    Paid for a JioFiber connection days ago and still no installation, no updates, and no real support. Customer care only gives automated responses with no resolution. This is not the level of service customers should receive. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare Urgent. My eSIM was deleted during a phone transfer. I’m in the UK & my Indian banking is blocked. Your team refuses to re-issue the eSIM QR code, demanding an Indian Passport. As an OCI holder, I don't have one—my UK passport + OCI card are my legal ID. Please escalate!

    @JioCare Every time I call, the IVR just says "order is on hold" with zero explanation. Customer care is unreachable, and I’m stuck in limbo because you have my money. Is this standard customer service now? Please look into this immediately.

    Dear @JioCare, We, the residents of our village, are facing continuous call drops and almost 0 internet speed on the Jio netwrk. Despite multiple complnts the issue remains unresolved Many of us will be forced to port our Jio SIMs to another operator Please take immediate actn.
