@JioCare Jio has the worst customer support. I am requesting people to het out of Jio. Though it has cheper plans but worst network and support. You end up spending more. Leave Jio network.

@reliancejio @JioCare it has been a regrettable decision to switch to your network, on a daily basis outgoing call fails and not able to receive calls. You actually make @VodaIdea_NEWS look better. What a pity that I need to port out again.

@JioCare @JioCare just I have switched to jio postpaid but experienced customer care services not so good as compare to @Airtel_Presence. Now thinking to switch airtel because jio is not able to fulfill their commitment misguiding customers.

@JioCare I am a jio fibre user and please consider this as my feed back. You internet speed is very good but it is almost impossible to connect to customer care executive through a call. Very disappointed.
