@reliancejio Jio network is doing worst job in my area at west bengal, it's been around 20 days i didn't have any internet access,jio internet only works during phone calls. I have my exam next month and i had to attend classes online (with mobile internet).Fix it @reliancejio

@JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio i am not able to make calls and use internet at my home at sec 32 karnal. Your representative says it will resolve in 6 months. To use jio services go outside from home we will not help you.
