    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare has instored a mobile tower at my shop tarries 4 year ago but not yet given any rent @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavn @reliancejio I also have complane about this at Local jio office but not received/get any help l also have contact jio coustmer care but not receivedhelp

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    @JioCare This lateness of response shows the level of customer service. I rang 50 people across Gurgaon till I got the no. of the area manager. Kept calling him for 2 days till he sent a team. App is useless. There is no way to speak to a human, AI first means my call was disconnected.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioHotstar The customer care service is the only WORST ever I have encountered upon. Only voice interactive system! There’s no way to raise a service complaint in that system! Also, no human available to answer the queries.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. My JioFiber has been completely down with no internet. Despite raising SR SR00003B105R, the earliest engineer visit is on 14 July. Please treat this as urgent and arrange an earlier visit. I rely on this connection for work

    @reliancejio @TRAI @MIB_India i am using JIO prepaid, when data pack is utilised before due date, then why normal sms services are stop coming, we are connected on wifi network. What is the reason for blocking sms? Is it legal way of blocking. Recharge due date not crossed yet.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare worst network worst service. There's no internet for more than 36 hours and this is happening for the 6th time in the last 40 days. I don't want to listen to your auto generated calls anymore can an actual human speak to me and resolve my issue?

    @JioCare Apology is one thing, what about the reduction on my bill by a prorated credit for the 5 days(23-24th June and 10th July till now) my internet was completely down this cycle? Do you want to to take this up to the consumer court?

    @ayushgupta011 @reliancejio @jio_fiber Hi Ayush, we never intend to let you down. Our engineer visited your location and identified the issue. Due to some technical reasons, we need some more time to address your complaint. We are expecting it to be resolved at the earliest and an SMS confirmation will be (1/2)

    @JioCare I am unable to use Jio TV+ on my Airfiber Set Top box connection. Escalating the same to Customer care but without solution they closed my complaint. Can you help on this? Because of that I unable to watch FIFA World Cup
