    @JioCare There are no humans working in customer support at @JioCare The bots are trained to send out an acknowledgement when a complaint is raised via tweet on twitter. And that's the end of it. Foolproof mechanism.

    @JioCare Seriously I tried alot to contact to a real person in customer support. I request you to please activate my queued Rs 301 50 GB recharge. Why aren't you activating it when my current data has already been finished?

    @JioCare This is the 2nd time service person/technician visited my premises and was unable to resolve the issue. Clearly he has no clue. As per him "it is an issue at the backend and nothing he can do". Will it ever get resolved???
