@reliancejio @jiocare extremely disappointed with the third grade Network and call quality in my area. Will suggest people to take Jio sim card ? I complained many time to customer care but always get a disappointed answers and Proceeding . Are you able to improve this or not?

@reliancejio @JioCare Why is there no way to speak to a Jio customer care representative? Trying since 2 days but no response. Customer care numbers don't give an option to speak to a real person. I urgently need support to convert Prepaid to Postpaid and have some questions.

I have tried every possible method (flightmode, restsrt, switched the sim in other phone) to get the issue resolved, but nothing worked. After waiting for 22 hours any how i recharged my other no.( @airtelindia ) so that i can use Internet. Really pathetic @reliancejio @JioCare
