    @JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service sucks and your agents hung up the call on customers. Raised request since yesterday that one of the bands of JioFiber is not working and no resolution provided yet. SR was closed without any confirmation from me, problem still persists.
