    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI : Network has been pathetic for me 9588471839. Not able to recieve or dial calls. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.

    @JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

    @JioCare Day by day Jio's networks are getting very bad, call problems are happening, calls are getting disconnected.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare :- I need Jio Fiber connection. Paid the amount for the connection. Technician denied to provide the connection and initiated the refund. I am not residing in rural area. Please help to get the connection asap

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I have complained many times for network issue but till now there is no solution and it has been 2 months since the network failure, @JioCare is better service than yours ! Now Kindly port me in @JioCare

    Now a days Jio does not reply to customers even tweet to @JioCare. No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

    @JioCare Earlier networks were coming very well in my area but since 6 months the network is coming very less, many times no solution is found on the basis of complaint.

    @reliancejio Will jio people change anyone's number from 4g to 5g with their mind and how many people like me must be facing network problem. And when you call Jio's 198 to tell the problem, no one even picks up the call.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber is not working since morning after raising multiple complaints no solution has been provided. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

    @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I recently ported my SIM to Jio after seeing so many ads for Gemini Pro. But your network is terrible. I'm not even getting 4G. You can't even provide reliable internet in a Tier 1 city like Chennai, & NIRF #1 campus, IIT Madras. Pathetic experience

    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare when i had a jio airfiber connection with my 8248791321 mobile it had frequently went dead and as adviced by their employee mr Sabari at kanchipuram i surrendered their connection i applied new connection with this number 7871156609 and the service is v good.
