Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

Interesting #scam by @reliancejio - 1. I ask them to cancel my #JioFiber and refund security amount as I'm leaving the city 2. They say they'll collect device in 7 working days and initiate refund 3. I travel out of the city, no contact from them till 9 Dec.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had raise the complaint to 6th November. I was facing network related issues. After raising the complaint they closed it in few hours saying issue is resolved. But I am still facing the issue. How can u guys close the ticket without confirming.

@JioCare @AmbaniTina @reliancejio 2nd issue. it was free connection. u started charging without informing in advance, which is illegal. u emailed me bill much later. i did not use paid connection as it stopped working in aug. it is ur mistake so any dues have to be waived. waive n confirm
