@JioCare Of course I'm not using a VPN on any of my devices. This is a wifi range problem. DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS? I get 100mbps only if I am standing next to the router. Right now I'm 5 meters away from the router and getting 2mbps. You need to troubleshoot better than this.

Constantly trying to get help from jio fiber team for relocation of my jio fiber connection within the city @JioCare @reliancejio no help from anywhere wrote them talked with them even the local guys are not helping what kind of customer support is this pathetic

@airtel failed to resolve my query# even they dnt hv courtesy to reply# really bullshit service by Airtel company# friends never avail there services 🙏 @JioCare -: thanks guys for wonderful response, you are much better than lazy n fake airtel services.

@JioCare @jiocare if it was reminder calls it would be bearable. But the reminders before any outgoing call to recharge is a sheer test of customers patience. We know when our call validity will get over. You reminding this in every outgoing call is extreme inconvenience. Fix it please.
