    @JioCare Shame on @JioCare for such pathetic customer service. It has been 3 days since I reported my JioFiber issue (Fixed Voice No. +91 7613161116). My router has been blinking red, there is no internet, despite repeated emails, I have received nothing except automated replies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Instead of resolving my original complaint, you closed it and generated a new service request. This only resets the process and delays the resolution. Customers deserve solutions, not new ticket numbers.#poorservice

    @JioCare I want to register a complaint against a Jio retailer My JioairFiber was never installed the booking was cancelled, and the refund was processed to the retailer's account instead of me. I also received a Jio Gift Voucher redemption OTP despite having no active connection

Speak directly with the technician who attended my complaint and understand the actual ground reality before giving customers false hope. 7\n

    @JioCare I have screenshots of the complete chat and service request as evidence. Register my permanent disconnection request immediately, stop further billing, provide a termination request number, and arrange equipment pickup.
