I am facing network related problem from last 15 days ..Too slow download/upload speed..Some time not able to even make a call.. Now when I contacted @JioCare through whatsapp and then #MyJIO , we get this following ridiculous response from their bots.. @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI @reliancejio @PMOIndia Airtel is world's wrost network now declared my me. I have raised a complaint on 13th Nov for network issue but airtel didn't help me ones. They just tell fraud and lie. I have all proves that how many times I complain.

Choosing @JioCare jio has been completely failed to provide the network which was much required by locals. Even they lingered the issue for 1.5 years. I have great expectations on @vodafonein1 please take enough steps towards this.

@reliancejio eventually I was so happy when jio launched as I switched to jio as vodafone had very bad coverage at my place in Virar and jio came to rescue but now jio is same as vodafone, that is jio has no proper network coverage, very disappointed.

Why JIO internet is down in my area since 3 hours, pincode is 411047. Please look into it and try to fix it sooner. Internet is not working at all. I have many meetings to attend. Neither mobile not JIOfy nothing working. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Pathetic service, it has been 5 days since I have paid for a new connection and still I'm waiting for the agent to show up. Everytime I call the agent, he either hangs up or tells me,it will be done in the evening. Is this the service we deserve?

@JioCare @KumarNavin82 This people has kept few employees for just chatting& mailing who just send the scripted format which is totally computer generated which has nothing do with customers problem...Bad internet speed and calls fluctuation is pathetic it's like we are using someone's free WiFi 👎

@JioCare @JioCare Still there is no revert I am facing the calling & internet fluctuation which is now really big headache for me if your network team is unable to resolve my concern please do refund my recharge amount.This problem is raised long back but no one is bothered.
