Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

@JioCare It is absolutely frustrating to see advertisements of Jio Fiber, yet standard non- availibility answer from customer care. The fact is Reliance Jio is unable to break the monopoly of Local operators in Dombivli and Kolhapur. we continue to use substandard internet services

@JioCare There is no major technical issue, only the box fixed on the wall is to be shifted. The issue is that nobody wants to take decision as the box may be damaged while shifting. Please do the needful at the earliest.

@reliancejio I'm an user of yours for 5yrs, but after day after day your service become worst.. A single msg can't forward on whatsapp, a UPI payment can't complete in this afternoon to evening time. So, why I preferred this network in this scenario??
