I have been looking for a @reliancejio #fiberconnection for the past six months,it has been found in all areas around my house and aftr consult with compny people in a wide area of our and to no avail.Thn why did @reliancejio show advertise in tv if they won't give service?

@reliancejio Jio network is doing worst job in my area at west bengal, it's been around 20 days i didn't have any internet access,jio internet only works during phone calls. I have my exam next month and i had to attend classes online (with mobile internet).Fix it @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

@JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare
