@reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

@shachinb Recently concluded banging my head with @reliancejio customer care. they have 20 options of support - chatbot, phone, email, whatsapp, jio store, reliance digital etc Literally each method does nothing but point to the next one. Once you run two loops in this maze, you give up.
