  I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

  @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

  @JioCare has instored a mobile tower at my shop tarries 4 year ago but not yet given any rent @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavn @reliancejio I also have complane about this at Local jio office but not received/get any help l also have contact jio coustmer care but not receivedhelp

  @JioCare Its been three days, jio fiber not working, unable to access internet. continuously trying to connect with Jio team and scheduled appointment, no one coming to fix the issue. Called many time to nearest jio service providers, no help, no support. Need resolution.

  @JioCare worst customer service. Yesterday my additional data voucher was exhausted first while my daily data quota was still remaining. When I called CC they disconnected call, and @JioCare isn't responding also.

  @JioCare I don't have too much time. But i manage and go to your service centre on 12 July. You can check log register of your jio centre and they waste my around 1 hour to collect device and on 24 August they return me device. I don't want to visit your Jio centre again.

  @JioCare 58 hours have lapsed and no one has come up to resort the issue. Red light is continuously on, so no internet from last 3 days. 2 complaints are already open for 58 hours now Service Request Number SR00001E0B7V and SR00001DYMWP. But no one is coming.

  @JioCare I have 4 calls a day to your customer service and everyone promise to resolve this. Your area supervisor m Gajanan is stopping or what. That even after 4 days my service is disrupted. Now since everything is happening in public domain . Let the world see your such pathetic
