    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with your service. The data speed is slower than a turtle. Contacted your help desk but they're only saying we are still working on it. Facing this issue since last year but still got no solution. I don't know what you guys are working on:(

    Reliance Jio Mobile Internet network not working like 4G. We are suffering from last 2 yeas. All time customer care is saying like we need to build one tower. @jio @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly do the needful or suggest an alternative for our local area jio subscribers.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare , I had a chat with your team and they are saying that it may take 6 to 8 months to resolve.. I am using this number from January 2018 if I am not wrong. The problem was from day 1. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

    @JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

    @JioCare That's not the service I am for. Refund should have been credited when the device was picked up, it's been more than 2 days since then. The question of outstanding or unpaid amount doesn't arise as it was prepaid. Please check the details thoroughly and then get back to us

    @JioCare The Wi-Fi box has not been mounted properly and is hanging by the wire as no holder or stand was provided. Network coverage in the hall area is also very poor. Please arrange a technician visit to properly fix the setup and resolve the issue at the earliest.
