    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello jio I use jio last 3 year I'n my location always issue for singal even at night speed 2 3 kbps it's so worts think even I seen I complaint many times bt not tke any action by term I hvr location if u want for tower

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am new subscriber of Jio fiber & reporter of Sahara Samay news channel. My channel is not showing (only MP is available) But It is avaliable on Jio news app on mobile, but not on Jio TV. Plz. Solve my problem & start it. Regards Aamir Kirmani @TRAI

    I am facing network related problem from last 15 days ..Too slow download/upload speed..Some time not able to even make a call.. Now when I contacted @JioCare through whatsapp and then #MyJIO , we get this following ridiculous response from their bots.. @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI @reliancejio @PMOIndia Airtel is world's wrost network now declared my me. I have raised a complaint on 13th Nov for network issue but airtel didn't help me ones. They just tell fraud and lie. I have all proves that how many times I complain.

    Pathetic service of Air fiber, getting 1 mbps speed in a 100 Mbps plan and not able to connect to support now due to automated message of temporary service issue in my area. Getting my office work impacted, they are forcing me to install @airtelindia fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Very disappointing service from @reliancejio . I applied for JioFiber around 15 days ago. After filling the form, the installation team scheduled visits 2–3 times and cancelled them without giving any proper reason. I finally made the payment, and installation was promised for 6 August. It is now 7 August, but there is still no installation, no proper update, and nobody is even answering my calls. Order ID: NO0001EZQ4WM The local Jio office in my area has also remained closed for almost 6 days and was open only for a day. To make things worse, mobile network quality has also deteriorated. Earlier, 4G was working properly in my area. Since 5G was introduced, the network keeps switching between 4G and 5G frequently, and internet connectivity has become unstable. So right now: • Mobile internet is unreliable • JioFiber payment is already done • Installation deadline has passed • Local team isn't answering calls • Customer support isn't providing a solution @JioCare This is an extremely poor customer experience from Jio. Please resolve the JioFiber installation and network issue urgently.

    Took @reliancejio @JioCare 3 and a half days to finally send someone,who raised another service request And Lo! The technician again did not arrive as per the app schedule So basically,wait for them,sit at home and then no one turns up! Day 4 now
