    Dear @ViCustomerCare I have complained many times for network issue but till now there is no solution and it has been 2 months since the network failure, @JioCare is better service than yours ! Now Kindly port me in @JioCare

    @reliancejio Will jio people change anyone's number from 4g to 5g with their mind and how many people like me must be facing network problem. And when you call Jio's 198 to tell the problem, no one even picks up the call.

    @JioCare I m existing JIO Customer & also have a Voda idea no which I want to port to Jio in my Wife's name. But Jio Store at KAKADEV KANPUR is insisting for Biometric identification of my wife. Since she is a Senior Citizen her Biometrics can't be captured . Please help.

    @JioCare It doesn't work... Previously yr team contacted but they didn't help me out and said if u are dissatisfied with our service then apply for disconnection. Why should I apply for disconnection and It's not my concern and its yr concern to resolve my Issue.

    Now a days Jio does not reply to customers even tweet to @JioCare. No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

    I want to get Jio fiber in my house, but when I tried to contact your employee of Jio fiber, then they are saying that there is no line drawn on your side, due to which there is a problem in putting Jio fiber in my house. It should be managed as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he won’t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.

    @JioCare such a pathetic service by Jiohome. My internet is inconsistent and just doesn't work, tried calling Jiofiber on 18008969999, but instead of connecting me to an agent, the call is getting disconnected after the IVR. I want to cancel my Jiofiber. @airtelindia @TRAI
