@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI : Network has been pathetic for me 9588471839. Not able to recieve or dial calls. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.

@reliancejio @JioCare your service sucks and your agents hung up the call on customers. Raised request since yesterday that one of the bands of JioFiber is not working and no resolution provided yet. SR was closed without any confirmation from me, problem still persists.

Service provided by @JioCare fibernet is worse. They made me to make a security deposit of Rs. 1000/- for STB installation and promised that they will install the connection in 24hrs. It's been 3 days now, they neither installed nor refunded the amount. 🙏
