    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with your service. The data speed is slower than a turtle. Contacted your help desk but they're only saying we are still working on it. Facing this issue since last year but still got no solution. I don't know what you guys are working on:(

    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

    @JioCare @JioCare due to the problem in recharge I have connected to Jio Customer Care both on phone and visited physically but they are unknowledgeable and are unable to resolve problems and even they don't have proper knowledge of their on plans. Wasted more than a hour on care centre.

    @JioCare Guys are you understanding the issue or not you guys just copy pasting same information. My laptop won't support 5Ghz frequency it doesn't have any receiver to get that signal and 2.4 frequency is not showing in the wifi list is not visible at all to any device
