    @JioCare We are getting very low download speed in IIT, Kanpur, most of the time below 1 mb/s since last few months and at some places in IIT Kanpur we found no signal like Shopping center. Please improve downloading speed and connectivity as well🙏

    @reliancejio @JioCare You are doing nothing except making fool to customers & when I everytime talk to customer executive he just have one word to say we are working on this we will resolve this issue even I get bored to listen these lines from very long time.

    @beebomco @reliancejio I too bought Jio, but not happy with speeds in Kanpur, complained about it 3 times but yet the reply is same, "we are working on this issue, you will get better speeds in 90 days."

    @JioCare seems commitment means nothing to your staff as nobody has turned up for installation and there is no response from local office Appointment with Jio service engineer for INSTALLATION of JioGigaFiber connection is scheduled at your premises on 02-06-2019 : 08:00:00

    @reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care. Call gets disconnected after 5 minutes. No clear resolution wastage of time. So poor service. I think I should switch to Airtel as service provider.

    @JioCare I am very disappointed with Jio service, I have added one family member and now customer care is saying that we have to wait for 24 hours to get this activated, worst part is the member service are currently stopped(No call). Do you really think we should wait for 24h

    @JioCare what kind of fraud jio fiber is running. Without having network line your field executive took connection request and took customer money for 6 month plan and after that everyone is invisible customer care having no clue to refund my money. Connection NO0000NDFDD0

    @JioCare once again the Internet is down. Contacted the Customer Service who makes up stories that an engineer visited my location when at that time I had not even requested for one. When asking for details, they said they cannot share any details.
