    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    @JioCare I am completely frustrated and mentally disturb using your service. 4–5 engineer visits already done and still nothing is fixed. The same engineer keeps visiting, checking for a few minutes, giving useless advice like ‘keep the router off’ and leaving without any actual solution.

    @JioCare Mr Durgesh. do not guide me operate My jio app i know all the things, You are just time pass and not capable to resolve my issue, 3 rd class service, and 3 rd class CS team by Jio. Same on you... Ek compaint close nhi kra paa rahe ho, thukta hu tum logo ki service pe

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani Amazing — 10th day of Jio internet outage in Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh, specifically in Ashoka Ratan, Kachna/Khamardih area, and still absolutely no response or resolution from anyone.

    3 days since jio wifi stopped working. But yes go ahead and make such claims. @JioCare also doesn't help in anyway... No resolution only conversation.

    Again its 2nd day without wifi @HathwayBrdband complaint ticket raised to response from there worst broadband company ever since @JioCare pls share details want to switch this wifi asap
