Called, emailed, wrote on twitter etc. But no result. Thus had to visit the store and end up with a new connection .

Arvind Dholakia (@arvinddholakia) reported7 times I raised request for change of ownership of Jio air fibre. I followed correct steps on MyJio app and uploaded valid PDF documents which were less than 2 MB file size. Inspite of this Jio air fibre customer care has rejected without giving precise reason. @JioCare
