    @JioCare Jio network connectivity is too poor last three months. No data speed, no network and no call connection. I think Jio customer base effect it quality.

    Hardly any company will have such poor internet service. Now I feel cheated by becoming a @reliancejio customer. Perhaps the time has come to change the network, as well as the time to change the network of all the colleagues, 1/2

    Exposing @JioCare . Have been constant reaching out to the support team and no response. They will first start with generic solutions like restart your router, reset your router etc thinking all consumer are illiterate and idiots.

    @JioCare Because some guy who he called didn't allow it as according to him router was working fine. Now he left saying it's an issue on the backend and there's nothing more he can do. While I am left with a speed of 3 MBPS whereas I paid for 30.

    @JioCare No internet connectivity since last three days. Complaint raised already yesterday but no update received & no engineer visit is scheduled. Pls solve the issue. We are suffering due to non connectivity.
