    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid โ‚น807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    @JioCare my router is not working, I've been trying to raise a request from last 30 mins but it's just redirecting me here and there. Such poor support will lead me switching to @airtelindia , this is not happening for the first time. #jio #jiorouter

    @JioCare such a pathetic service by Jiohome. My internet is inconsistent and just doesn't work, tried calling Jiofiber on 18008969999, but instead of connecting me to an agent, the call is getting disconnected after the IVR. I want to cancel my Jiofiber. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare, the network quality in Kankroli, Rajsamand is absolutely terrible. You claim to have seamless 5G coverage across India, but here in the city, even 4G doesn't work properly. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. Please look into this and resolve it

    Hi @JioCare, I am facing disruption in internet service from 1 PM today on my Jio Fiber. I switched from Airtel to Jio recently but the service of Jio just sucks. It's so pathetic.
