    @JioCare @reliancejio no response from your side yet. refund the amount of Rs. 1200/- ASAP as you are unable to fulfill the requirement. Your customer care service is so so pathetic. Always disconnect the call on the name of checking details. no one to monitor them and you.

    I request to @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceDigital that please install a new network tower in my village because the network strength is very poor day by day and it affects study and many digital works so get this install soon (Location:-Barwan, Pin-221716,Dist-Ballia U.P)

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation
