    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

    @JioCare The outage is clear but no internet in my home from 1st July blocked all call options. I'm still repeatedly saying the issue in your area is working to resolve and call getting disconnected.

    My jio fiber is not working since yesterday my jio app is just advising to perform trouble shooting no engineer schedule feature and even call support same issue and even no reply from mail team also. Please help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst network. Not working in Westin Hotel Jaipur , a place far some 50 kms fro the main city. Not even a single tick . My jio no 9831255725

    @JioCare Generic replies won’t help. My JioFiber order has been pending since 30th June. I expect installation tomorrow. If it’s not completed, I’ll cancel my order and request a full refund. Please escalate this. Order ID: CO0001T7XSZH
