Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your network sucks. Internet in my area is down for 2 days. Do something about it. The internet speed in my area is really down and even a 360p video is buffering. I am paying for network services not for searching the network for good internet.

@reliancejio Reliance customer service is very worst. I use Jio fibre and if any issue comes, they need minimum 3 days to just contact us after raising a complaint. You have to call the person minimum 10-15 times, he will attend and say, I am busy sir, contact xyz person.

@reliancejio if you cannot serve a location properly please don't serve it partially either no one is taking your services for free weve been paying and the services are not just upto the mark. The location where i live jio provided the best network when came in market..(1/2)

@JioCare From the last 1 year you guys continuously saying same things. Need to resolve ASAP. And it's not our fault if there too many user are connected at same time. It's your job to fulfil customer requirements.

Apparently calling customer support isn't enough so i am tweeting here. this my final step if this isn't resolved then i guess it's time to leave your network and switch to some other. @reliancejio
