    @JioCare My air fibre with connection number 9719006283 Is not working properly. It disconnects many times automatically while my neighbours are not facing this issue. Please help by sending a technician.

    @JioCare Applied for jio sim, did 50 rs payment to reserve matching num & 349 rs recharge 12th Apr. And still I haven't received the sim card. Have explained this to customer care 3 times. Order num: NO00015D5DHF. Please refund my money now, don't need the sim anymore.

    @excitel_rocks It seems no action has been taken so far. my billing cycle is getting completing next month. Hence will not pay further untill you come and disconnect my connection @reliancejio kindly help me with Plan details for Jio fiber for wifi connection. Am switching to jio from excitel
