@JioCare This is not temporary problem, it is continue last three months and there is no any solutions, please do the needful otherwise last option is portability is open.

@reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care. Call gets disconnected after 5 minutes. No clear resolution wastage of time. So poor service. I think I should switch to Airtel as service provider.

@JioCare How can any service company take 30 days to take back the device, and say they are working on priority. One more case closed today without any notification! There is a term ‘contact’, please train agents to do that before closure.

@JioCare I am very disappointed with Jio service, I have added one family member and now customer care is saying that we have to wait for 24 hours to get this activated, worst part is the member service are currently stopped(No call). Do you really think we should wait for 24h

I am Rajesh Pai here .I have paid all of the money for jio fiber installation before 2 weeks and still there is no response from any of the jio staff and they even don't pick the call ..The service is not better at all..They are giving excuses please take a action @reliancejio
