Cutting costs by replacing human support with endless bot loops is terrible customer service. Truth is @JioCare doesn't care.

I am continuously following up since last 4 days. But no resolution from your end. This is not the good way to treat with the customer

When we raise a complaint through the MyJio app, we receive no resolution or meaningful updates. Do you have any proper way for customers to contact you?

Even worse, the service request gets closed automatically without any visit or resolution. Then I have to contact customer care again to create another complaint.
