Raised request since yesterday that one of the bands of JioFiber is not working and no resolution provided yet. SR was closed without any confirmation from me, problem still persists.

I got the installation done on the 8th March till date having multiple issues. Last night I spoke1 hour on the customer care number. Issues aren't resolved yet. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.
