@reliancejio @JioCare Internet speed 30-40 kb all the time. But no one fix this from jio team. Also ignore calls and massage jio care Assistance. My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

@JioCare No ACTION Yet...! Pathetic Speed and Worst Service, I have seen. Neither Customer Care responding nor Social Media..! I guess local internet provider is better than your service. Pls take prompt action or refund my money and take your device from my house.

@JioCare what a wonderful service.3 days and no response.people disconnected calls on my face. No visit by engineer.STB sound issue not fixed. When called for cancellation no response.... Closed my service request without any info on it.Just cancel @jiotvplus @_MukeshAmbani
