    @JioCare very bad service will recommend for another service provider other than Jio. Service is pathetic nobody even cares to attend complaints .

    @JioCare Such a poor experience with jio , they can't help or guide properly their users ,such a bad experience. even jio customer care is not answered my calls. For time of recharge they take money from people but if we talk about services jio is totally waste.

    Hey @JioCare I want to port out my @airtelindia postpaid connection to jio but when I message the porting request the reply is that UPC cannot be generated due to subsisting contractual obligations. Can you help me with the same?

    I dont think #Jio is really being helpful to made me work in such kind of pandemic. Please look dt issue seriously as we are loosing network . We are paying alot to get these services but still being disappointed. @reliancejio @TRAI Place : Badarka , Unnao

    @JioCare jio network specially internet speed is variable and poor in most of places at Kanpur, after making repeated complaints there is no improvement in speed and network coverage.

    I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

    @JioCare today again while giving the online presentation with the same #jiofi your network was fluctuating very frequently and 6 times it got disconnected. Your service and internet speed is very #pathetic at #kanpur. It appears to be like your team doesn't want to resolve it.
