I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

@JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

@JioCare i used connection for 3days and told customer care to close my connection at same time device was removed for evidence check usage history why you charging me for 10 days. i dint got 1 free month trail which was promised by salesperson hence i closed connection on 3rd day

@JioCare stay away from Jio Fibre. They have huge customer base but fail to give service. been assured by jio to resolve jio Fibre issue by deputing the technician, it is a week N they keep on canceling appointment.better switch to @airtelindia who have better reliable Network.

@reliancejio I have purchased a new jio fibre on Sa (30 sept) by 4pm they installed the connection and by 8pm their was no Internet. I raised a complaint on Sun 8am no person has visited my house or I have not rec call and on Monday the ticket resolved without my consent.
