jio coustmer care but not receivedhelp

    @JioCare Hi! I had taken broadband's Jio fiber connection on 5th July and was told that I'll be given 3 months paid+2 free months. Your executive had given 2 months referral coupon. Now you have reduced it one coupon and even that is not working. Please help.

    hey @reliancejio When will we be able to use fast internet in train? We are planning 5G rollout by next year and 4G network itself has not yet fixed.

    Worst experience with jio fibre @reliancejio @JioCare the sales man charged for the jio fibre and technician told here is not possible to set after 4 hours really its is very bad experience to me and our shop is center of the city and near famous junction in Visakhapatnam .

    @cbi50 @reliancejio @JioCare They will keep giving commitments but they never come back to u. So think before u opt for jio. One of the worst services. I had old connection and it was cancelled and now running behind them for my refund. Later i have applied new connection and they took my money and not 1/2

    @AmitJos48944314 @JioCare Very good decision. Switch to other network. Never recommend jio to anyone. They don’t even care our issues. They keep on checking our issues but they never resolve or they never get back to us. I have been running for my refund from last 5 months. So u can see my posts

    @cbi50 @reliancejio @JioCare Not provided new connection and and i have canceled new connection request and they have refunded my money after one month. Now I’m running behind them for old connection security deposit amount. It’s been 5 months now they never refunded my money

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unable to access internet in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Called up customer care 3 days back but no improvement yet. There are many such users who are facing this issue in my locality.
