@JioCare It has become my regular routine for more than 10 days to contact @JioCare regarding my wifi issue and it has not been resolved yet. I have lost faith in jio fibernet. Provide me refund for the remaining days of the plan.

@JioCare Thank you for your advice. I deleted. Don't worry, i already purchased new jio sim. Bsnl customer care service does not exists in reality. They gave some number in their site but that does not work for bsnl sim. It was so pathetic, i call their cc number by using my Airtel sim.

@JioCare JIO fiber connection stopped working. I called customer care agent informed me there is already a SR open and engineer will visit. Also advise me to submit SR from MyJIO app, which is showing Oct 18th next available date. Don't know what to expect.
