  Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

  @JioCare Very poor response from your team... In my village @reliancejio number is ready to PORT the @airtelindia .. bcz the 5G network signals is very good even the electricity off time. Where as Jio Network is very poor during the Electricity power off. No g Power maintenance in tower

  @JioCare my fiber connection has been down for 15 days straight. Automated system keeps registering my complaint but not a single engineer has shown up. Now when I call customer care, they put me on hold and cut the call. Is this how you treat paying customers @reliancejio?

  Same location se continue jab v Mai yaha apne village aata hai hu lagbhag more than 7 years Har bat network Internet both complaint krta hu @reliancejio @JioCare but no action taken from more than 7 years Jio never want to satisfy customer even we can’t able to call
