    @JioCare @reliancejio After 3 Years of Continue Use I Decided to Left Jio and Join @airtelindia due to there worst service in Our locality. No action taken after many complains.Where @Airtel_Presence and @VodafoneIN take prompt action after any Customer complain. #Jiodown

    Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare 4 days without internet! Multiple complaints, multiple calls, but no engineer visit. One complaint marked "Resolved" despite no fix, another "On Hold". Customer care only asks me to wait. We have 4 Jio SIMs and 3 JioFiber connections in our family. If this is how loyal customers are treated, we'll shift everything to Airtel. JioFiber: 7313177798 .
