    @JioCare has instored a mobile tower at my shop tarries 4 year ago but not yet given any rent @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavn @reliancejio I also have complane about this at Local jio office but not received/get any help l also have contact jio coustmer care but not receivedhelp

    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    @JioCare The worst part is that you all your support calls point to a voice chatbot which is awfully configured and designed. There's no bot / human available to speak to handle escalation or unstructured request.

    Hello Jio, what is going on? Recharges are expensive and the network is very slow. On top of that, you start sending reminders four days before the recharge even expires. Fix the network first, or else I will have to leave Jio and switch to Airtel. ,@JioCare ,@reliancejio

    @JioCare I mistakenly recharged a ₹200 Jio data plan instead of the ₹349 plan. The recharge was done around 50 minutes ago. This is a data add-on pack, not a calling plan. Please help me with a reversal/cancellation so I can recharge the correct plan. Kindly assist.
