    @JioCare @reliancejio Really disappointed with JioFiber service in Shahdara, Delhi. It’s been 3 days without internet because of an optical fiber issue, and still no resolution. For a company as big as Jio, not being able to repair a fiber line for 72+ hours is unacceptable.

    @JioCare It's already been 9 days!!! Everyday new excuses. In short, u people do nothing. I just want my refund and after the current pack exhaustion i will switch to some other network company!!!
