    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    Pathetic back up support from @JioCare. Not able to respond to a ticket raised within 24 hours leave aside resolving it. Think before you take connection.

    @JioCare your fiber services are irritating us day by day. Due to frequently disconnection of modem and red light keep blinking for longer. Also your service center don't understand the issues they just follow the steps.
