    @JioCare Mobile no. 9938094247 It was yesterday at 9 pm and onwards till 12 am, the mobile had network but all apps connecting internet such as YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, CHROME, TWITTER etc. were not functioning. There was no internet connection at all.

    @jagograhakjago @JioCare every month fiber stop working. Helpline support zero , no human is there to respond , only human respond when you ask for recharge, is this way to work. ? In this time how do we work if internet is not working , do you have any responsibility. ?

    @JioCare I don't getting why Jio service is getting degrading day by day? It's been hopeless to get any service on timely manner...first you didn't provide service now you are not able to refund also?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @OfficialJioBank I recently opened a Jio Payments Bank account, but my UPI payments are failing with β€œYou have exceeded the transaction limit set by your bank.” Customer care AI says it’s connecting me to an agent, but the call disconnects every time. Help!

    Even the basic mobile network doesn’t work properly, no matter where you are. 5G speeds are inconsistent and network coverage is poor. Very disappointing service. @reliancejio
