@JioCare What a cockamamie?? It's the same canned response that I have been told from past few years. Let me know the TAT, do you guys need a month, 2 months or a quarter to " Fix the temporary issue"??. Please check my previous complaints and you guys have sung the same broken record.

@JioCare hey jio, hope u will notice my concern.. recently I m not enjoying to use ur jio network in my area. There is lot of network fluctuations and data error. Call drops are normal and data speed is too bad. Can u plz suggest me some brand that provide me a strong network??

@Airtel_Presence still no resolution after multiple attempts. It seems like we keep running around in circles with me having to explain the same issue to multiple airtel employees. Some other guy texted me back in Yashika's place and now no one responds. @reliancejio what do you make of this?

@JioCare there are many emails flowing on my husbands personal email regarding a new jio SIM card purchase which he has not done and thus this is a real security issue for us . Plz provide resolution for this as none of ur customer call care, chats are responding on this.
