Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.
