@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare Complaint raised for no connection on 5th July, no one turned up till today. Customer care service is of no use. They know nothing and try to misguide us. There should be some contact detail where one can approach in such circumstances. But that is also not available to us.
