No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

I got the installation done on the 8th March till date having multiple issues. Last night I spoke1 hour on the customer care number. Issues aren't resolved yet. I want someone to attend my complaint at my site.

I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
