  I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

  @JioCare Does jio have server issues ?? Lot of websites aren’t opening up or it is just stuck at loading webpage or Connection timed out error. Can you briefly explain what issue jio fiber having up ?? @reliancejio @flameoftruth

  @reliancejio even after recharging my jio fiber plan, wifi is not working .unable to connect.why every time it happens.we have to struggle every time after recharge.

  @JioCare U became worst service provider among others. Total 7 requests have been given, however the Jio fiber ONT device hasn't been picked up yet. Appellate authority didn't reply to any of my email and cust care has given lot of dates in which TAT is already over. Pathetic!!!

  Again Jio internet is not working...we pay in advance but they don't provide normal service....we are just asking for what we have paid....if today's dat remains they will add in tomorrow's data... @JioCare @reliancejio
