    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    I absolutely hate services from @jio_fiber, I have been trying to file a complaint since last two days, they have designed their app in such a way that there is no option to actually raise a complaint. My Internet is not from last 7days working and I need assistance. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 7/8 This has been going on since 10 AUGUST. I have repeatedly reported the issue & provided actual speed-test evidence. Yet there is still NO improvement. How many more times am I expected to complain before someone at Jio takes responsibility and investigates properly?

    @JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

    @JioCare Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 363 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare The message received from Jio says internet service will be restored by 4.43 PM on 16th Aug 26. It's, 5.32PM now. When will I get internet??

    @JioCare Jio Fiber offers a terrible service, and no one takes responsibility for it. I have lodged complaints multiple times over the past six days, but no one has shown up. I am ditching this lousy company now; Airtel Fiber is much better.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, I have recharged my jio pack on 13th August itself and I am still unable to use my jio connection because of complexity and incapability of your systems and process...its already 5-6 days passed and simple relocation is not been done...kindly call and provide solution

    @JioCare Habiba, I had first spoken to you I had trusted you 3 months back, I do bit still trust you I need this to be resolved in next day ASAP don't break my that trust. It's, humble last request. Get this issue get over for the good. It's shame how situation has been handled so far
