    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    @JioCare Despite of closing the postpaid connection last month, i got a bill due for this month. Service ID SR00001CDG7A. Please look into this and also i dont have any option to pay the bill (if its valid) via myjio or billportals.

    @JioCare @reliancejio while I'm changing my plan from 199 to 399 why it is asking for security deposit of 500 hundred rupees. No other services provider is taking security deposit. I had a word with jio customer care the person from customer support he ask me it will not charge
