    @JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

    @reliancejio Jio network is doing worst job in my area at west bengal, it's been around 20 days i didn't have any internet access,jio internet only works during phone calls. I have my exam next month and i had to attend classes online (with mobile internet).Fix it @reliancejio

    @SharmaPunyt2001 @JioCare No matter how many complaints you make to Jio, it feels useless. When the network goes down, nobody takes responsibility for it. I was also frustrated with Jio Fiber — switching to another provider seems like the better option. #jio

    @JioCare This is happening since a month, if 4G is working then it is your mistake to correct it, why should the customer pay for 5G and use 4G? Even if you are running it, it is your responsibility to give unlimited dada.

    It’s been over 1 week and my Jioairfibre is not even working worst experience.its just been 20 days of the connection and not working from past one week. No resolution constantly saying one thing "backend issue". If it's not getting resolved just close it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    There is a network issue with Jio in my area every month, and we are unable to use Fiber properly. If you cannot provide services full-time, then how can you charge the full amount? This is not happening just once or twice it happens many times every month. @JioCare @TRAI
