1 week remaining of 150 Mbps jio fiber plan, upgraded & activated 300 Mbps plan.. same speed & everything, No change in service! Is it a fraud plan? @reliancejio @reliancegroup Also, refund the amount, will continue with 150 Mbps plan.

@JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Appeal to improve Jio network reliability at Nerul (E), Sector 27. (8210847177). Always tower signal disappears. Appeal help desk team, be polite helping attitude to resolve the issues. Customer is not a Victim.

@JioCare The faulty router was replaced again with another faulty one. They r not able to cater small house also. U r not serious in providing resolution, pathetic customerservice. Unless u don't install router with working one by tomorrow, please initiate process of cancellation.

@JioCare I don't know what happen to jio network in my place@husnabad, from last one month. Recently airtel network has some lighten up this area now jio down...if you both have mutual agreement to loss of network of another one is provide best, please let us know.@workfromhome
