    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare Hi, I had raised an issue yesterday around 4:30 pm, till now I haven't received any response from the engineer or the technicians. Moreover my ticket was rescheduled to end of today which was ideally supposed to be worked on today morning. My work is getting hampered.

    Analysis: @reliancejio : slow internet speed, very low indoor coverage, cheap @airtelindia : somewhat faster than jio, very low indoor coverage, cheap+Rs50, not constant internet signal ( both gives a feeling of 2G&3G in the era of 4G) Don’t have the choice, have to remain with 1

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio 399 plan is fake they all r making fool to customer. I can't use my amazon prime account.I'm complaining to customer care from 15 days but they haven't responded yet.They say it will take 48 hours to solve .Now Ambani ji pls tell,48 hrs = to 15 days.

    @ACTFibernet what should I do to get a decent reply from your company, its already 48 hrs now, I'm not even able to register a complaint,or change plan and make payment, Will probably switch to @reliancejio. Pathetic Service!

    @reliancejio @timesofindia Poor network and service Call customer care but no one there to care called 1800 889 3999 but call connected and without any conversation disconcerting. Kindly do assist or we have to port to other network careless customer care

    @JioCare please pay attention towards Jio network issue. Here i live in a village of Beed(maharashtra) here is network quality is worse and internet speed is worsen. I hope you will deal with this problem and solve it.thank you! @reliancejio
