Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have given feedback to allow logging in with mobile number and password as well as it was on the older versions of the apps, so please simply forward the request to the Dev team and the higher ups. I really hope it gets considered because only OTP does not help.

@JioCare This is most pathetic service i am seeing now The lastest service request i made is marked as resolved even after no one visited,A visit was scheduled for tomorrow but that is now marked resolved and ISSUE REMAINS Req id-SR00001D1BL3 I WANT ISSUE TO GET FIXED TOMMOROW.
