  Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

  @JioCare Technician already visited yesterday and assured me yesterday that the system will be on by 3 pm yesterday. And look today it's around 2pm and it's system is not working Very bad service of @reliancejio in lucknow

  @JioCare my jio fiber not working since 17 may. Try to reach several times for resolving issues only complaint register. Till now no one visit. Engineer visit daily rescheduled day after day. No one picking phone call. No customer care support at all. It affects children study
