    @JioCare Jio network connectivity is too poor last three months. No data speed, no network and no call connection. I think Jio customer base effect it quality.

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue remains unresolved. Yesterday’s visit was missed and today’s committed visit was denied. Service has been down for 4 days and is impacting my work. Kindly provide the engineer’s name, contact number, and a confirmed resolution time today.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Customer Support, I am extremely disappointed with the way this complaint has been handled. First, please explain why the incident has been put on hold. We have not received any call regarding any rescheduled visit or appointment. I am available at home 24x7 ---1/2

    @JioCare My issue is now resolved, but after weeks of delays, repeated rescheduling, and service unavailability. As a paying customer, I expect compensation or validity extension for the period during which the service was not properly available. SR No: SR000037ML79 #JioCare
