  I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

  @JioCare I have complained several times for connection issues with @reliance jio. Every time they said me the problem will be solved within 5-10 days. It's already 2 years passed.The problem hasn't solved yet. Even I'm unable to connect with jio care on call. This is really bad

  @JioCare How come from morning to night 24 hrs networks like that. Please check your complaint history last 6 months how many complaints I raised.. if not able to solve the issues update us. Instead of that don’t make same template as issues resolutions.
