They will say that they will check and you are in low coverage area or many people are using internet etc. And they will say we are expanding our network coverage,So don't trust.Go on open signal app and see which company is giving good 4G in is area

    @JioCare Such a very bad experience with Jio ......Very bad coverage and speed at my location....we are just ported my no.+919670437010 & +919936696772 in Airtel.....and enjoying great speed and coverage and Volte also.....

    @JioCare Have been using your network for couple of years but trust me you net speed has been started decreasing day by day.. sometime even not able to send msg on whatsapp... WFH is really getting disturbed.. Please resolve this else I might have to switch to another network

    @JioCare Thank you #JIO, my next option is you only as your service is available in my apartment and many of the existing users are telling you are giving excellent service but 2 things as I already paid 3 months fee and 2nd one is I am using @ACTFibernet since 13yrs, So last try to #ACT

    @JioCare I am get worst jio service ever. Internet connection is too slow . even messages are not getting recieved or sent properly. Is this right tym to switch to airtel or will jio help me ? In the same handset with different service operator I m getting nice speed. Tired

    @reliancejio We have been experiencing issues with jio fiber The red light keeps blinking and we have tried reaching the customer care but they are a bunch of irresponsible people who keep on pushing the dates and we haven't received support from any ends
