I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

@JioCare Do you mention it in your advertisement that if there is too much people then you won't get network. Your teams are working from 3-4 years still I get poor connection in the same places I have complained earlier about. You are frauds. Your owner, all your employees are fraud.
