  Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

  @JioCare I prefer all communication regarding this issue to be in writing via email only. My case has been pending since 22 Jan 2026, and all required details and proofs have already been shared. Kindly provide a written update and resolution instead of requesting phone calls.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged 200 rupees premium ott pass in MyJio app which includes Fancode subscription through JioTV app. But I can't find the live F1 stream in the Fancode section in JioTV app. Wtf is wrong with your plan?

  @JioCare What’s going on with Jio AirFiber? It’s been 3 HOURS with no internet and the modem is just blinking red like a joke. Absolutely pathetic service. I have office work tomorrow (WFH) and you guys can’t even provide basic stability.
