@reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with your service. The data speed is slower than a turtle. Contacted your help desk but they're only saying we are still working on it. Facing this issue since last year but still got no solution. I don't know what you guys are working on:(

Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia Both Jio's network and Xiaomi's mobile phone are of very poor quality. Customer care service is also worse than that of both. Customers keep on misleading. Bought MI 11X mobile for ₹ 29000, problem with calling sensor from day one.
