    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare @JioCare How much more patience do you expect from a customer? My connection has already been down for several days. The service request has been reopened multiple times, but I still have no internet and no confirmed resolution timeline.

    @JioCare For 4-5 days, both 5G & 4G speeds are absolutely terrible in prime Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar). Regretting my 1-year recharge—feels like a total waste of money. Fix this network issue ASAP! 😡👇

    @JioCare Please fix our internet connection immediately—we cannot do any work without it. Why hasn't the engineer resolved this yet? We also require details on how we will be compensated for the two days of lost work.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. I've called customer care multiple times, but there's still no resolution. Assigned engineer isn't answering calls, support isn't helping. This is the second outage this month last one took 4 days to fix.

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR

    @JioCare Till time no service engineer is assigned. Pathetic service from Jio team. Internet is dead from last 3 days and no reaponse from JIO yet. Kindly close my current connection as this kind of service is not acceptable.

    Hello @JioCare , My service request SR00003C3HE3 postponed 3 times and automatically marked resolved without any engineer visiting. 3 days without internet and counting.
