  Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

  @JioCare Both the jio phones at home don't seem to have network. There is am error of emergency calls only. The chat with the customer support on whatsapp was a futile exercise and a complete waste of time. Can you check and get this resolved please?

  @JioCare Facing issue with Jio Fiber from yesterday, as per earlier SR it was promised to resolve it by today 11 am, have to cancel my personal plans and was waiting for the technician, when reached to customer care they informed it's now scheduled for tomorrow, please escalate
