And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!

I got a Jio AirFiber connection around 3 months ago, and since day one the service has been unreliable. Every single week the internet goes down for hours, and sometimes for 24–48 hours at a time.
