@reliancejio @TRAI I have paid reliance jio enterprise mobile bill on 5th aug but it still showing unpaid on portal when I call their customer care they don’t know how to talk they even don’t raise complain regarding system issues.

@JioCare I am a Jio fibre Prepaid Customer since last 2 years Recently I puchased a Smart TV and changed my Jiofibre plan to ₹999 p.m. with OTT channels and got a Voucher for Jio Set top box on Jio app. I have tried 4 times to redeem the Voucher for Set top box (1/2)

@JioCare looks jio care customer service and on field technician have no connections. Customer care just picking up call, creating service request and escalating issue In their system but reality is field technician totally ignoring this system they do whatever they want.
