@TRAI Dear TRAI, what actions can we take if @reliancejio / @JioCare promised me speed of 150 mbps and what I really got is 18mbps speed apart from frequent disconnection issues.I I have many proofs including spead check proof by their own app and also the video footage of engineers.

It's almost 3 months since I was cheated of Rs.654 by @reliancejio in t name of a fake number portability racket. @JioCare said they will resolve t issue and they kept repeating t same line for over 2 months now. Guess lying and cheating is the foundation of #RelianceIndustries
