    @JioCare Req SR00001B1T1N raised on 18 May closed without resolution.... No one from technical team bother to visit. Today contacted again for followup support team raised another SR00001B3PJD with new eta as 23 May. Why should I pay for no service for these days?

    Absolutely pathetic services from @reliancejio @JioCare No internet since morning, called serv eng who didn’t turn up whole day. Jio sends reminders weeks in adv for pmnts but not even a sms about network issues if any at all.Enough. Got new Airtel black from @airtelindia

    @JioCare Yes and I m forced to do so, bcoz of misleading info from ur team reg plans and weird policy wrt to Advance payment in Postpaid of which even support team is confused.

    The most 3rd class network is Jio in west Bengal also in my locality, i continue complaining due to more then 5 years but they are vexing with us , Jio will be issued that they have many customers in your locality & we are trying to resolve your issue 🤔 @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I got a new fiber connection today, and I am already unhappy with the service! 1. Sales person told me 2 month free trial + 1 month voucher But I see only a 1 month trial credited to my account 1/2

    @reliancejio dear team. Frustated with the poor network. I switched from airtel to jio. It was a blunder. I am forced to get back to airtel. Hell down with your poor service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Approx Rs. 2500 p.a. recharge, 100% advertisement, 100% best service provider to say but 0 Network, 0% Consideration to complaints, emails and calls, why? It says wait for 24 hour for next 72 hours for next 3 working days.
