@reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

@reliancejio Mobile data (internet) in my area ( pin : 500081, hi-tech City phase 2 , Hyderabad) is not at all working, even mobile signal is very very low. Both indoor and outdoor. I recently ported to jio, please resolve the issue in this area.Because it's a IT area not remote location.

@JioCare after the pack ends, I'm switching back to airtel. Jio is the worst broadband service provider. The internet connection drops suddenly while gaming and during other things. You guys don't even deliver the promised speed. Very unreliable.

@reliancejio Experiencing Third Class Internet Service. I have screen recording of 6 minutes which demonstrates poor service given by Jio. Even to open live chat for the complaint I have to used @airtelindia network (screen recording of good network) Shame on you Jio.
