  Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

  @JioCare @reliancejio We have noted your concern and will be taking necessary steps to improve coverage in your area as we expand our network. It was working before for years so is this a joke that I cannot access the internet and make calls now until you expand NW? I will port it if does not resolve.

  Booked Airfiber on 1st May and made the payment. One month over. Due to no signal in our area, it was cancelled but I did not receive the refund yet. Poor refund policy Even after repeated followups with the agents, they are not resolving @JioCare @RIL_Updates @reliancejio
